I really appreciate the staff here?they have consistently been friendly, responsive, and helpful since I moved into the community in 2025. The people in the neighborhood are warm and welcoming, which has made settling in very easy. The area itself is beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful, creating a quiet environment that feels safe and comfortable. Overall, it has been a great place to call home.

The staffing here is sporadic and that can be frustrating. Everyone is professional and cordial but we never know if anyone will be in the office. Building is very quiet and feels safe so that has been a plus for us.

The apartment is decent. The staff is terrible especially the leasing office. Documents dates wrong on the ledgers as well as notices. The laundry machines don't be working. The pool and office close ??

Everything is pretty good, very nice people at the front desk. About maintenance staff very profesional and have fix everything we have had. About the neighbours, everyone seems to be nice and friendly

Very friendly, Quiet community. The staff is helpful and responds quickly when there is an issue. The outside of the apartment is well kept up, no garbage or junk sitting around outside. Haven't used the pool yet but excited to in the summer!!

It's a solid apartment. Fair pricing for what's offered (2 bed 1 bath), most of the appliances looked close to new and all functioned correctly. The area is fantastic and the communal areas are also great. Everything is maintained very well and any issues that arise in your apartment are quickly and effectively taken care of. The only negative thing is I wished there was a garbage disposal connected to the kitchen sink.

Good community overall great tenants. Very pet friendly a lot of dogs walking courtyard. Pool in season is usually in great shape. Building are cleaned regularly and laundry in building is great unless they are under repair. Nice lakes nearby and park walking trails.

Windsor South is a quiet and calm community that is well maintained, clean, and safe. Very friendly staff and community members. The grounds are nicely laid out, parking is never an issue, and the water is filtered through water softeners.

We moved to Windsor South around 2017 and found the area to be quiet and peaceful. The crime in the area was low and the rent was cheap. I love that they have a pool and small fitness center, as well as walking trails and parks nearby.

It's nice living here. The area is generally clean. Maintenance is handled quickly. And the units are in good condition. The office person, Tori, is very nice and helpful, especially for someone new to the area. It's a very sleepy community. I've only met one of my neighbors thus far, and I've lived here for 3 months? I'm your typical 9-to-5 person. Other than that, I can walk to the local park. We've got the 3 C's (Caribou, Cub, and a Culver's) close by.

I decided to move here because the location is good, staff actually answered the phone when I called and was very friendly and professional, and the layout of the apartment was good for what I needed. I got the keys for my apartment on 8/25/23 but actually started staying in it on 8/31/23. I was shown the apartment a little prematurely because it hadn't been cleaned yet, it smelled a little smoky but I assumed cleaning would take care of that. When I moved in the apartment looked clean on the surface but the smoky smell was still present. Now it's become apparent that only surface level cleaning was done because the carpet feels greasy and leaves black marks on my feet. I've contacted management about the smell and they promptly set out some activated charcoal bags for me. I've also done some basic cleaning and shampooing on the carpet to see if it helps. If not I'll contact management again and see what they will do. Overall I'm still pleased with my decision to move here; staff has been great so far and apartment/amenities are good for the cost of rent. It's just disappointing that the cleaning job before I moved in wasn't better, now I have to deal with it around all the furniture I've moved in already.

I looked at several apartments before looking at my current apartment. I had other tours lined up after viewing this one. But after meeting the staffed here, and viewing my apartment, I knew this was my home. The setting is beautiful! The people are friendly and the apartment is really nice. I canceled the other tours I had lined up in favor of my current home. I knew once I saw it I was done looking!

Windsor South is a great community! It has its ups and downs like all do but management works to fix things as quickly as possible. The management is caring and maintenance is excellent. If you have an issue management will take care of it promptly. All around a great place to live.

It is nice and friendly. I like that there are grocery stores, parks, and eateries within walking distance of the apartments. I also like how people seem to enjoy riding bikes, walking, and running. It is a pretty nice community.

Windsor South may have a few years on it, but the upkeep, grounds, courtyard, swimming pool and management team make this place a nugget that should be viewed with all its ameneties and possibilites. I'm so glad that I live here. Safe, Value, close to everything!

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. When there has been an issue, it is dealt with right away and you are made to feel that it is as important to them as it is to you. This is truly a home.

It's been okay place to live just know if you have any maintenance issues don't look for them to get completed they say it's fixed but never step foot in your home. People let their dog pee in the hallways and poop in front of your garage door but other then that it's okay place to rent

The Community is very Quite and you don't hear much noise around here. The Parking Lots are spacious and there are always somewhere for quests to park.The overall condition of the complex is not Bad and they do Offer Garages for an additional charge.They are not Heated and don't have electric outlets.They should be offered for no Charge.
