Amazing People!!!

Aaron and Hayley were in patient throughout my whole process of applying and many questions! Aaron is very attentive when it comes to the community residents he works with, seems like a great outgoing leader to staff! His staff are very helpful, and patient when it comes to helping new residents! That is very appreciated!

    Not worth the effort

    My refridgerator suddenly stopped last week. I put in a work order to have it looked at, and haven't had anyone follow up. It remains inactive, all the groceries for the month spoiled. I would n9t reccomend this location for the corporate slumlord like tendancies.

      Thank you for reaching out. Our maintenance team did respond and discovered the issue was related to a GFCI outlet, which was replaced. Once that was repaired, the refrigerator began functioning properly again.       I would look elsewhere

      I moved in to a supposed "upgraded" apartment. This consisted of carpet and an air conditioner. They neglected however to paint the trim or fix the lock on the sliding glass door. They also forgot to mention the person that lived below me who would constantly sit in his darkened apartment watching people. Despite 14 police reports and reports to management they did nothing about him. I endured threats, damage to my vehicle, blasting his stereo in the early morning to irritate me,pounding on my door at all hours among other actions by this person. i might add I observed him taking gas powered lawn equipment out of his apartment, which have natural gas stoves, and was frequently seen with a hunting knife. Ostensibly this was for his "work" but he had admitted to stabbing himself with it during one of our few civil moments. I finally asked to move after water damage to my apartment. Even though the city said they should move me for free because it required extensive repair, they were going to charge me $500.00. They of course stiffed me on my security deposit and the repair at the time of my departure consisted of merely painting it over .I would watch your step in the winter as well as they did a less than stellar job salting the side walks as I fell several times.

        I have been living at Eastland for 5+ years and have great things to say

        The entire staff is extremely professional. My dog says I should mention how good the Dog Parks are. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to make home I recommend Eastland is the place land!

          Good price and location!

          I have enjoyed living here for 2 years and both the office and maintenance teams are great! Easy access to airport, shopping and highway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in southeast part of GR.

            When I moved into my apartment three years ago, the carpet was disgusting and wet and I even tried cleaning it myself while I lived there, and they said they would fix it but never did, and then charged me for it after I moved out. The property is not well-maintained, which is why it’s so cheap. Nothing in my apartment was updated, and they had the audacity to screw me out of my security deposit at the end. Don’t move in here.

              Andy, the maintenance man

              Andy is always willing to lend a helping hand! He goes above and beyond for residents and is always so positive! The other day I got a piece of furniture stuck in my car and just when I was above to give up on removing it, Andy was there! He got it unstuck within minutes! Thanks for all you do, Andy!

                Such an amazing experience and apartment!

                My husband and I just moved to pur new apartment and we could not be happier! The team at Eastland were so considerate and were eager to answer any and all of our questions!                       Misleading and false information

                      I emailed these people and ask them what the requirements for rent or were told them my income and that I had at section 8 housing voucher and they told me that the income requirements were the rent and that is a direct quote I have proof and so I was excited and I called to ask more information and she said no you have to have three times the rent no matter what and I said but I have it in writing you guys said the rent and she said oh well I don't know it must have been a misquote or something either way these people are rude at least the lady I spoke to was very rude about the situation and these people are doing nothing to help the homeless population of elderly or disabled people they're only contributing to it because any of us on disability can't afford their guidelines and they know it so they don't care

                        Nasty office staff

                          DO NOT RENT HERE

                          BUYER BE WARNED!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! MAIN ISSUE OF ETHICS - They shoved a new lease on us 5 months early and said the longer we waited to sign the more expensive it would get. We had been planning on moving but hadn't ironed out the details. We signed the new lease not knowing it would prohibit us from putting in our notice. A week later we figured out what we were doing and went to give a notice. Mind you this notice is OVER 90 DAYS in advance. But since they essentially back people into a corner signing a new lease 5 months early we had 2 options either pay an extra $1500 to break the new lease that doesn't even start for another 4 months or continue paying rent on 2 places now! We were emptying our bank accounts just trying to leave this horrid place and had to have money loaned to us just to give the notice. THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR NOTICE WITHOUT $1500 OR $2500 IF YOUR UNLUCKY WITH YOUR TIMING. By forcing the lease early it makes it impossible for you to actually give a 60 day notice. This is essentially a scam. The girls in the office don't care and will not work with you in the slightest to work something out. We had every intent to pay but they refused to take the notice without us paying right then and there, basically forcing us to keep paying for a place we wouldnt be using. With the way everything is going in the country right now this way of thinking and doing things is just disgusting. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! OTHER Building ISSUES - Lived here for 2 years and had 2 apartments. Everything is falling apart. The blinds crack and break just opening and closing them. Kitchen counters are warped. Dishwasher floods (guy came out 3 times and "fixed it" No we had a towel in front of it the whole year we were in this apartment. Day 1 the shower had bubbles in whatever lining they use to throw it together when you move in. A week later the shower looks like crap and just shredded pieces all of it all over the tub. The screen door keeps falling off for the porch and the screen for the window kept blowing off. You can literally drive around and see other people's screens in the middle of the lawn or on the roofs. It's just crap. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

                              These apartments absolutely do not have hot water in the shower or bathtub! You have to take cold showers in in the middle of winter, your kids have to take freezing cold baths in the winter. I could be wrong but I thought apartments are supposed to provide you with hot water for the shower and Tub. The worst part about it is they don’t even care at all!

                                Recently just moved out several months ago, my experience living there, well there's no words to describe my experience. I would give this place 5 negative stars. There living space is worn down. Nothing barely works. When you do pay for a carport it's pretty much pointless. Considering people park in your spot anyway. So it's just better to park wherever you want instead of paying, because you don't have to worry about them enforcing there own policy. Plus when you do finally leave that hell hole. They promise to put you on a payment plan. I called three times, weeks apart inquiring about when the paper work will come, so I can start paying off the bill. The staff on the phone keep telling me it should arrive via mail soon. Next thing I know they send me to collections. I have perfect credit history, so this will be on my credit score for years to come. I call again after receiving the collection notice, and they tell me they sent out the payment plan a month after I moved. Never received it in the mail. Not even one simple warning. Long story short do not trust them or sign anything. Respect comes a long way, this establishment shows they have no respect towards there tenants and could care less. Actions speak louder then words. My advice, run far away from this place as you can or youll end up being screwed over just like me

                                      Overall a place I wouldn’t want my children visiting. Residents rent the club house in order to party through the entire night. They’ve left trash to include cigarillo wrappers and crack pipes in the yard in front of the club house. They is typically broken glass by the dumpsters. You’ll get an email every 3 months or so regarding dog poop not being picked up, but residents still fail to do so. There is often a strong marijuana oder in the halls and to correct this, they put up no smoking signs which has led to zero change. The staff is rarely helpful and often rude. They do have a good location though!

                                          A place I always call my home with ALL of the confident_Eastland Apartment, a best place to live! Cool staff very understanding kind of folks with a VERY strong sense of humor. With my 5+ years of continuously living at this property, I have not had any problems with either the management or others! A very quiet environment and yet a cool place to raise the kids as well! I will STRONGLY suggest this place for those who like a very quiet neighborhood or a friendly apartment. It doesn't matter weather your a student who goes to school and work at the same time, Eastland Apartment is a place where you will still coming home and get a BOTHER-LESS rest due to its quietness environment! Everyone is so respectful here at Eastland Apartment!

                                            We moved in less than a month ago but had a very stress free move in process and have enjoyed our time here so far, for the most part. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed at first, but maintenance was quick to come to our aide. We are currently in one of the studios here at Eastland and although it looks small it serves its purpose and if arranged correctly feels bigger and quite homey. We can't wait to get more involved in the community and get to know our neighbors. We love the location being so conveniently close to pretty much everything you could ever need and how peaceful and quiet it is considering the location. So far as we can tell it gets an undeserving bad rep, but we'll keep you updated!

                                                Ive lived at Eastland apartments 5 years. The staff are friendly and the maintenance is fast. The neighbors have been iffy most recently since, I've lived here and rent has been increasing, but I understand that's not fully their decision.

                                                  Horrible!!! There is a reason this place has low ratings everywhere. They sent me a notice I never received stating I had to renew within 2 months of the end of my lease. I never received it. Had I received it I would have renewed early. But since I never received it, I have to pay OVER market value for my monthly rent. The office staff was condescending. No consideration was made for me not receiving the letter. I feel they are dishonest.
