The staff at the leasing office as well as the management company are very professional, pleasant and responsive to our needs. The community is very well maintained and clean including the common areas in the buildings. I recommend if you do a lot of cooking go for a larger unit as we have one of the small ones and wish we went "up" at least one level. Our only concern, which is currently being addressed, is the garbage/recycle area .... it is currently insufficient for the amount of tenants. We're looking forward to the improvement.

During my visit at The Crossings At Hamilton station apartments , I worked with both Stacey and Eva, as soon as I walked in I knew that this was the right place for me. Both Stacey and Eva were very respectful, caring and helpful. I have to say that they both went above and beyond my expectations. For those who are reading this, you will not regret stopping by and checking out this amazing place. I am beyond excited to be moving in within the next two weeks.

The staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. The waiting for an approval to get an apartment didn't take long. We had an apartment ready for us on the date we wished to move in. Throughout the new leasing process the building manager and maintenance supervisor was really helpful. The community is peaceful, safe, and secured. I don't feel uncomfortable or worried about my safety. Moving in, the apartment was clean, smell good, and ready. The response of the maintenance request was fast. Very satisfied with that. Rent payment has made easy through their online payment options on the website. Customer representatives are very helpful and nice to answer any questions and walk you through the process of setting up or making any changes. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the apartment home and community we're in, especially the services that they offer.

This is a great community to live in. You know there are people living here based on the number of cars (although there are no issues finding parking even late at night) but yet the noise level is so quiet you would think you were the only one in the building. The amenities at the clubhouse are great including a conference room that you can reserve ahead of time should you need the space for a meeting or even when I had early conference calls and didn't have a desk in my apartment yet. The staff in the leasing office are excellent as well as the general staff at the clubhouse. Great place to live and convenient for anyone needing the train station or to get on and off the highway! Highly recommend!

We worked with Stacey during our move in process, she was so helpful and made the process so smooth for us! So far everything here has been top notch, the buildings and grounds are beautiful! The clubhouse is gorgeous and the fact that they offer continental breakfast on Saturday's and sundays is a huge plus! We're so excited to story our lives here!

I have enjoyed my time in this community. I originally worked with Stacey who gave us a tour and was instrumental in providing all of the answers we needed to make an informed decision. The clubhouse amenities have been great and club house staff ( Eva and Mohammed) have been very gracious and responsive to us as well. Thank you Hector Vega 631 Dakota

I have recently visited The Crossings at Hamilton Station apartments and had a very positive overall experience. Specifically, my interactions with the leasing office have been far superior to those of competing properties in the area. In addition, Stacey Scotto's knowledge and professional assistance of my interest's while searching for a new apartment were exemplary and were a critical factor in considering The Crossings. She did everything to help make my questions and fears go away.

My husband and I have been apartment hunting and honestly, it's become a bit tedious over the last couple weeks. A friend recommended we look your apartments and I'm so glad we did! Stacey and the staff were friendly and so very helpful. The apartments are beautiful and are conveniently located.

I really enjoy this community. Sangeeta is a pleasure to work with. She helped my fiancé and I find the perfect apartment. Sangeeta has made the process of moving stress free and fun. She is very approachable. She answers all our questions right away.

The Crossings at Hamilton Station is a great place to live. Prior to moving here in 2014, I lived in a very popular community in Princeton Junction, and there is no comparison. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the community is safe and provides secure entry into the building via an intercom system, and the amenities are great. The on-site storage units are a plus. I work from home and the Manhattan unit is perfect because of the separate den/office that is located away from the living area. When I need to go to the office, I like the convenience of being able to walk to the train station. I enjoy the convenience of having packages delivered to the office for pick-up and being able to leave return packages, there as well, which eliminates trips to the post office. The office and maintenance staff are very professional and go above and beyond to help residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and completed the first visit. Neil and Harry are the best, no request is too big or too small! The staff is amazing. I live alone and became ill. I went to the office and explained that I wasn’t feeling well, and I needed help. Stacey sat by my side and made phone calls on my behalf to make sure I received the proper assistance. Stacey called to check on me several times while I was in the hospital. When I returned home the staff was always ready to help. Stacey, Eva and Harry showed genuine concern about my overall well being and did whatever they could to make my transition back to full recovery comfortable. My packages were brought directly to my apartment, so I didn’t have to walk to the office. I received frequent calls to see if I needed anything. Some days, I would go to the club house to get out of the apartment. The staff checked on me regularly, placed my lunch order and would chat with me, when they were not busy. Someone would walk me back to my apartment, if needed. There are no words that can express how grateful I am to live in a community with a staff that cares after you sign on the dotted line. This is the type of service that is not written in the pretty brochure or written in the lease. This is a staff that makes you feel like you have a home and family.

We have had a great experience living here over the past year. The office staff has been great from the beginning and the community has felt like a home. The apartments were extremely quiet (we live in an end unit) and we never hear our neighbors below us or next to us. The location couldn't be better with my office next door. Very clean complex and well taken care of. Wish the BBQ was open year-round but all around fantastic community to live in, one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in.

Been living here for 9 months and in that time, the upstairs neighbors have have been noisy every single day and have washed their balcony of dirty diapers that they put outside, which meant the dirty water rained down to my balcony and management did nothing short of talking to them. The noise complaints were not addressed well as they still continue to be extremely noisy, even during quiet hours. Just been very disappointed with the lack of management response and action. Additionally, late at night there seem to be groups of males gathering in the clubhouse area and there is no security to make sure that they are a part of the community.

The Crossings at Hamilton Station is a great place to live. They have both townhouses and luxury apartments. I personally got the opportunity to get a full experience of the place because of Stacey, who actually showed me all the different models of apartments they had, which made it very difficult to decide on which because they were all so good! Stacey was extremely kind and generous with her time when showing us the different apartments and I really liked the fact that she knew everything about the place and walks you through the whole process of what you need to do and have to become a potential tenant. This is definitely a place that I would recommend and if you want the full experience ask for Stacey to show you around!

I recently moved to The Crossings at Hamilton, and couldn't be happier. I stopped in on a tight schedule, and Stacey was able to take me on a tour. The apartment was great, and she could not have been kinder. She was able to answer all my questions, and eased all my concerns. Stacey made my move as seamless as possible, from the tour to move in day. She even helped me find movers... who I loved. She knew the area well, which was a huge bonus and made my life a lot easier. Nothing but wonderful things to say!

*RESIDENT FROM 2012-2017* 5 year resident and just moved out to purchase my first home. Overall I feel this is a nice community and prices are on par with other luxury condominiums in the area - pricey to say the least. My rent started at $1450 in 2012 and when I moved out the going rate was ~$1650. I have no real complaints during my time here except that I did not feel a true sense of community here. The good: Proximity to the train station, Philadelphia, Princeton, New York, New Hope, Six Flags, shops and restaurants you name it. Quiet community I believe minus the occasional construction - it really has not ever bothered me. I felt safe - there has only been 2 crime incidents that I aware of over my 5 years here. Maintenance guys are excellent - quick repairs. The bad: There has been high management turnover over the years - not sure why. There is a full brand new apartment building that has been completely empty for a year. The managers have tried to hold several events over the years but attendance always seems to lack. Last but not least, upon move out after 5 years I got charged $800 fee for cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting (I did not paint the wall back to their off white color), etc.

Extremely friendly and easy team to work with. I need to act quickly since I'm relocating for work, and within hours Stacey took me on a tour of the property, processed my application, and called corporate to ensure everything was processed. Corporate was also very responsive to help move the process along. Also, the complex is very clean, full of amenities, and is walking distance to the station I'm so excited to move in and start my life here!

I've been here one month now and really love it. The staff couldn't be nicer. They really do everything they can to make this a great place to live. They go above and beyond. I especially love that every Saturday and Sunday morning, there's a free continental breakfast in the clubhouse. Also, love my new apartment - and it couldn't be easier to get to the train station. Only five minute walk - it was a ten-minute walk from the parking space I used to pay dearly for in the lot at the Princeton Junction station. :)

You pay premium for your rent because of the proximity to the train station: the advantage is that it is walking distance to NJ Transit trains. The disadvantage is that you can hear every train approaching the station and blowing the horn heard for miles around: from early morning to the midnight, NJ Transit local trains and Amtrak trains. And with poor terrible service of NJ Transit to NYC, paying extra for this convenience does not make sense. As for other services Hamilton Crossings provide with, maintenance is decent, but visiting the clubhouse is painful and unpleasant. Very volatile schedule with hours it is open changing all the time. The managers of the property come and leave very often, one worse than another: coming up with more and more annoying rules for you to use the facilities. It is not the place to relax as clubhouse is supposed to be, it is rather the domain of property manager to exercise her secret domination over tenants desires.

I had gave this place a 5 start review when I moved in, now I am giving it a 1 star after moved out. Unlike their sales person advertised 'sound proof' windows, their windows did almost nothing blocking the train whistle and the gunshot sound from the nearby policy practice field. Burning rubber smell from the train station filled the air and construction noises can be heard all the time. Heating and air conditioner, and neighbor's constant running washing machines also made load noise. The garbage collection locations are filled with flys and bad smells. Lots of large commercial vehicles parked on the premises and its hard to find a parking space in front of the build when come back late. During rush hours the only entrance to the community are jammed with cars from people who work at the metro. Two months prior to my lease was up I received the re-new notice, I went to the leasing office and talked to a lady who worked in one of the desks behind the wall and told her that I am not going to renew but didn't find any options to select not renew in the notice, I asked her if it's ok that I just check the month-by-month options, she said it's fine and she's going to take care of the paper work. Then few weeks later I stopped by the office again to make sure that everything's ok regarding my move out. The receptionist checked her computer and said they didn't have any record indicating that I am going to move out at the end of my lease, she asked me to fill another form, I asked if it's still ok for me to move out as schedule and she said yes and made a note that I had a conversation with the office the month before, then after I moved out I was charged for one month's rent due to insufficient notice penalty. Here are the total charges on my final statement: Cleaning $180 Insufficient notice Penalty $1982 Painting $425.07 Toilet Set $80 If the representative gave me the correct information regarding the penalty I have no problem stay there one more month to avoid the penalty. Also my apartment was pretty clean, one of the bedroom and bathroom was rarely used and I was still charged for painting and toilet set replacement. I cannot recommend a place that makes money by taking people's deposit.

In the middle of nowhere; noise from trains passing by, shooting rink and construction site; ------ smell from nearby mulch farm; water gives red sediment in the shower area and toilet; A/C is too noisy; fire alarm goes off every time stove is used; too much light at night, blinds do not help; can hear your neighbors; random hours of the club and reception desk; swimming pool is very small, not heated - water is very cold; no shade in the pool area or elsewhere - summers are brutal; poor us postal service; forget about getting your deposit back good maintenance service on the other hand

We initially chose the Crossings because I had taken a job in Midtown, and needed a place close to the train. We were excited about the updated amenities and overall look of the community. Unfortunately our stay over the past 2 years ended with my husband and I having a negative attitude towards this company in general.. THE GOOD: The gym is DECENT, but it's super convenient. I did enjoy being able to walk to the gym at any hour of the day. It is very small though, and they don't have any time limit rules on any machines, which many times leaves you without a treadmill or elliptical (they only have five.. in TOTAL). The pool is a nice addition, but very very small. THE BAD: As far as location, you're in the middle of nowhere. You're actually technically in TRENTON, even though the mailing address is Hamilton. When I first moved into our unit, it was dirty. They did a poor job painting from the last tenant before me, and there were bugs in all the lighting fixtures. Interestingly enough, even though we moved into a less-than-pristine apartment, we were charged $180 cleaning cost to our apt... which we cleaned ourselves before moving out. Be careful when you move out because all the negative reviews on here are sadly true. They WILL nickel and dime you for every little thing wrong with the apt. They barely even consider normal wear and tear into their final inspection. You will be charged for lightbulbs (yes, lightbulbs). We had an issue with another tenant who was harassing everyone in our building for a few months (she apparently had mental issues and the complex told us she couldn't be removed). She would actually shout expletives and gay slurs at us and others in the building. This happened so frequently that when I complained to the office, they knew EXACTLY who I was talking about. I was told to "call the police if I get nervous" and that was about it.. Not exactly great customer service there. I honestly felt unsafe for a good 4 months. I would never recommend this place. there are SO many other options that are in better locations and have better communities in general. in fact, I have a few former co-workers who are looking to move closer to the train.. I warned them all about this place and now they have settled elsewhere (avalon @ princeton, etc)

Selected this community because most of the apartments have a generous floor plan and it is within walking distance of the train. The major complaint is the electrical layout--lights are clustered around the entrance and the sockets and cable ports are not in convenient places. I do agree with another reviewer about the water: it does have a sediment that concerns me.
