Overall I have good experience at this location however apartments are very old and always have maintenance issues but I'm ok here because community is very peaceful and lot of facilities are also around here

    Have always enjoyed living here. Apartments are spacious. Grounds are well maintained. Office is very available when needed. Location is convenient to Beltway and Rt. 95. Fairyland Park is right across the street and convenient for walking or biking.

      The place is clean, there is no bugs or mices. Washer and dryer included in every apt. Very safe environment, maintenance service and management is excellent. Close to schools, To recreation park . Shopping center near by.

        This community is very pleasant to live and the office management is very good to the residents. When I need something to be fix in my apartment the office send somebody right away to fixed it. I'm always very happy with the service.

          I have a great experience with the community because it's safe place for my children it's a safe place because we're almost knew each other. I'm a truck driver sometimes when I get home it's difficult for me to sleep caused the children lived above running up side down and sometimes that's enoying me but I deal with it I have kids too.

            I like the community. Service requests are handled promptly, the staff is friendly and professional. The set-up is not very kid-friendly, for example, not much space for significant outdoor play like riding bikes or playing sports, but they do have a small playground and the pool is a plus. We have had no problem with pests such as rats and roaches, etc. With these apartments you are getting what you pay for: they're are not perfect, but are also not overpriced to where you're dissatisfied.

              I moved here in 2011 and I NEVER had any issues and if I did the follow up response was almost immediate up until now. The new manager does not respond to emails or return phone calls. I had to put in the same work order repair 3 times still wasn't completed until I entered it through the Grady website and it was done the same day. They cant seem to get the parking situation together we have to pay annually for parking and they don't use the company only when its convenient to the property. If you use your visitors parking pass more than 5 times a month you have to pay nightly for the same pass. I have been living here since 2011 and am moving out in August. Its not worth the money. The property has gone down since Tomas the previous manager has gone.

                It's very convenient no problem so far. I would recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work thank you. The only thing I would suggest to Grady Management...please change the Blinds in the front of the apartment in the residents apartment it will carry up the complex...

                  I've experienced no problems with the staffing or neighbors. The units are old and need to be remodeled. The airflow in my apartment is bad causing me to have higher heating and cooling Bill's. The flooring g is weak and I can hear my neighbors walking around all hours of the night. The water heating is poor..frequently run out of hot water.

                      This community is an ideal place to leave, the apartments are spacious, they are kept clean & up to date. Grounds are gorgeous in the summer/spring when trees are in bloom. Nice upkeep of the grounds. The are NO issues with bugs or rodents. Community is quiet & a friendly environment and any maintenance concerns are addressed promptly. I love this community.

                        I use to live here before. I left and came back they're the best for me in this area. I'm delighted to be back. The management is quick to respond to maintenance issues. My laundry machine was giving me problems they brought me a new one. I'm a happy tenants ????

                          It's been an enjoyable experience. The only thing I would suggest is security cameras, monthly inspection of neighbors balconies to remove bags, trash, and clutter, and window blinds. The first impression is the most important.,

                              Floorboards are too loud. The squeaks wakes us up almost every night. If you value sleep, I'd go to another place. Rent is relatively lower but the excessive noise and inefficient/old appliances make it not worth it. We're now paying for a 2BR but the main BR is unusable if we want a good night's rest. Wish I believed the other reviews but we came from an apartment that was near train tracks and that didn't bother us.

                                When i first move here, nice not alot of Crime , nice neighbors but now this place has gone down hill like the Projects , dirty, roaches, the Residents dnt keep clean balconys or apts, they get there cars worked on , they storage cars here, dead tags, other people came here and dump trash here ,the list goes on and on

                                    Returning residents, we liked the area when we first moved here and after a few years decided to return. Noise seems to be the only concern at this very moment. Floorboards are loud, and walls are thin so you can hear just about everything from your neighbors.

                                      The area and community is very nice have a park not far from the beltway but the problem I have no buses come around the apartment it's very bad special some people don't have a car I hope in the future metro buses will come around the apartment because people have to walk far almost 20 or 30 minuets to take the bus from the park and ride all in all so far the community is okay ??.

                                            My first two years at Knights Bridge 11, maintenance and management will promptly solved your concerns and attend to your maintenance issues as quickly as possible. but starting the year 2018 things are rapidly declining. not enough maintenance staff, the work load is too much on only two maintenance staff and the office bearly answer to our phone calls. Most times you have to walk into the office to have a solution to your problems.

                                                  I have a good experience about this community since 2014 I believe. I use rent on the third floor. In 2017 I had moved on the ground lever and it was a very bad experience for me. However, the appt was nice clean and beautiful but too much noises come from the residents up of me. Also my whole appartment every night had a very strong smell of cocain and other drogues. The electricity bill was always high. People drive crazy and speed.
