When you Know these Reviews are Fake

I have lived in Windsor South Apartments for over four years. If the location wasn't ideal and if I didn't hate moving I would have been out of there after the first lease. I recently experienced a two month plus period where there were no or only one working washing machine in our building. Management is not responsive. Makes excuses when laundry machines are down. Doesn't respond to messes when reported. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Hello, we are disappointed to see this review. We are aware of the issues with the washing machines and continually do our best to keep everyone up to date. Unfortunately, like many other things today we are waiting on back ordered replacement parts to make the necessary repairs. Our entire team is doing as much as possible to get the required parts and have these machines available for your use. It is a very good community There is not a lot of crime I like the area for shopping and other things. I enjoy living here and want to continue living here. The area has a lot to offer and is a nice place to live

Living here has been good. Some of the neighbors are nice and friendly. There is an issue of garbage and cigarettes being left on the grass and bothers me. There are some older aged residents who have been very rude but for the most part the community is good. Our apartment itself has been maintained well and location is great.

Great community, 2 nice parks within walking distance. Shopping and restaurants are very close. Great school district. Excellent centralized location within the Twin Cities. Good upkeep of the complex, nice pool area, plenty of room for walking pets.

The move in was made very easy. This is a nice quiet place to live. It is also kept very clean. The pool in the summer is amazing! Great neighborhood and a lot of shops and restaurants are very convenient and close by.

I picked this apartment for the cleanliness and location. Every time we have a problem there is fast response and great communication for everyone that works there. Everyone wants pets these days and they accept them too, most have been friendly. Love the pool!

So far so good in regards to the community. I have not encountered major problems. I have only some issues with the appliances. I think I have submitted multiple work orders for my fridge and I think it's time to replace it for a new one.

Great community, safe, and secure. Office staff and Maint. staff is great. facilities are in good condition and amenities are up kept. Very pet friendly! I've stayed in two units here both were clean and in good condition. I would recommend renting here. - Shaine

The move in experience has been great. The apartment is very clean. We moved in on a Saturday and had no water in our bathtub, and easily found help through the emergency maintenance line from the packet of information given to us.

This community is great for the most part. There have been some incidents that has happen to a roommate of mine when she lived with me; she got her car stolen out of the parking lot. They were dealing with outsiders coming in and stealing things out of people's cars, but they have really crank down in that and it doesn't happen as often or at all anymore. The people are friendly here I haven't ran into a resident or staff member who has been rude yet. I feel like the cost of the apartment are a bit much, but other than that it's a good community to raise a family in.

I actually wasn't looking based on Apartment Ratings family that used to live here. They pretty much sold me on the apartment not any ratings thing. Plus after meeting the office staff and checking out the apartment, I knew it would be great here.

I am upset because the staff that come in and out of the building do not wear masks. There are signs hung up in the apartment complexes stating that masks are mandatory, yet their staff do not comply; quite concerning. Also, considering their staff come in and out of each building/units, they could spread COVID. I would suggest requiring your staff to wear masks if they cared about others, its not that hard.

By and large, a very satisfactory experience. Not a fan of the new policy allowing dogs, and a newish neighbor is noisy. Otherwise things are good. The requested maintenance work has been done quickly when needed and the staff has been helpful.

great place and location, only downside is the room gets a little warm during the day, garage spots are a little tight and narrow. Hallways feel a bit warm at times. Would be nice to maybe have designated parking?

We have learned if you turn your A/C on in the morning it will leave your apartment nice and cool for when you get home in the afternoon. Also make sure your A/C filter is clean, a dirty filter can cause your A/C to not cool properly. If you need help with this please call the office and we can help.

Friendly, clean, and good staff. Haven't had any major issues living here yet, I do feel like a lot of kitchen appliances are REALLY outdated, besides that it's not a bad place to live at all. Neighbors are friendly.
