Ive only been here a month but it was an easy transition and everyone has been friendly and welcoming. The staff is professional and friendly and always answer any questions I had and the maintenance staff were prompt in addressing my request.

Parking in 900 building sometimes is an issue I counted 8 cars that didnt have a sticker many times on ongoing! Times Seems to be different cars??? Worst on weekends. But also during the week! Other residents have complained to me about this. Seems to be extra handy cap spaces never ever used. Not enough spaces as their are residents in the building?

Parking is a big problem. People move in with and there guess use residents parking cars with no Pembroke stickers here daily and over night making us park far away. You should fix parking. I hope snow removal is improved this winter.

There have been staff changes since I first moved here, but it appears all is for the better. Staff very professional and have dealt well with the challenges of the pandemic. The overall feeling is that of a comfortable, safe and responsive community.

I have had better experiences at other apartment communities. Didnt feel like my concerns were valued. When first moved in took forever for maintenance to come. Sent several work orders in. Took a lot of complaining before I was taken seriously.

To be put bluntly, this is by far the loudest place I have ever lived in my entire life. I have moved around more than most people i would assume, and this place is so egregiously loud at all times, that I almost dont even believe it to be real.

My community has been wonderful so far, I have no negative things to say as everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Neighbors have offered to help me carry groceries in, always holding doors for one an other and just and over all positive community.

I am a new tenant here at Pembroke Woods, my Granddaughter and I moved in on June 1st. I love it here, nice apartment, the grounds also look so nice. Its a very quiet community. The location is fabulous! Close to everything. I also want to give a special shout out to the leasing office and the maintenance crew, I recently ordered an item online, (bed frame) when I called the office to inquire if I could have help bringing the item to my apartment, they had maintenance deliver to my door, that was greatly appreciated! Thanks! Cheryl

I appreciate having a lovely affordable apartment. The grounds are well maintained and the area is safe. Office staff are quickly and professionally solve any issues and questions. I have been living here for about 14 years and plan on staying as long as it remains affordable.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and have been very satisfied with my living experience. This is a great place to live while being in a transitional stage of life. I do plan to purchase a home, but would recommend Pembroke Woods to anyone looking for apartment life. The surroundings are pleasant and the amenities (pool, fitness room) are a real bonus. Apartments are beautiful and modern and close to highway and shopping.

Very happy here !!! Love the location. Everyone has made living here a wonderful experience from the time I moved in to any issues I have had here have been taken car ed right away !! The grounds are kept clean and buildings are maintained beautifully.

The walls are paper thin. There's no padding under the rugs so living on the top floor, the people below you get upset when you walk. The appliances are old. Seams in the carpets have split. The apartment is too pricey. The trash and dumpster situation is rediculous and the parking is horrendous. For $2,500 a month i shouldn't have to walk two building over at night to park when overnight guests do not park in the visitor section. The halls and entry ways wreak like Pot and noone gives a dams. There's drug dealing in the parking lot and blatently out in the open. Pembroke police are at the complex at least twice a month.

I love pembroke woods because it is a great place to live. Easily accessible to major highways and close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers . Beaches and parks are close by. Grounds are kept up immaculately, all around great community!

My wife and I like living here because of the private wooded location that yet is close to shopping areas and to MA Route 3, the main highway into Boston. This is great if you are a daily commuter. The maintenance staff does a very good job handling problems. Management is always friendly and ready to help with questions or issues. The people that work here, the spaciousness of our 2 bedroom apartment and the location are just right for us. We enjoy it very much.

I love it here because the staff are great, kind and respecful. It's quiet here and tge neighbors are very nice. My children loves the playground and the pool. I also love going to the gym with my daughter.

Feels like home when pulling in! Well maintained grounds and nice structure. Nice amenities including a pool, exercise room, playground and grills to use. Having a private patio is wonderful as well. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that has plenty of room. When guests stay over, they have their own separate space with a bathroom. The lightening and hardwood floors make great additional touches.

I just moved to the Southshore the complex is a bit pricey but it's well kept and has many amenities that we enjoy! As we venture out and explore we are finding great restaurants as we don't always enjoy chains and local attractions.

We are satisfied with our apartment complex but it is getting very expensive to live here. We plan on checking out other places at the end of our lease. Office and maintenance staff are outstanding. Building and grounds are well kept and problems taken care of right away. Parking at some buildings is at a premium, even using parking permits for tenants does not always work. Rents have increased 30-35% in 4 years, no telling where they will be next year?

Pembroke Woods is a nice place to live. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and great access to the highway. The property is very well maintained with beautiful plantings! The apartments are spacious with an open layout.

Pembroke woods is great! Compared to my last apartment complex this place is heaven! It's very dog friendly and the grounds are very well kept! The pool and the dog park are a huge plus! I would highly recommend!

I believe that if I put here how I really feel it would not get posted, so all I will say is I wish I had the money for a down payment on a house. Some people that live in this building feel that children should be seen and not heard. When you live in a apartment complex you do not own the land surrounding your apartment so don't complain about children outside playing.

KINGLSEL COULDN'T HAVE REFURBISHED THE POOL A MONTH AGO INSTEAD OF LAST WEEK? THE POOL NOT OPENING ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND IS AN EMBARRASSMENT AND UNACCEPTABLE. NOTE THAT THE POOL LIGHTS DON'T WORK AND NEED REPAIR, ALONG WITH THE CLOCK THAT HASN'T WORKED SINCE LAST SPRING.

Apartment is nice and quiet. Parking doesn't seem to be an issue. Work orders are usually done next day. Staff is very nice. Grounds are well kept. So far we have been very satisfied with the quality of this complex and would definitely recommend to a friend who was looking.

this is the first time i have lived in an apartment in over 30 years, i have always lived in my own home or rented a home. i wish there was an elevator but the stairs are good a good little work out.

I have seen a noticeable increase on improving the complex !!! the Office Mangement and the staff are always smiling and always are there to answer any questions I may have!! Not that I drive them nuts!! (Ha Ha!)
