I don't often submit an issue for maintenance to attend to, but every time I needed maintenance to resolve an issue they have done so quickly and successfully and have always cleaned up before leaving the apartment.

The service at 70 Columbus is phenomenal- truly white glove service. Concierge team is respectful and educated, amenities are always clean and the maintenance staff takes less than 24 hours to fix any issue.

I had reported the smoke alarm for repair, but my bed was not moved so when the maintenance staff came, they couldn't fix it for me. I asked and approved my roommate to help move it, but he still wouldn't allow it. As a result, it wasn't repaired in time and I was disturbed by the smoke alarm all night and couldn't rest.

The staff is excellent. Maintenance is great, front desk is always helpful, the space is beautiful and clean. The community can be rude and entitled to other tenants and the staff. The leasing office is hard to reach by email, but is usually accommodating in person.

I haven't experienced much about this community as I don't think there are many events here. The Path to manhattan is very limited frequency during weekend, and always delayed and cancelled. The rent is overpriced I would say, but didn't receive any service related to this price

We love Columbus towers! The community is really welcoming and nice. The rent is pricey, but the amenities are great. Staff is really friendly and caring. The neighborhood offers a lot and my commute is great since we are so close to the path. We love to host events on the rooftop and the base gym downstairs is our favorite amenity! Some of the appliances are outdated for the price you pay. Only real complaint is our apartment gets really cold in winter. Wind gusts through the AC vents so we have high electric bills to keep up with the cold, but overall we love it here and love the people here as well.

I've been in this apt for 10 years, and the complex for 12 years. I've loved living here, the staff is all friendly and quick to respond when i need anything. In the beginning there were some elevator issues, but those have not happened for years. I love the view, the apartment, and the amenities are great. Having Base included in my amenities is amazing, and alone saves me money every year.

Overall is good, great location, close to path station. However the apartment is leaking air, which makes the room pretty cold even after I closed all doors and windows. Talked to someone lived here, the electrical bill is doubled that other apartment. And my AC in living room doesn't work as well.
