Amazing and highly responsive Maintenance staff.

I have lived at City View Apartment for the last three years, and my interactions with the maintenance staff have been top-notch. Every time I have a question, a concern, or a request for a fix, they make the time and leave me with the feeling I am the most important tenant on the grounds. Extremely respectful and polite. When they enter the apartment, they show much respect by cleaning up before they leave. Also, it is informative about the cause and solution. If I have not been available, and they see me out and about, they have to follow up by asking about the status, how things are going, and what they have done to resolve. I will say that, overall, my time here has been the best because of Mike's continued authentic efforts and interactions with my family and me, which is what has made my stay here easy to call home.

I am glad my lease is over. The staff is rude and maintenance is slow. My apartment was dirty when I moved in. The traffic and noise is horrible. Grounds are dirty. Not worth the rent you pay. Don't even bother with City View.

We love living here! The Staff is so friendly and understanding of all your needs and request. The community is very friendly. We attend a CityView Pub crawl and met some great neighbors that have became our friends. We love the volleyball courts, local dog park, and gym. CityView is very pet friendly which is a major plus for our two doggies. We will be living here for a while.

Everyone was very inviting and informative when we went on our tour of the apartments. Once we moved in the lady at the front desk was not very inviting. We had a light bulb out in one of our rooms and it was fixed right away.

We absolutely love living here!! Everything is so close! You can be way north or to the heart of downtown in minutes! Im so glad we moved here and can't wait to begin meeting some residents and using the facilities like pool, volleyball and fitness center!!

I love a lot of things about city view like location, having grass and parks near by instead of buildings and concrete like downtowns do, having a washer and dryer of my own, being able to have my dog allowed, being in close proximity of everything etc. But the City View staff are one of my favorite things because they are such amazing people to work with. Management is a huge thing when it comes to where you live so I feel very fortunate to be able to speak with such sweet, caring, and helpful people 100% of the time!

This place is a great location. I had a problem with parking but management took care of it. Landscape and grounds always clean. Still waiting for the pool to open. Windows are hard to open but, maintenance is always and willing to fix it.

We love living at CityView! The apartment itself is a contemporary design - I especially love the roman bathtub! There's plenty of storage for everything, altho we rent a garage which also has added storage. The neighbors are all incredibly friendly, the grounds are lush and colorful, there is plenty of lighting so I never feel unsafe! The pool is big and well kept, the workout equipment is first class, and the coffee bar is just fun! We are very happy with North Kansas City - its a self-contained city with all the necessities, plus amazing entertainment venues - ALL of which is within walking distance of CityView! We highly recommend living here!

CityView apartments are great! I moved here because I had friends who already lived here and raved about the community. There are so many different floor plans to choose from, Studio's to homes with attached garages. Having QT only a 2 minute walk away is amazing, but my absolute favorite part is the staff in the leasing office. They make living here the best experience ever.

I love how family friendly the community feels and how if we need anything from maintenance even a light bulb changed they fix it the next day no problem. The staff is very friendly and once a month they always send out a flyer with fun things happening or even something fun they have going on in the club house.

City View is a 5 out of 5. Love the staff, and I would recommend this complex to anyone! Very neat and organized and a beautiful place to live. :-) we love the atmosphere: the plum trees, an the butterflies, the property is very peaceful, and quiet. A wonderful place to call home and to come home to, after a days worth of hard work.

I love living here. Everyone seems so happy! Great community engagement, excellent tenants all around, nice amenities (hot tub, pool, gym, in-unit washer/dryer, etc). I have a place to call home that I love and am proud of, that's cared for excellently by fantastic staff and a great maintenance crew. I am confident that when I look back in life this place will always be one of my most favorite residences I've ever had. The only negative thing to say is that I can occasionally hear one of my neighbors partying and walking, but it's only on weekends so I can't be too mad about that. Footsteps happen and people want to have fun!

so far I absolutely love my apartment. luckily mine already had accent walls and ceiling fans, so that saved me a little money, but they really add a lot to the apartment. I love the adjustable lighting and fan speed. all the pantry/cupboard space is a plus. Easy access through back door is awesome, especially for someone who owns dogs. Maintenance is so quick! I love it!! only thing I can say that I wish was a little better was the porch lighting. It is extremely dim. I also wish the sink was a little deeper. Not many dishes fit. If both those things were adjusted than id give city view 100% :)

So far I have been happy in CityView. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful with all questions. Maintenance issues have been addressed extremely quickly and I have actually been impressed on how fast they get taken care of. Keep that up. The apartment itself is nice and up-to-date. I am not a fan of the electric stove, especially with the coils. The pots and pans do not balance on them well and it is hard to clean. The biggest concern I have right now is noise from the tenants upstairs. They are not overly noisy but I do hear every footstep and there is a great deal of creakiness that goes on when they walk around. I am hopeful that something can be done about this. In addition, the bathroom fan turns on but does not seem to make much of a difference at all in terms of removing the moisture from the room after showering. It takes a good 20 minutes for the room to be completely rid of moisture. These are just some of the complaints I have right now, but overall, I am pleased.

CityView was an amazing community for me! I loved living in this apartment. I was impressed w/ the friendliness of the staff as well as the many social events they planned throughout my time there. Maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. I also loved the community of North KC. Avoid paying the wage tax if you're working in KCK and make CityView your new home.

CityView is one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. While the outside always had green grass, great shrubbery, things to do, (and a ton of dogs to see); the inside was just as great with vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms and one of the best floor plans I have found in Kansas City. Whether speaking with office staff, maintenance crew or other residents, there was never a bad conversation during my stay. The fitness center and pool were both great places to be and never overcrowded which was a huge plus. Even with being in North Kansas City, grocery stores, P&L, Westport, or Plaza were all still under 15 minutes away or a $10-15 Uber. Although I had to move to be closer to work, it was still hard saying goodbye to this apartment.

We loved living here. Neighborhood is fun and convenient for travel. Easy to get to downtown but fun stuff to do in walking distance too. Apartment and grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff is fun and friendly .... games activities and free stuff always happening. They keep you informed too of local events community activities and general tips. Residents are friendly and respectful to each other. The pool is fun clean private and relaxing. Never too crowded. The fitness center is the same. Beach volleyball and BBQ pits are a cool touch!

Cityview has been nothing but excellent. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist with any troubles or complaints. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the local micro-breweries and armour theater. There is a local dog park, city park, and child's playground around as well. The complex also offers themed parties from time to time. I would move back if I ever came to KC again.

We lived at CityView for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. The only reason we are moving is that we purchased a home. Our apartment was spacious, well-built, quiet, and well-maintained. We had great interactions with all of the staff and anything that needed attention was dealt with in a timely manner. Some areas for improvement: * It would be nice if you could submit a maintenance request online. * Months before we moved out, management and the post office decided to not allow packages to be left on the doorstep of your apartment. So if you work outside the home, you have to go to the post office (which is only open 8:30-5 M-F and Saturday mornings) to pick up your packages. With Amazon Prime deliveries, it got to be a hassle. Our favorite part of City View would have to be the neighborhood! It was so safe and quiet (other than a near daily firetruck/ambulance heading toward the Gardens at NorthGate Village). The best part is being a block or two away from Macken Park! We walked to the park most nights to walk our dog, and often walked to Armour Road to visit First Watch and the Screenland theater. The community is well maintained and the management hosts frequent resident events.

I am going to miss living here at City View. This was my first apartment living in the Kansas City area. It's modern, luxurious, and up scaled. This location is perfect if you want to be close to the city but with less noise. Lived here for a year and never had any problems! The front staff are very friendly and helpful.

We moved here at the last minute with less than two weeks notice. Cassie was amazingly patient with us as we had not lived in an apartment for close to a decade. Cassie, Desi, and Shelby made us feel welcome and were here to help us every step of the way. They helped us get a garage closer to our apartment by working with the previous renter who was vacating the property. We had a couple minor issues (like all apartments have) and the maintenance team was on top of it! The property is extremely pet friendly since they have pet stations between all the unit's mini parks. The pool area, gym, and community center are extremely well kept, but welcoming like they actually want you to use the space. Last they keep the community well informed of activities through Facebook and Instagram and have fun challenges (i.e. Gnome and Seek)! In a heart beat I would recommend living at City View.
