Very quiet, very nature looking, a plus. The staff was very nice except for the property manager. She was very rude and disrespectful. I would recommend not allowing her to talk to the residents at all.

    Very basic apartments and decent as a starter apartment. Lots of little things don't work properly or at all including: the ice machine, bathroom fans, back porch door doesn't open all the way, etc. Overall apartment is ok but this was my first apartment and i know there is way better out there. Rent is very reasonable and there's never really any extra fees or anything.

      You won't go wrong leasing at Rosemont. The location is amazing to start off. Second the cost of living is well worth the price. Believe that I was even a resident 3 years ago and had to come back since my job relocated.

        have been a resident of Rosemont Cityview for over 6+ months now and I think it is ample enough time to do a review. I love my apartment, it’s very big and spacious and comes with all the bells and whistles but not a full upgraded apartment (which I am fine with). The area is very nice and quiet and I actually feel safe. I’ve met most of my neighbors and everyone is very nice and friendly. There are a couple of things that management should look at. One of them being parking, they have had trucks blocking our area for months now and there is an email to say “we are in process of fixing” but has yet to be fixed. We would definitely like to park in front of our buildings so I would say management is not moving fast enough to get this completed. There are many visitors here at the Overlook area of the city at night and I think there should be some type of security to watch what actually happens at this area. Some nights could be very difficult to enjoy our overlook area due to visitors who are doing other things than just viewing the city. Another thing I have to agree with another reviewer is that maintenance is constantly in and out of my apartment. Some days I am not there and used to leave a note that they were in my apartment but with new First Communities Management, I am guessing that’s not important to them anymore. I would love to see that feature to be brought back. Overall, the office

        The location is terrific. The grounds are clean. They enter your apartment far too much & often without warning. Our parking lot has needed work & is roped off for at least 6 months. The neighbors are obnoxious often yelling and fighting in hallways and parking lots. There is a lot of gathering in front of our apartment at the overlook so there is a lot of noise and be prepared for July 4th they will shoot fireworks on our roof all night.

            The property manager Vicky & the staff are writing the false reviews on how “good of a place” Rosemont is. Please check the google reviews left by longtime tenants. Run do not move here. A tenant is currently without a/ & has asthma and other health issues. Vicky advised there is no excuse to expedite the repairs on the a/c. Do not move here. Save your money.

              If you’re considering making this your new home DON’T. The property is under new management (First Communites) and they are horrible to say the least. The property manager Vicky & the rest of the team have been harassing & shown discrimination towards me since they have taken over..I have resided at Rosemont for more than four years & I have not experience such filth behavior. I’ve been harassed by a tenant, they have not taken action to resolve this matter. I have broken my lease & I am excited I am moving soon. This place is not worth the headache. No one in the leasing office is on accord when it comes to handling tenant issues.

                  Absolutely love it. Everything was updated j was kept informes on any issues. Staff was very welcoming. Neighborhood is very quiet. You can see the overview of Atlanta. The move-in process was very easy.

                          When I first moved here I was blown away by the affordability and customer service when compared to apartments in the nearby Smyrna/Cumberland/Atlanta area. However after moving in I was quickly turned off by several things. If you live on a bottom level - beware! I can hear every single footstep, TV, and toilet flush (yikes) of my upstairs neighbor. It has caused severe sleeping problems. Ever since we’ve gotten new property management a few months ago things seem to be a lot worse. They have shut off my water twice recently, unexpectedly, for several hours with no explanation. The trash compactor has been overflowing on many occasions. They have changed the billing platform and I frequently have to reach someone to correct their mistakes by charging me for things I don’t have. Overall, I am so glad I will NOT be renewing my lease and urge anyone considering a move here to look at other options even if it may be a little more expensive.

                            Don't live here. This place is aweful. Management changes like the seasons. Poor communication. Misguided information regarding rent. Take months on major/emergency repairs. Parking is horrible! Run!!

                                        This is only my second month living here at Rosemont, but my expectations are met so far. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. Tracy and Mr. Hal are the only two that I've met/had interactions with and they have made us feel welcomed. I'm so glad that we made the decision to move here, as we had looked at so many communities.

                                          I have lived at Rosemont for a little over a year and I have had nothing but a great experience (especially since the new management took over). Tracey, the leasing consultant has been nothing but great since the day that I met her. And Ms. Q has provided a level of customer service that is unmatched by the previous management. She's understanding, professional, and looks for solutions to problems, not at fuel to them as the previous management. The apartment is great, cozy, and tucked away, and also very convenient access to East Cobb shopping. I would recommend living here.

                                            This is my very first apartment and I have no regrets. I will go down a list of things about the apartment that I liked. 1. Maintenance is great! I know it's difficult for maintenance to fix problems in hundreds of units, but they make it a priority to fix things right away. I've only had two minor problems that they fixed the next day. 2. Leasing office team is very helpful. It may be hard to get in contact over the phone, but if you go to them in person they make sure to resolve any issues you have. 3. I've seen a couple of bugs in my apartment. Nothing too major, no infestations or anything like that. A few stink bugs here and there which wasn't really a big deal to me. (I was on the second floor btw) 4. The price is a steal and it's located in a good area! Up the street there's a Kroger, fast food restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations etc.. The only cons were thin walls and having to drive up the hill to throw trash in the dumpster. But once again, it's nothing too serious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it. I'm relocating because of a new job. Renne, Ms.Q and Tracy are a great help! Thank you guys!!

                                              Place has outlived its prime.. When I first moved in with my girlfriend and our dog - the place was a hidden gem. Family setting, quiet neighbors, all friendly people, attentive maintenance, clean property, bug free.. Knew all the neighbors by first name. Not going into detail, but everything is the opposite now . Last place , Id move to with family , significant other, or Kids. Neighbors seem very odd and strange, except for a small few. Just in the last few months, our car has been hit three times by neighbors backing out or parking at night. Maintenance always have excuses if they bother showing up.. Grounds is filthy and bug infested. Few times Maintenance has either damaged my property or my things "go missing". Neighbors are obnoxious and quite frankly strange (mostly college kids or lonesome irresponsible adults who litter, party all night, dont clean after their pets, or lock their loud barking dogs outside in the middle of the night). Great if your in college, horrible if you have an 8-5. Sometimes my neighbors smoke so much weed , I am afraid my clothes smell. They built a dog park which is great addition. But I almost got bit by an unleashed pitbull. Half the time people use it for drug deals or for using drugs anyways. I've seen more Police here on calls in the past year than I have on the roads. People constantly using drugs very openly in the parking lot, as early as 7am until well past midnight. Sometimes outside my front door! Management won't do anything, they don't care. The few times I brought it up with Management, they told me to call the police to deal with the problem, Its private property , the police aren't going to do anything and its a property security problem.. And to fix the problem, so I should call the police and tattle tale? No thanks, I know better. Lucky that my lease is up soon. Unlucky if you take our place. Honestly, there are better options now in the area. RENT keeps going up and the property keeps getting worse. Soon it will become a high crime area. Office Staff is generally nice , otherwise would have been gone a long time ago. Don't want to live next to college kids, obnoxious adults or drug dealers/users.

                                                This apartment reminds me of student housing when I was in college (except the median age here is much higher). Are you neighbors dangerous? No, but they will be annoying AF. Do you like trash on the ground? Hope so, cause you're going to look at the busted glass from a Mike's Hard Lemonade, five Budweiser cans, and two packs of Marlboros for the next month. Do you want to throw furniture from your balcony and still be offered the chance to renew your lease? This is the PLACE FOR YOU. Unless you're on the top floor, you will hear every step your neighbors even think about taking. If your neighbors like music, you'll know every word to their favorite song. Seriously though, this place is fine if you want a decent commute in a safe area without having to pay ridiculously high rent. I see the same types of complaints about complexes that charge twice as much for a relatively similar quality of life. My overall experience was a net positive. The only thing I can really recommend is that if you have a maintenance issue, report it through every channel possible. The maintenance team is awesome, but the office staff is totally incapable of coming up with a consistent system to get the maintenance requests to them. Call them, email everyone, and show up in person if you have to, but once the maintenance team gets your request it will be taken care of ASAP.
