It is so nice living here. It's really quiet and beautiful. The beautiful Silver lake is only a few minutes walk.I often run there. There is also a small park nearby. You can play basketball and soccer there. Cub foods is so close, you can buy anything you need quickly. It's really your best choice to live here.

I have lived in many New Brighton apartment buildings and have been a long time resident, Windsor South is by far the nicest building in the area. Great staff who truly care about the community and their residents.

It's a nice community, beautifully landscaped and relatively quiet. There's a new building manager and she's much better than the last one and has made some really positive changes. I have some typical gripes regarding maintenance requests taking a long time to be dealt with, lack of snow removal and inability to control apartment heat.

Just moved in after having friends live here for a few years. Friendly staff, the grounds are great, neighborhood is quiet. Silverwood Park is close and great! And Cub and restaurants are within walking distance.

I chose this location because the apartment was clean, airy, and roomy and because the staff was so helpful and friendly. I've had an excellent experience thus far. Great location, close to freeways and shopping, and nice, clean, well-maintained buildings.

I find the studio rent within reason given the amenities which include a homelike backyard, picknick tables, pool, during xmas the courtyard pine tree and pool gate turns into a beautifully lighted holiday display. This made me feel at home since I have no family here and my kids are grown and live in different states. The display was simple yet classy and took me by surprise with this being my first year in the complex.

Overall, we like the property, staff, residents and location. We are paying about $100 more/month than a near by complex that offers the same amenities. A little less traditional, they still have smoking/non-smoking buildings. The near by neighborhood is nice-park, walking/biking paths, good school district and close to shopping and accessibility to Saint Paul and Minneapolis. The grounds are well kept throughout the year. As far as snow removal, they have been prompt at clearing the walkways and communicating parking lot plowing.

The qualification process was a little intense, but if you have good credit then you don't need to worry. But once I got into my apartment I was impressed. It's very clean and cozy. I have a beautiful kitchen with tasteful appliances. I'm conveniently located right next to many business and work is only a few minutes away. My one complaint is not having a garage that opens and closes automatically with MN being so cold. But my guess is that's an update they are working on. Overall I am very happy in my decision to make this my new home.

Great Staff, apartments are located in a great neighborhood, apartments themselves are very clean and spacious. Fitness center is pretty decent, could probably use an upgrade. Pool size is pretty decent, laundry facility is really convenient. It is pricey in my opinion for the facilities offered, however, i recommend this place whether it's short term or long term because of how comforting the environment is.

Beautiful landscape, quiet neighbourhood. Maintenance issues were fixed efficiently. Jovette was always friendly and helpful. I did not yet find any hidden fees. The floor is a little bit too thin. I could even hear people who live upstairs stepping on the floor, which makes it kind of noisy.

I can honestly say this is the best apartment I have lived in. My place is flawless with no damage or maintenance issues whatsoever. The laundry room is two doors down which I find very convenient. The location is great. The neighbors are very quiet. The staff is friendly and accessible. It's just an overall great place to live.

I have never received a "welcoming packet" from any place I have rented before. Filled with misc. items like garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, mints etc. Next to being clean, friendly, and professional that was a nice surprise on our move in day. Kind and thoughtful goes a long way.Thank you

This a quiet beautifully landscaped area by good shopping, and public transportation. They have the best looking laundry facility I have ever seen..extra storage and great view from my window. My family now feel comfortable about my move

These apartments are wonderful - they are quiet and clean! I rarely see my neighbors since I feel like everyone is so busy. Jovette is always friendly when I go into the office. She may be busy with something but she will take the time to address any questions/comments I have. The inside of the apartments are clean and spacious. We pay for rent + water and electricity (which is a separate bill from Xcel). So far, I haven't noticed any hidden fees. I had a few minor issues inside my apartment, which were taken care of quickly.

Too many hidden fees that they don't mention to you. Jovette, the office manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't have any problem kicking you outside of her office, really! A lotta spiders and centipedes in the apartment. Overall, stay away from those rip off.
