Great experience so far, I havent had any issues. The management is really responsive and everything is always done when needed. The place is very clean . I have had any issues with anything since I moved in.

Good. So far my experience is perfect. The community is nice , the crime . The tenant s are friendly enough parking for tenants.maintenance respond on time , and the management is window was fix on time and my front door was immediately fixed without me waiting.

Overall management of the community has declined in recent years. The grounds are in disrepair and the buildings look old and dirty. The paint is chipping and even the front entrance signs are covered in dirt and grime.

The community is clean, and the people are friendly. Parking can at times be a hassle if you arrive home late, but that is expected being there is no permit parking. I've noticed neighbor with 2-3 cars.

The management is great and the price is good for the amenities it's just the noise, you can hear everything above you, especially if you're under hyperactive children or you neighbors are on a different schedule.

I love the community. The majority of the people who I encounter are nice and well mannered. I like the children however, some of my neighbors are sloppy and their balconies are a mess. I would likemore accountability.

The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are polite, and there is enough within a 10/15 minute driving distance that you don't feel to cast off. Maintenance is really the biggest problem in Knight's Bridge, and as long as you stay on top of them they eventually get it done.

I have lived here since 2016, I am very pleased with the complex. Staff is always available, and every issue I've ever had they have always been very prompt in fixing them. I always feel my children and I are very safe.

Maintenance is the absolute worst. I've had my apartment left opened, I've experienced sloppy jobs and clean up after work that's been done. There seems to to be excuse after excuse for why things were done wrong.

Great,very happy with the complex. Very qiet and no noise environment to leave in. I have told some of my friends and co-workers about the apartment.So far I enjoy staying there and enjoy the peace of mind I get at night when I go to sleep and wake up in the morning.Nice and clean environment, nice land scaping also.I have just been there 1 month and I love the place.

Great community and surrounding environment. Convenient to parks and amenities. The apartment is older but makes up for it's age by being big and spacious. New communities don't offer this kind of space and for these rents. Best value for your buck.

My experience thus far has been very disappointing. I am very happy with the community itself, my building is very quiet and neighbors are pleasant. However, my move in experience has been the absoulte worse I have ever had. Otherwise everything is ok.

Good community but poor maintenance and poor management. The apartment units leaks out air then you stuck with a fat electric bill. Maintenance is a sad case. you put in a maintenance request no body shows up,then days late you'll receive this survey asking you to rate the service that was not done

Nothing to say here. I like the area and the front desk staff but that is really about it. Close to 95 and close to safeway and target and petsmart and a few food places/restaurants. That's about it. Run out of things to say here. Ok. Bye bye now..

i became a resident here at knight bridge in august of 2015.i had a few problems when i first moved in but everything was taking care of at a nice fashion. i only have a concern about people hanging out in front of the buildings. the community is very nice overall and welcoming! management does a great job at what they do!

I find our complex to be very nice and safe. Has a neighborhood atmosphere, which is good. Parking can be an issue, I work varied hours and often I find it difficult to find a spot near my building. This is a problem, since it's usually at least 10 p.m.

The front staff was courteous. I still have 2 broken doors ants and an inoperable balcony lock upon move in. I gave a written letter as well as a visit to the rental office. I love the wooded view and tthe neighbor's were very welcoming. My daughter is interested in moving here when her lease is up.

THE COMMUNITY IS NICE AND QUIET.LOTS OF STORES CLOSE TO THE AREA, BRIGGS CHANEY AND LAUREL. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE PARKING, AFTER CERTAIN HOURS AT NIGHT IT IS REALLY HARD TO GET PARKING SINCE THE COMMUNITY DOES NOT TOW. I THINK IMPLEMENTING PARKING STICKERS WILL BE VERY HELPFUL TO THE RESIDENTS.

Thank you for fixing my blinds! I appreciate it. :) My blinds fell out of place when I was opening it and the bracket or brace. Tomas put in a ticket for me and assigned France (Maintenance Technician) to fix it and it was re secured and rehung. It works perfectly fine now!

Relatively clean and quiet community with a nice office staff. The apartments are beginning to show age. Parking is at a premium on weekends and some nights. Walls and ceilings are thin and neighbors can be heard. Convenient access to I-95 and other major thoroughfares.

I have and roommate style apartment and I love the set up because the rooms aren't right next to each other. I love having a washer and dryer in unit and I love the space. However the people that live upstairs stomp jump and make all types of Noise, I comlpained to the rental office and they did nothing!!! Also the parking is terrible they have visitor passes for no reason because they don't even tow which the should! The management is is terrible there very and organize and they don't get to maintenance issue quickly! The maintenance man Johnny is very polite he will speak to you when he sees you and help you if you need it he's just a great person!! other than that I like the apartment but the management sucks

I had a wonderful experience living at Knights Bridge II. The staff has always been friendly and respectful. All of my calls were returned immediately. All concerns were addressed quickly. The property is very clean and well manicured. My kids loved the pool. The location is great - near several parks and trails, and also convenient to the Beltway. There is ample parking. The only reason I left is because I was ready to purchase a home. It was a pleasure to live there.

I have lived here for four years. Office staff has been very helpful. I feel they go out of their way to really help. When I have needed something repaired the response has been great, within 24 hours. During emergencies the response was within the hour. My only gripe is the grounds. I wish they would get someone who is better.
