    The neighbors and neighborhood is peaceful. Several changes in office management and maintenance team. Melissa is a positive addition, however parking is an issue and maintenance issues are partly fixed.

      What initially seemed like a decent place to live became extremely frustrating once serious maintenance issues began. For over a month, my apartment has had no consistent heat during the winter, which is unacceptable. Maintenance has entered my unit almost every two days, but the heat only works while they are present and stops a few hours after they leave. Despite repeated visits, no one has clearly explained what the real problem is or given a reliable timeline for when it will be permanently fixed. During a recent snowstorm, my unit was effectively unlivable. Management provided two portable heaters the day before the storm, but when I plugged them in, the electricity tripped and shut off, making them unusable and unsafe. I was left trying to endure freezing temperatures inside my own home. The past three weeks have been extremely stressful and exhausting. What's most disappointing is the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability from management. Heat is a basic necessity, not an optional amenity, especially in winter. I previously spoke positively about this community and even recommended it to others, but this experience has completely changed my view. If you're considering moving here, understand that while things may seem fine at first, serious maintenance issues are not handled with the care or urgency residents deserve.

        The apartment is so good except the security for the vehicles. I lost my vehicle tires after moving in two days. If any security patrol or camera install it will be good.Except that everything is good.

          Nice area but some mice are outside by the trash and cars at night. It is overall a very nice community right outside of Prince George's County. I feel safe here and like this will be my home for a long time.

            The community is really quiet. Park like setting. Staff is super helpful and always available. Super convenient and the beltway is close. Parks are across the street with lots of hiking trails. Fairland recreation is 5 minutes away with an indoor swimming pool.

                I actually like the well being of this community. I love how the maintenance staff work and how they acknowledge the concerns and questions. Another thing about this community is the families, I love to see a full community that's family oriented and the support of the staff hosting different events for the entire community.

                  The people are friendly and it's a safe environment .The community is very quiet. The parks and schools are great. People know each other. Having kids with special needs can be challenging with them being hyperactive but manangement stood up for us.

                    Been with this community for over two decades and to be honest things Change overtime but not all change is good or acceptable whether its management or community. Please make your decision wisely because moving is not easy!!

                      The staff at this property are so welcoming and genuine. I was kept up to date on the status of my apartment, given a tour, lease was easy to understand and the entire move in process couldn't have been more timely and professional. If you are looking for a home where people are respectful and you like nature don't hesitate to call Mrs Veronica for a tour!

                            I have been living here since 2002 since i was very young. This community was safe in early years but by the time it is getting unsafe. I see cops often, vehicles are not safe in parking lots. Moreover kids misbehave at the bus stop. Fee families has moved away due to some naughty kids around this area.

                              Great experience, very quite and safe community, close to fairyland community center, great park areas and many football court, shopping centers, gas station, the only negative factors is that no bus route go by the complex

                                It a great place to stay, it's quiet and Safel. The Management is very courteous, opened and make you feel home. Schools are accessible. The neighborhood is so friendly and appartements are very clean

                                      My experience living at Knight bridge two has been amazing. Over the past three years it has been a Peaceful environment. The leasing agents are always very helpful and polite. Whenever I have an issue in my unit, they send maintenance immediately to fix any problems. I've been here for 3 years and haven't seen any roaches or mice. It's a really nice community and I'd recommend anyone to move here.

                                        I have been living in this community for 3 years and I'll tell you it is a very quiet safe community to live in, if you have any problem with anything inside your apartment they will send a staff right away to fix the problem I'm very happy and satisfy with the service thank you.

                                          I prefer the previous apartment in the 3900 building. Before I transferred and moved out from the old building (3900-104) to this one, the property manager bought a new Washer and Dryer for the new apartment (13512-204) up to now, the new washer and dryer that was purchased for this new apartment has never been delivered. I'm using a very tiny washer, way much more smaller than the washer I had in the previous apartment and I can never complete one load cycle every time I do the laundry. If I had known that management was not going to fulfill their promise, I would never have moved out from the old apartment or I would have moved out of the development completely. This little old fashioned washer and dryer costs me an Electric bill averaging $500 per month. I can't even use the dishwasher nor Air condition for fear of the electric bill being too high. The previous Manager had even sent me an email that immediately the new washer and dryer came in, they would install it immediately. It's been 2 years now and the current manager has refused to fulfill the request. Am left wondering where the washer and dryer that was purchased for this unit is?

                                            This is a nice community. Management also put in the effort to ensure everything runs well and smoothly for residents. They are also prompt to solve any maintenance issue that might arise. The community is also surrounded by parks.

                                              The manager is terrible. She does not care about anything. The maintenance is very bad. It take them so much time to do anything and if they do at all. We had a mouse in our apartment and the manager did not do anything for us and at last we had to find a way to take it ourself.

                                                  The office staff was great and Professional. Kind and very helpful. I had a smooth transition and the office staff was very quick to answer any of my questions. I Like that my son's school , paint branch high-school has a school bus stop right on the grounds.
