My husband and I have been at Cityview for about a month now and it has been fantastic! We love the ladies in the office, how pet friendly the complex is, and all the amenities. It's very close to downtown, a dog park is about half a block away and Barry Road is about 10 minutes north. They made our move in and transition very simple. It's a safe, quiet, pretty neighborhood with lots to offer.

I absolutely LOVE CityView! I think the thing that most attracted me to this apartment complex was all of the amazing reviews I read prior to moving in. I have only lived here for not even a month, but CityView DEFINITELY lives up to all of the reviews from renters that have lived here longer. The staff is SO incredibly helpful and you can tell they truly care and want their residents to enjoy living at CityView. I have several neighbors with dogs that are all so well behaved. The residents are all so respectful, too. It really is such a peaceful and quiet community! If you are looking for somewhere still close to all of the popular areas (downtown, Westport, or the plaza) CityView is THE PERFECT place to live!

I recently just moved in but I have had nothing but great experiences thus far. When I first called to make an appointment to view the apartments, the leasing office answered right away and had time that day to give me a tour! When I got there I met with Desi, and she was absolutely amazing! Very friendly staff, easy to get along with, knows the answers to many different questions, also communicate very well and very quickly. After I left the tour, Desi sent me an email with the information I would need if I decided to apply. Everything they do is online and it is very quick and efficient. Once I got my application done I got approved quickly and then immediately got my lease and other paperwork electronically as well. This made the move in process quick and efficient also. When I moved in everything in my apartment was in great condition and they cleaned everything very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend you give City View a chance if you are looking for a great community to live in!

Very happy with my apt. a City View. Great location in North KC, lots of entertainment and dining options nearby, with easy access to downtown KC and outlying areas. Well kept community, clean and great landscaping, a nice place to live. Happy to have settled here options I looked at. Quiet complex, no noisy neighbors or loud music playing late at night. Am staying here due to a job change, and couldn't be happier. Low key complex, very quiet and I feel safe despite on the street parking. North KC police patrol regularly thru the complex. Management team very responsive to my requests for "fixes" in my apt, and have addressed immediately. A great choice for anyone looking for easy access to downtown, as well as entertainment choices nearby. Recommend highly!

Just moved here and I love the accessibility to everything in North KC, the area is ideal. It's also in a safe neighborhood so I don't mind coming home by myself at night. The only thing I would say is to add more gym equipment but it's still nice having a gym!

My short time at CityView thus far has been fantastic. The ladies in the clubhouse and the maintenance crew have all been above and beyond with their help and friendliness. This place is truly like a mini city community within the KC metro. Absolutely love it. And there is a dog park within walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!!

I have had a wonderful time living in CityView and would highly recommend it to friends! I plan to live here as long as I am able. Pets are allowed if I ever want them, and when I requested a specific apartment (hardwood, 3rd floor) they were quick to meet that request.

CityView is great! The atmosphere is wonderful and energetic, the front desk ladies are always helpful, and the grounds are the most well kept at an apartment complex I have ever seen. Everyone is very nice, I never have noise issues with neighbors, maintenance is top notch and efficient. So happy my cousins and family suggested I live here!

I really enjoy CityView. It is convenient and close to everything you could want without being in the middle of all the hustle. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park, and dog park. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is performed within a day or two of requesting. The only negative I can think of is the windows need replaced. I had maintenance there to fix them but they quit opening again shortly after to no fault of the maintenance staff. Other than that the apartments are updated and very nice.

Since the day I came in for a tour, to the day I came in and picked up keys, it has been nothing short of fabulous & smooth. Apartment searching is difficult enough & when I walked through the doors of CityView I knew it was going to be just the opposite of difficult. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely well maintained. Along with the office staff and maintenance crew, I couldn't have ran into more polite and helpful people. They have no breed restrictions and allow up to 100 lbs & 2 pets per apartment! I am so glad I could bring my pitbull with me. I have only been here for 5 weeks but I know I will not be leaving here for quite some time. CityView rocks!

I love, love, love Cityview! The staff was helpful and extremely friendly from the time I booked my appointment, through the finalization of my lease; even to this day they are still checking in to make sure everything is ok. The property is true to it pictures and very well maintained; I was surprised to find out that Cityview has been around for more than 5 years. I love the newsletters, the social events and updated amenities. I came from a property downtown where the amenities are out of date yet the rent is way too high; the property has also drastically declined from the time I moved in to the time it was time for me to go. The staff at Cityview helped me make the decision to move here and they definitely made the process very easy. I love my loft and adore my deck. After looking at 20-30 apartments, this place truly felt like home. I am looking forward to living at Cityview well beyond my one year lease.

Great place to live. I'm close to downtown P &L and were I work. The office staff was very helpful in assisting me with my transfer to kc from texas. I've already met some very nice people at one of there monthly clubhouse breakfast social. Have called in a couple of work orders and both down within same day. Totally recommend this place to anyone have lived here for 3mo so far and love it here.

I found CityView by happenstance, but really enjoy living here. It's a well-kept, safe and affordable place to live with modern and updated facilities. Maintenance is great - easy to request service and timely in completing service. The location is wonderful. There's a great park nearby, and it's only a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood is growing with new restaurants/breweries coming into town all the time!

I am a new tenant and when I walked into the office to get information everyone was friendly and eager to help. They took the time to show me around, and to explain the application process. I applied that same day and before I knew it I'm am living in a fabulous apartment!!!! If I have any questions or things needed to be looked at in my unit the office addresses it that same day and I never have to wait. I'm going to be a tenant for a long time. Thanks Cityview. I love it here

Wow, just when you think you have waited too long to look for an apartment... CityView jumps to the rescue. I procrastinated and waited last minute to find a new home, walked into CityView praying they would have an apartment available and BOOM, 24 hours later I have the keys to my new home. The staff was so helpful and understanding and did everything they could to ensure my move would be simple & quick. Let's just say I learned my lesson, the easy way fortunately.
