The apartments here are clean, the community is kind and welcoming, and the amenities are great. I love the artwork in the hallways, and rarely ever felt bothered by any loud noises. If you're looking for a safe, quiet, peaceful place to live, this is the place to be. I'd stay another year if I could.

This is the first apartment I've lived in after college. Overall, it's been what I've expected. The neighbors are for the most part quiet. Having doors that block sound better would block almost all the noise from outside my apartment. The grounds are kept very clean and look great from the street. Since it's located off of major roads, the community is very quiet. The building itself is a bit older so there is some creaking from the room above me.

The office staff are so friendly and helpful! They really go out of their way for you. Walls are a bit thin but the neighbors are quiet so I have had no problems. Laundry in the building is expensive and I take my laundry somewhere else to be done. Kitchen is a bit dated and small but it works really well for me. I love living here!

This is only my second week living on the property, but so far so good. The staff is really nice and prompt when it comes to getting things fixed. There is a bus line that is really close so that's good. Also the grocery store and many other convenient places.

So far, everyone has been very friendly and the area seems nice! The management here was very accommodating which was a huge reason why we moved here. The apartment itself was clean when we moved in and overall, we love the look and layout. We are excited to use the pool and yard games.

So far everything has been great .. the office staff is really friendly and helpful, apartment was very clean during move in and everything went smooth with my keys and the appliances and fixtures in the unit.

They have many available parking slots. Moving in process takes 2 days. Nearby elementary school asks for driver license from MN. So if you came out of state your kids have to wait at home until you pass exams and get your driver license.

Other rental places don't charge for water, sewer, storm water, or rubbish fees. The amount on the lease should be the flat amount we pay...no add ons. Question as to when I moved in..1986 & wasn't an option given.

I have enjoyed my experience here, parking can be slim sometimes but overall it is not too bad. Sometimes there are loud neighbors and in a few instances I have heard someone buzzing all the apartments in my building trying to get in at early times (later than 12:00).

We drew the short straw for units and live above someone who is very loud, rude and smelly. The building overall is always clean (hallways, walls, common areas) and the cleaning products used smell divine. Don't bother with a garage space, they are way too small. We have average size sedans and can barley fit, let alone open doors and get a car seat out. Kitchen is very outdated but works. Blinds are super flimsy.

The management is kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The community is a safe place for a single person. I plan to get a cat in the future, so pets were also a factor for me. I also believe the price is reasonable for what a resident experienced while living here.

Not shure at this time just moved in a week ago i just no that its not noisy people aren't blowing there car horn thru mid night people aren't slamming there doors at two three oclock in the morning when you gotta be up to be at work buy 7:30 am this was my last apartment i just came from complained about nother ever get done about it thats why i moved lived there six years things went south i had to go i needed my rest couldent get it there.

this apartment is over market price for what you get. It's terrible that we have to pay for water and waste fees. This is the Goodman Group's business expense not the resident's. When I stated that in the office I got screamed at for saying it at my last lease renewal.

Everything is fine at Windsor South the management is very good the community is great not that far from my church or my I family not that far from the stores it's very convenient and close to the park.

mostly good--if I stay I would want to move to a 2nd or 3rd floor 1 bedroom, facing the courtyard.-- more private. Rent prices may force me to move . too much traffic in front of my patio. Neighbor noises late at night outside.

So far my experience has been excellent- the staff have been friendly and helpful both before and after move in. They were very flexible with regards to my schedule and everything was nicely prepared, including the little welcome box and the follow-up emails. This is the first time I haven't felt like a number when moving into an apartment.

I have lived at Windsor South for a little over 6 months and only have wonderful things to say about this place!! Jovette and NaDean that work in the office have always been so helpful from helping me get packages to addresses any and all my concerns. I plan all living here for many years to come as I have lived in other rentals in the area and this is the best one by far! Kudos to all the staff at Windsor South and thank you for always going above and beyond for me!

Our experience has been less than satisfactory. Our move in date was pushed back, and the apartment wasn't ready for us to move in to when we actually did. We have had many issues with the appliances and slow response from management. The heat is not controllable. We have put in many requests but no solution has been found. Our upstairs neighbors are inconsiderate. There is not enough parking near our building, and the garage is too narrow to pull into, given the tight parking lot.

It's a good place to live - especially when there are flowers on the freshly painted boardwalk. The parking lot is repaved yearly. The pool is well kept. The laundry rooms are nice and clean. I wish that when the staff changes, we are informed. And that the parking lot was plowed more often in the winter.

Staff is super friendly, and helpful. Buildings and apartments are appealing. A bit pricey, but you can see why based on appearances. Building heat is always on the hotter end, so I hope you don't like it cool.

Windsor South Apartment is a very nice building. I live with my wife and 2 children and we have plenty of space in a 2 bedroom. The amenities are quite well. The staff is very responsive and truly care about getting to know the residents. Almost all you need is walking distance as well; grocery, liquor store, and bus stop.

This is a great apt community and management company. Office staff is top notch! The buildings and grounds are well kept. The apartment is quiet and nicely updated. Secure buildings and ample well lit off street parking. Nestled in a residential area and fabulous park with trails, lake, etc., nearby as well as grocery store and restaurants. Love it!
