70 Columbus has an amazing location with decent amenities. Their annual amenity fee gives access to BASE Gym, but the building lacks its own onsite gym (I have been asking for this for years). The front door staff is phenomenal, especially Shaneeka, who always makes sure residents are cared for and have everything they need. The maintenance staff is fast and professional if there are any issues in the apartment. Ive lived in the building since 2016 (8 years at the time of this review) and havent found much of a sense of community among residents. (I dont know a single one of my neighbors.) Management does try to hike up rent every year, and the building is no longer new. My current rent is fair for the building but if they raise it again I would reconsider living here.

It's a three minutes walk to Path train station. very convenient commute. It's a nice and clean new building with good management team. All good except this survey is asking too much to response.

It's very good. Highly recommended to students or small families. Maintenance is extremely fast and I'm satisfied with the overall appearance of both the building and my apartment. The public amenities are also great!

I've sent an email detailing the following that needs fixing/repairing: Throughout Apartment: Paint stains and drips on the floor in a number of locations Scratches or paint touch ups on the walls in a different color than the actual wall paint Painters tape not properly removed along the base boards Bathroom in the living area (not in the primary): Door is difficult to close and needs to be pushed extremely firmly to shut Shower door has rubber peeling off the bottom Shower floor is also cracked Lightbulbs for light over mirrors need replacing Primary Bathroom: Mirrored medicine cabinets have rust inside and the mirrors appear to be slightly damaged on the bottom. Is it possible to install new ones? Drain and shower floors are cracked Dents left in the shower wall likely from a shelf installation Primary bedroom: Possible to clean the dust off the sprinkler? We don't have a ladder. Front Closets: First closet needs oil to help it close more easily Last closet on the right the door knob is falling off and there needs to be some paint touch up around the handle Kitchen: Weird paint and damage on the bottom of the cabinets over the counter. The fridge door doesn't seem to seal properly. Living room: Paint & tape leftover on the top right of the windows.

Additionally, the design and facilities of the community are incredibly convenient. From the parks to the fitness amenities, every detail has been thoughtfully designed with the residents' needs in mind. This not only makes daily life more convenient but also gives me more opportunities to exercise and socialize. The weekly community events, in particular, have given me a chance to meet more neighbors, making me feel like I've quickly become a part of this big family. At the same time, this move has made me reflect on the concept of "home." After settling into the new environment, I've come to realize that a home is not just a place to live, but also a place of emotional attachment and belonging. This community has made me feel the importance of having a sense of belonging, both in terms of personal relationships and the rhythm of life, giving me a sense of security and comfort. Overall, this move has filled me with anticipation for the future. I believe that as time goes on, I will develop a deeper connection with this community, and life here will only get better and better.

The building is clean and pretty updated. The staff is super nice and caring. Overall a positive experience in the building. The common spaces are nice and offer a different environment. Neighbors are kind, but most people tend to keep to themselves. Location is amazing

Great location to everything, the apartment itself was spacious for most unit type, the pricing is not bad comparing to other luxury apartments nearby. The parking garage is a little pricey, but within normal price range in this area.

Fairly good, including gym and garden, just the drainage is clogged sometimes and don't know what to do with the rust in the mirror. And the transportation is convenient enough, but since the PATH is suspended on way in the weekend, the convenience dropped a bit.

We were transfered to the US and arrived recently, the transition is quite complex with the family, but being at 70 Columbus has helped us a lot to have a smoother adaptation. The concierges are very kind and the sense of security in the neighborhood is good, also the proximity to my office has been a crucial point. In general it's been a good experience so far but honestly the fee is by far sky high, too expensive, but you know, we have complied with all in a timely manner and do our best to continue here.

Love the concierge and maintenance staff! Management office can be slower at times--understandable since they manage all three buildings 50, 70 and 90 Columbus--but I have not had issues. Location and amenities are great.
