Nice place to live albeit expensive

Anytime I’ve needed a repair, Robert is extraordinary at his job, and..adds some humor to his visits here :/) if it’s replacing an appliance & removing the broken one, or just replacing light bulbs - he’s always spot on!

The grounds overall are kept very clean and manicured. Very nice plantings. Pleasant. Only area that detracts is the recycle dumpster area new dumpster is needed as the covers are broken and unsightly. Old furniture, Mattresses, and other items pile up and can attract rats. It should be cleaned more frequently and observed that only tenants are disposing of items. It seems to pile up very frequently. Maintenance crew respond quickly and are very thorough courteous, professional and friendly. Any issues with repair seem to come from higher up than maintenance and office personell. Everone on site is great. But they can only do with what is approved from higher up.

Pembroke Woods Apts exceeds expectations for locality and country setting. Stores and restaurants are less than two minutes away and amenities to suit yourself and your pets to make everyone feel at home. Very well kept surroundings. A really nice place to live!

Pembroke Woods is a safe place to live. It feels like living in a neighborhood. Maintenance team and office staff are excellent. Problems are dealt with promptly. I have been living here a long time and would stay. However I’m getting older and would like to live closer to my son who’s in southern NH. Hoping I can find a place like Pembroke Woods up north.

I have had the pleasure of residing at Pembroke Woods Apartments since January 2021. I love the view from my balcony overlooking the beautiful woods and deer passing through. I have many kind neighbors. I would highly recommend Pembroke Woods Apartments.

Not very happy with it at all. Lots of problems and slow at fixing it. Went over 30 days with no stove. A/C not working and never got fixed. They gave me a portable one. It’s a joke. Communication is not at all. No calls back to check on the 10 legitimate problems. Some got fixed light a light bulb.

Adequate and livable, just not exactly a fair trade for the cost. Would only recommend if it was within someone income and they were desperate living with a pet and needed an apartment. I dont think it’s a bad place to live though

I was very nervous to move and didn’t know what to expect but right from the start I felt welcomed and got to know a lot of new people.Everyone has been extremely nice and my dog loves all the pats she gets on our outings. It’s very well maintained and pretty with all the flowers the hallways get vacuumed regularly and the community is great about cleaning up after their dogs and my son and I feel safe with the automatic locking doors that only residents can access. There is always someone from maintenance around and they are always happy to help with anything. Overall everyone has been kind and welcoming and my dog has a spot she loves stopping on her walks and it’s a residents yard with a birdbath always full of water my dog loves to drink lol thank goodness the woman that lives there doesn’t mind and she always has it full. Positive experience Thank You!!

The location- convenience , pool, gym and my individual apartment is the reason I renew my lease annually. There are some issues that are difficult to address and I understand. Smoking and parking is addressed often but not sure how enforced.

It is a quiet, safe, and overall nice apartment complex. Staff have been amazing. My only complaint is that I have a few rude neighbors, and my packages keep going missing. I have had to order them to the office, which has helped a little bit.

Too expensive for what it is and rates keep rising. Known electrical and appliance issues were not solved prior to moving in, and took months of repeated Maintenance Requests to resolve. Flooring was installed terribly.

So far, I am a little disappointed with the apartment we got. Definitely wasn’t inspected before my boyfriend and I moved in. Air conditioner wasn’t working, wasn’t renovated with hardwood floors and new stuff like they showed on pictures and screen door was broken off as well as lights weren’t working.

I love the team at Pembroke Woods!! They are wonderful and I am grateful for what they create here. They are tough but fair on residents who do not follow the rules and this creates a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. They also LOVE dogs.

I have lived at pembroke woods for 18 months now, I’m very happy here. It’s so nice to pull in and see the beautiful grounds, the neighbors are very friendly. I really appreciate the pool this time of year also. Inside the apartment I hear almost no outside noise, it is my retreat.

I love location off the highway near any store you need. The complex is well maintained and cleaned, the nature is beautiful and there’s also privacy, and I love that it is pet friendly. I also love having my laundry in unit, a fireplace, a balcony, a dishwasher, a gym and a pool… I would definitely choose to live here again

In our first year here we’ve had quite a few maintenance issues: blockage in pool line necessitating removal of hall carpets, and created wet areas and mold on our main bathroom floor and my son’s closet floor, failure of the air conditioning unit, garbage disposal issues etc. There has always been a rapid written response to our issues but the projects have sometimes been delayed due to the schedules of sub-contractors. The area above the new air conditioning unit has yet to be painted. Your maintenance team however is always polite, professional and interested in correcting the problems. The insulation between floors seems to be lacking and our upstairs neighbors tend to be very noisy. I will say that, after my son had yet another discussion with the head of household two months ago, they do seem to be making an effort to be reasonably quiet between 11pm and 7 am, which is all we can ask for.

Waiting on a washing machine fix for 9 days. No updates!!! Don't have time to drive around town and do our wash. 15 pills daily,bad back and the 3rd floor residence is not good for transferring laundry

Quiet. Clean. Staff is very attentive! Caroline in the office is amazing and very helpful! The maintenance team is great! I would recommend this community to anyone! Move in was easy and quick. My apartment was move in ready and without any issues! I enjoy the convenience of the location! Close to the highway, shops, and restaurants!
