I have been Completely Satisfied with the management team and Maintenance team. I've had only minor things happen in my apartment. They were handled in a timely process and I have not had any issues. I've truly enjoyed living in this community.

      Horrible apartments, when I moved in it was not cleaned , roach infestation, spiders and spider webs throughout the apartment. When i asked if the apartment was cleaned they lied and said it was. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. For the amount of money they wanted for a deposit you would think the apartment would be move in ready on the date they set.

        Zero stars.

        This apartment has all the issues described elsewhere (maintenance and safety concerns, etc.). Beyond that, they have allowed over crowding, likely causing the lethal fire in my building, right next door. Accidents happen right? Surely they would take care of the impacted residents. Wrong! They left me effectively homeless for days, then the unit they gave me was just as bad as described here. Mold, water damage, broken appliances. To top it all off, they've sent me to collections for money I do not owe. Can't warn you enough about this place

          The area is nice. The people in the nieghborhood are nice. Only complaint is that I moved in and had things on the movin list to be fixed and not 1 issue has been satified in over 5 months. Other than that its decent.

            I am not satisfied with the quality of the apartment and with how slowly the office responds to maintenance requests. Everything is old and only partially working. I have been waiting for a section of the floor to be replaced for four months. I like the location, but overall I would rate it 2 out of 5

              There are so many flaws with this apartment complex and the only good thing is the price. There's not enough parking. The walls are paper thin and I can hear each and every one of my neighbors. There are always bugs, no matter how you yourself keep your apartment clean.The noise, oh my god the noise. People that live here are so incredibly loud, I cannot emphasize this enough.

                  When I first moved here, it was gated and it was extremely quiet and a wonderful place to live. Now it's loud all times a night especially on the weekends they party in the parking lot. They drive fast in the parking lot is really unruly.

                      This complex couldn't care less about their tenants. Everything is broken at the gym. Office doesn't care about postal workers leaving packages on the floor of the locker room for anyone to steal. We've had packages stolen multiple times. Yet, after the office says "we don't hold packages in here", we go in for something unrelated and "oh we've had this package for you for 3 months." We had complained about our neighbors smoking weed so bad, it seeped into our apartment to the point we felt sick. My infant son is breathing this crap in. The rules clearly say "no smoking" in the apartments. When we go about it, office says " don't bother us with this ever again." Okay.. when we say we want out of the lease because of the weed, it's a huge rigmarole until suddenly the neighbors are moving out. Okay so when we say we want to break a lease, then they wanna do something. Husbands been living here over 10 years and has never been delinquent on rent, but they wanna protect people who wouldn't even stay a year. Makes sense. Pool is on a top 10 worst pools in Charlotte. It's always in disarray and needing repairs. The building near us had recurring plumbing issues to where human feces ran into the street. Nothing was done for months. Same building looked so dilapidated that it looked as if it would topple over at any moment. Thing finally caught fire. If that's what it took for someone to notice the building? dozens of people losing everything? then that's a shame. I hope they did something for those families besides an apology email. The stairs in every building I've visited are so broken, you'll feel like you're going to fall through at any moment. We complained about our building to the point my husband was going to fix them himself. I watched as an Amazon worker carrying a heavy package fell down the steps because of how crappy they are. Those steps need to be replaced once in a while. Towing a tenants car out of a lined space overnight when there are no other parking spaces, and then laughing at my situation when I ask about it, is asinine. I call maintenance about anything. They won't show. You have to call them multiple times. Needless to say, my experience at Aurea Station has been nothing but unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend it to a monkey

                        Nothing works, nothing ever fixed, dismissive managers about serious issues. No climate control in exercise room, so if you want to workout it's in the 90s indoors, no working water fountain outside workout room, equipment in workout room broken and just sitting there. Cars parked everywhere and it's fine, but my wife parked wrong one day and was towed in the middle of the night- almost like some buildings it's fine for people to park however they want, and some it's not. Not sure if it's related, but it seems like some areas are one race and some are another...

                          I wouldn't recommend anyone moving into this place it's not worth the money, there is barely any parking also maintenance comes after 2days . I didn't get the apartment that I requested there is a chipped ceiling in the bathroom and wall in the wash room I'm a clean person bugs come out of nowhere the leasing office is nicer than the apartments themselves I can't wait to move and get my deposit back. The only good thing about this place is that's close to stores that's it. This place needs a whole new makeover and they need to takecare of the certain tenants and not new ones with us moving into a renovation apartments at a decent rent price or be able to negotiate.

                                It is the most filthy and disgusting place where I have lived and it is very expensive. I pay 2000 dollars and it has black mold all over the ceiling. I do not recommend it to anyone. Do not look at this place as if they did not care about you. Come see the mold boy and call the city to see if a visit from them can do something

                                      Move in was bumpy, with numerous maintenance requests required following move in to get the apartment and appliances operational. There are still some unresolved open items. Trash needs to be managed better it gets piled up (supposed to be valet trash) and near the compactor is an absolute mess. Mail delivery is problematic as well.

                                          Not a good place to live. Trash every where and bugs. Neighbors shoot their BB gun outside in the patch of grass and sit outside and drink and throw their can on the ground. Many Modelo bottles and bottle tops on walkway. We have a roach problem. Have request to be sprayed and still no difference. We have put stuff around but still killing many bugs DAILY

                                              I regret moving to this dump. There’s literally trash EVERYWHERE! Infestation of cockroaches. The amenities that they advertise don’t work. You put in maintenance request and they lie and say complete until you check and realized hasn’t even been touched. Then I also noticed that some of my request stated CANCELED which I’m going to go to the office personally to find out why. The model apartment they showed is no where near the bs you get. I can’t wait until my lease is up. If I’m paying for a microwave. Fix it! It’s a site for sore eyes. It’s just sitting over my stove useless. I am too embarrassed to have any of my friends or family members visit me in this trash dump!! Like where is the landscape crew around here?

                                                This complex is beyond terrible. They don’t offer all the amenities they advertise. The office has poor communication. They have multiple phone numbers and emails and they don’t answer or respond to any of them. The office has bad customer service, a lack of urgency to help residence, and no organization whatsoever. Trash valet which we pay a monthly fee for is very spotty. There’s a major bug infestation. The complex is aware of it and at one point sent a letter to all residents stating that they were going to come inspect all units to see if people were being clean. There’s also a lot of stray cats here that are sickly and have broken limbs, it’s really sad. There’s two parking lots that have water constantly coming from a pipe sticking out of the ground. The grass area in front of multiple buildings is always muddy and there’s always a puddle to jump over getting to your car no matter that the weather is. Every month there’s small random charges that gets included in your rent. Because of my work schedule I had to take time off to come into the office to resolve the inaccurate charges because none of my emails or phone calls were answered. There’s one office employee that for a few months now has always used the excuse that she could not help with resolving issues because she is new. Typically I’m told that the leasing manager will be there for the last hour of the day and that’s all. When you pay rent with money orders the staff ask you to not pay this way because it makes too much work for them to do. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
