You keep asking me to complete a survey about the windows, so here it is. I've been submitting tickets regarding these windows since February 2024 and still have no real resolution. First, the old owners dragged their feet and lied. Then Greystar took over and blamed the delays on them. Since August, I’ve been told over and over that they're "waiting on vendors" and other excuses, and I’ve been more than patient. Finally, in April 2025 — conveniently after I renewed my lease — I was told replacements were coming. A tech came out, but all he did was wipe the metal, remove a track, and tuck some rubber back around the glass — and he only worked on one window. He said he didn’t have the part he needed and would come back... but I never heard anything again. Then the ticket was suddenly closed. Meanwhile, the glass is still gapped, the windows lean, wind and rain come through, two windows have no screens, and the tracks are either falling apart or completely missing. Why has it taken over 14 months to fix something so critical?

The walls are thin enough that I know my neighbor has a different girl over on the regular and folks aren’t leashing their dogs. Outside of my neighbor’s date night hours, it’s peaceful otherwise. The kids in the area are good ones too. Sometimes a little chatty at night but they don’t cause trouble or vandalize anything and keep to themselves.

Great initially, then went downhill when it was sold. Management is pleasant and professional, but seems unable to get problems fixed. New neighbors are noisy and disrespectful. Complex looks much worse now, with garbage outside all the time.

The apartment complex is wonderful but the one issue I would have as a long-term renter is that every 2 to 3 years it goes into new ownership and sometimes that means we have to deal with people who are just using us as an investment without fixing anything. The current management of the property is actually extremely responsive and kind while we haven’t seen improvement yet, I actually do expect things to be really nice here in the next year under their care and management. They already treat the tenants with more dignity than the previous owners had.

This place is an absolute dump. Only the bare minimum is done to hold everything together. Do not expect any service request to be responded to quickly. In order to get the attention of anybody at this place, you have to take the company to court.

Overall the property is very beautiful. There are so many trees and wooded areas, which makes the buildings feel private and provides a lovely view. The proximity to both the highway and shopping, gas, and Starbucks (especially good for me!) is a huge advantage to the property.

They fix all my issues if I have any problems with the rent. Every time I put in a maintenance request they always handle my request. I love living here. I've been here for five years. Really cozy, quiet, clean.

Could not be happier with the move in so far! Process was nice and smooth. So far great management that actually picks up the phone and is there in the building. Big improvement from my previous experience place for sure! Place is well kept and tidy and does well to inform you about everything. Also their systems for doing everything is well done and nice to use for like paying the rent and maintenance requests. Area is nice and quiet and very scenic. Almost like being at a mountain resort.

From the moment of walking into the leasing office, I was greeted with warm welcomes from staff. Hannah provided me with information about the one bedroom and the application process. She was very knowledgeable and easygoing. She truly made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with applying for the apartment same day. I was approved quickly! This has been the easiest and most comfortable apartment application and move in process I’ve ever experienced. Hannah sharing excitement with me which was the icing on the cake. I am finally home!

Nice and quiet community, decent floorplans for an average price. I have been a resident in this community for 5 years now. Despite the change in management, the service is roughly the same as with previous management, (not great) the only thing that has changed is the appearance of customer service being better. In my personal experience, maintenance here is very slow to react to work orders, the staff here are great at telling you what you would like to hear, but beware of the fact that there is virtually no followthrough. If something breaks around your apartment unit, unless it is a complicated fix, (HVAC)I would honestly DIY it. It will save you a lot of grief interacting with the somewhat incompetent staff.

See above. Trash, littering, trash compactor never working, bandaids on maintenance issues. Horrible contractors and management doesn’t care to check their work or credibility. Poor communication. And some maintenance workers don’t fix anything and feed you words you want to hear in the moment.

Not worth your money AT ALL, very unprofessional and lazy.
I stayed here from 2020-2021. They were able to get me to rent the apartment because there were no tours during Covid so I had to go based off of pictures and an outline of the unit. The pictures are not true to what you get. They definitely edit these photos to make it look better(I know because I am a photographer/videographer) and they only take pictures of the prototype units and make it look all nice to sell it. BUT the appliances in my apartment were VERY outdated(rust spots here and there) the bathroom ceiling had a water spot, the WORST PART ARE THE WEAK WALLS AND CEILINGS. I literally heard EVERY STEP the tenants above me took so imagine coming home from work to relax and 5 mins later you hear BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM for like 30mins-an hr. I asked to be moved to another unit (which never happened) because some nights I could sleep until upstairs tenants went to sleep. It is very stressful to pay for an overpriced apartment that you can not even get peace in. And trust me, the office people not the owners of the complex care anything about the conditions of those apartments and how they affect the tenants. Maintenance is very slow and unprofessional, I asked for another paint job around the sink and the bathroom ceiling and they stalled to the point it never got done. But they be sure to be on your back IMMEDIATELY if you owe anything. Never had the trash service (that they charge you for) come and get me trash, plus the garage is always overflown. This place just needs to be shut down or the entire staff needs to be wiped out and replaced because Rosemont Cityview is by far one of the worst places to could decide to live in Marietta. So many better options for the same amount of money or maybe even less. Based on the quality of these units they should be no more than $600 monthly. And I am being nice with that price. Do not do financial and mental suicide by staying here. Now watch them write some fake generic messages about how sorry they are and if I want to talk to please call. Nope, save that for somebody who believes it. You should have cared enough to respond and do something when I was paying bills to you all. At this point nothing you can do but give me my money back (we know that will not happen) so save that little message you are writing to save the blemished face of your company.

I do not give reviews, but this recent experience has bothered me so much, it led to me writing this paragraph. A fire took several apartments in February. The one I rented for the past three years included. No casualties but all was lost. NOT ONCE did anyone from the management team reach out, to see if everyone was ok. Communication was null and void, hard to reach the office, and even worse to get a response. Their main concern was having you sign the key release form, where they basically "kept" a pro-rated amount of the rent that should have been returned to tenants since the fire occurred three days after the rent was paid. Lastly, other people were allowed into the building to retrieve personal items, but I was not allowed to retrieve an item, which would have survived the fire. I'll leave it there. Best of luck to those interested in this complex.

Do not rent here. The entire time I was here, the grounds were not maintained and there was trash literally overflowing onto the streets from the garbage bins. No matter how much you try to clean and make everything nice, they will still fine you a few hundred dollars of fees upon move out (for instance, we were charged for a dirty fridge even though I definitely cleaned the fridge very well upon move out.) The pool is always closed. They have no key or anything for the pool, so when it is open, there are 1000 people there who don’t live there. The gym is only open during their office hours. The office is barely open and it is hard to get ahold of them.

Do not move in
They fix everything with some paint so it is deceitful upon touring. After moving in everything starts to show its true age. Things start to break even after being fixed repeatedly. The property manager Icky Vicky is very rude. The apartment is not so well maintained. If you are going to spend over 30% of your income on a place to live do not pick this ---- hole to do so.

I have lived here going on 5 years. Every since Natalie & Karen the previous property manager has left the residency & staff has been horrible. The current problem operty manager is uneducated & rude. Run, do not give these people your time & money.

Starting out I was so happy to be getting my first apartment only to be horrified when receiving the keys. To start off they changed my move in date to a day earlier and when I arrived still didn't have it available. The apartment was very cute but outdated but I was fine with that . Not being prepared to move in that day I left after about 10 mins of looking around and setting foggers as a precaution. Returning the next day ready to clean and prepare for move in, upon opening the door ROACHES were everywhere.. the ceiling, walls, carpet, cabinets just EVERYWHERE!! I was soo mortified. Attempting to clean and spray, I noticed tracing of ROACH poop in the crevices of the doors and large amounts thru out the cabinets and drawers. The bugs literally would not stop coming out from large ones to tiny babies ... I went to the store and tried treating them but realized that the infestation is just too much to live with and is a safety hazard to my health and well being .. I'll definitely be taking my living arrangements somewhere else and hope no one else has to deal with there happiness being CRUSHED in a single second of what should be a blissful moment . The display apartment doesn't show true cleanliness of neighborhood and during my tour I was told there were no roaches on the premises or I would've never applied !

I've only been in my apartment for a few days and I must say I was a little disappointed at first. I felt like my apartment was not quite move in ready. For one there were more repairs that needed to be done and there was also I bug issue. I had to come in and do my own thing to really get my apartment together, they could have did better, but it's not horrible.

I love living here at Rosemont CityView. It's close to Kennesaw University for my granddaughter And I love all the access to the shopping areas. This is where I want to pool area is really nice I enjoy it a lot

Rosemont City View is a quiet community with good amenities; there is construction on certain parts of the complex but once they are done with this, the complex will look really nice. The office staff are personable and are always happy to help make your experience at Rosemont a positive one. Regarding the apartments, even the non-renovated apartments have new updates that help make the apartment feel cozy and nice. The only thing I would like to see is increased security inside the apartments just for more peace-of-mind but overall, the complex seems safe.

This is a good community, some buildings are very peaceful. Some buildings have loud cars and dirty patios but other than that seems good to me. The staff are responsive and very friendly. There are pet stations too.
