Our first apartment - will always compare others to this

My husband and I moved in when we got married in June, and we couldn't be happier. Our apartment is not only affordable, but it includes almost all utilities - a HUGE plus, considering things are pretty tight in the economy now days. The office staff is absolutely wonderful, and so accomodating, and maintenance is usually quick to fix any problems. When my husband worked 3rd shift, he never had to worry about my safety, as we always feel at ease here. Everything is well-maintained, any problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Any place we live in from now on, we will compare to this, which means we will be very picky, I am sure.

Great Apartments

I have lived in Eastland Apartments for almost a year now and I love it. I grew up in a small town and I was worried about moving to Grand Rapids because I hated the idea of living in the city. Living at Eastland sometimes I forget that I live in GR. However, when I want to enjoy everything that a larger town has to offer I am also in luck. Eastland is only minutes from Malls and all kinds of stores and restaurants. This is a great apartment complex for location. THe staff is also very reliable and personable. I work with three other people that live in Eastland and the office staff know all of us and that we all work together.

Moving out on good terms.

Overall my experience living at Eastland was positive. My neighbors were polite and kept to themselves. The office managers were nice and friendly. However, one of them really stood out to me. Holly Kuempel was always willing help and make the extra effort to make sure that I was always pleased with the services I received from Eastland. One day, as I was on my way to the store, I stopped by the office and let her know that I had a problem with my sink. I was surprised when I returned home and the sink had been fixed. She must have got on the phone as soon as I left, for it to have to have been fixed so quickly. I became so impressed with the service I received from her that when ever I needed any thing, I would just ask for her. This is not to take away from any of the other office managers. I am impressed with all of their work efforts and positive attitudes. There is another member of the Eastland staff that I was impressed with named Peter Patt. Peter works in the maintenance department. Any time I needed some work done, I was always happy with the results of his efforts. I would recommend Eastland apartments to any one looking for a place to stay in the Kentwood area.

Very nice place

I have been living in this apartment for 2 years and i must say this place rocks. peaceful community, helpful staff and strategically located place at a very affordable price. Holy is through professional and always ready to help you.

Awesome Place

This is such an incredible yet affordable place to stay. This my second time leasing from Eastland Apartments and both times renting I have had nothing but great experiences. The office staff is very helpful and gets things done right away for their tenants. Holly is a great person to work with, always pleasant, and is very helpful in providing necessary information. Shawn always greets me with a smile even if I am just in there paying my rent. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great place to stay!

I have just stayed a couple of months here, and I love it. A very peaceful and quiet community. Love the apartment layouts and service is too good. The office staff is very co-operative and friendly. Highly recommended.

Love it!

I have only been here for a few months, but i love it. I live on the first floor and we barely hear any noise from the neighbors, and they are all so extremely nice and welcoming! The office staff, especially Holly, is wonderful! Always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The maintenance guys are fantastic and are always on their game! We have lived in so many different places around Michigan and this is by far one of my favorite places. this community is run very well, and with the great staff it has been such a great place to call home.

Very satisfied

I have been at Eastland for a couple of months now and Ive been very happy. the building is a little older but everything is solid and works. I called for maintance one time due to an issue with the fan above the stove and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. I have found the other tenants to be quiet and respectful (I hope they think I am too :))and the leasing agent Holly was pleasant,informative and made you feel like you were the only person she was dealing with (when we all know that isnt the case) I havent lived in an apartment for years, but I'm enjoying it.
