Quiet safe and homely. Neighbors are friendly and polite. Staff are understanding and friendly quick to offer advise and or suggestions. Community is always clean and quiet. Cupboards can be upgraded but ok for now.

It feels surreal that this is home! Quiet neighborhood, around everything I need, staff is BEYOND amazing and more! If you need anything Veronica is an angel from above. Her and Michelle will make it happen :)

Maintenance don't do anything and management is not good they don't come and repair very upset about the manager and everything needs to be changed and nothing is done I pay my rent on time for the past eight years I need my apartment to remodel

I love the lay out of the room mate apartment. When there is a problem management take excellent care of it. Its kept very clean outside. The grounds are well kept. I moved in May of 2020. Over all Grady Management has done a great Job at Knightsbridge 11

I love this community because it's located in a very nice place and very quiet it's also close to schools and shopping centers. It's a very safe neighborhood to leave in. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

Located in a great area. Great community. Close to parks and recreation. Close to major highways. Proximity to DC and Baltimore. I've experienced Flood issue when it rains Now mold and leaks. Should do better to maintain cleanliness near dumpsters.

Quiet and tranquil. Grounds are kept exceptionally clean..even the grounds in winter time with snow, the maintenance team is on point. The residents are wonderful people.. Neighbors look out for each other. It's safe for a community and little children

The community is really quite and nice management was very nice and helpful and the community seem quite and I haven't had any issues or problems, everything works fine and looks in order, the parking seems good.

This was a great property wen I moved here in 2002. Comparing the property to the time I first moved here and now, it has really gone down. I have witnessed residence family or friends littering throwing food and garbage on the lawns and every where but the trash. The parents let their children run wild no supervision very loud and noisy all day long and during quiet hours. Since new the nee property manager took over she is slowly but surely cleaning this property up. I commend her on her prompt action getting this property back to normal. This is a beautiful neighborhood with tennis courts soccer fields and parks in walking distance. U can tell wen a person with experience that also cares about his or her job make the much needed changes to make this property a beautiful place to live and be proud of again.

Good community close school safe to live very clean close transportation very quite good for kids I have never complained about parking good neighbors the only bad part is that the people in the office don't answer the phone almost never

Overall, I find living in Knight Bridge Apt. II to be peaceful. It is a nice, quiet and safe community. The neighbors are friendly and respectful as well as the office staff. I find the apartment to be very handicap accessible..

Great experience. Just the building is old, therefore we had so many work orders. Hope that some appliances could be replaced completely, for exemple the two toilets need to be replaced instead of being fixed all the time we have a problem

It's a quiet community but mgt changes all the time, which makes it difficult to form a professional relationship with them. I also need to chase for my maintenance requests to be taken care of....and some requests have been outstanding for over 1 yr.

Primer lugar los vecinos asen mucha buya en la madrugada el mantenimiento no son puntuales no dejan el trabajo bien echo nunca contestan en la oficina cuando viene personal de mantenimiento y hay 2 cosas malas solo arregla la que viene a arreglar y. La otra no la arreglan solo por que no ven?an por ella.!!

I'ved lived here for ten years now I love it. If you like peace and quite this is the place. I hope it does'nt change. I'ved told others and had one person to move in. I highly reconmand others.GREAT!

It's loud. People smoke in their apartments. It's hard to get in contact with the front office when there are issues. You're always lead back to the website instead of talking to a person. You pay for parking but sometimes there's no where to park and it's dangerous outside at night.

Good community to raise children, proximity to malls, schools and stores. Clean neighborhood, low crime. Prompt response to resident's query by the maintenance team and the leasing office are willing to help.

with all this pamedic virus the staff make sure that the building gets clean and trash get pick up on a daily basis and just making sure our neighborwood stay safe and clean and jus over all a good neighborwood to live in

It's a good place to live. So far, the management has been very responsive and it's quiet in the evenings usually. It's convenient to the highway and parks. There's enough parking spaces. The appliances could use upgrading.

It's been a different experience given COVID 19. It wouldn't be fair to rate the community at this time. For the most part everything is OK. People need to clean up after their dogs and properly dispose of garbage and recyclables. Trees could be trimmed back so as not to "weep" on cars

From Monica the property manager to maintenance, service is top notch. Only issue I have is you hear the upstairs neighbor walking. Other than that I enjoy living here. The location adds to the value with the with walking trails across the street.

My experience in this community is a good one. It's clean, my neighbors are clean also. No roaches. Though a niece of mine has a friend who has a friend living in the community whose Apt is infested with roaches because of that, my niece's friend who is looking for an apartment doesn't want to seek for a place in the community. But my niece explained to her that my Aunty lives there and have never seen any roaches in her apartment. So I don't know whether theis person doesn't comply when the exterminator comes to spray.

It has been a pleasure living here in knights bridge the community is quiet .. so far so good. love the park across the street and close shopping and gas stations and banks near by would recommend... .
