It was great service performed. Although we need to have a better service in packaging room and sign up for Luxer. I still need to set up my account at Luxer and Gym. It will be helpful if you have provided a check list onboarding when we are moving here.

Good location with good price. But my room has poor heating system, window always have drafts. Had asked maintenance staff come to fix more than four times, and the issue persists. It's freezing cold during winter even with AC turned on almost 24 hours. And it comes with expensive electricity bill as price.

With thousands of apartments in any community you will find your share of problems and complains. However, I want to highlight the great things that differential columbus towers from other JC rental communities. You're 3 minutes from door to grove street path train platform. Base gym membership makes you belong to a real gym not an "apartment" gym. The very spacious pool and grill areas in the summer gives you something great to look forward to in the cold winter month. These things can't exactly be replicated by the many other building in the area but columbus towers has it for your convenience and enjoyment.

Small bedrooms and the higher the level is the window is more easily to have cracks. But the community over all is ok. The view is not bad so if you don't care about money and space only care convenience to the path station you could live here

70 Columbus is a great place to live in my experience. Though the rent is pretty expensive, it's worth it for the location, amenities, and community. The folks here are friendly and the office staff is generally really helpful. My only "complaint" if you can call it that is that my microwave is too loud, and they can't fix it but not for a lack of trying. Overall it's a 5 of 5 experience from what I've seen so far.

This is a friendly and very safe community to live. It is one of the most convenient community around the subway stations. The amenities include outdoor pools and BBQ stations in the summer, and all year long basketball court and ping pong tables on the 8th floor. The gym down below the building is awesome too.

Great experience leaving here, but the AC fee is very high during the winter compared with other buildings. And in the summer, AC smells bed after rain, it shouldn't charge us for cleaning it. The over all is great so we want to renew our lease

Nice place the washer and dryer in the unit is great, great views of New York City both from the apartment and from the community rooftop area. Rooftop is great, grills, grass area, dog park, basketball court, and the fire places are all great

It has gone well and we have enjoyed the communal atmosphere. When we've needed assistance, we've gotten it. Staff has been largely professional and helpful. We would recommend Columbus to potential residents.

Overall is really good . The staff is super friendly and helpful . The apartment condition is a little bit old( the floor) but overall is ok . I hope to renew the least if the renewal fee will not increase that much

So far I've had good experience living here for my first year. Maintenance has been a positive experience and very timely and efficient. I haven't had major issues at my apartment which is great. Love my unit layout and the sunlight that shines in.

The location, price, and quality are excellent for this area. It's conveniently located near PATH, many restaurants, and a gym which is included in the amenities. It has a modern design, the elevators are fast, and maintenance is timely and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Great community. Management is really prompt and helpful. The apartment is clean and adheres modern standards of luxury. Path station, deli stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are at a walkable distance.

Building is well maintained, there are plenty of amenities and the commute to midtown/downtown Manhattan is very easy. Those reasons make this a great place to live for the price; however, if rents continue to increase to over $3k for a 1BR, the building begins to lose some appeal. Studio rents become pretty comparable for similar buildings in NYC.

ive been here almost four years and everything is fine but i can hear my neighbors's noises like their phone alarm and slamming doors. it would be great if noise problem could be solved. Hearing slamming doors is most unconfortable.

Really good community area and neighbors. The maintenance staff are very good. Very clean and comfortable living. Other than management staff everyone else is very friendly. The maintenance staff have been extremely responsive and helped resolve issue very quick.

70 Christopher Columbus is a wonderful building and community. The outdoor park is great and it's location to downtown and the PATH is perfect. All the staff are very helpful and professional with any help I needed or questions I had. I very much enjoy living here.

It's a decent building with great location and convenient supplies around the neighborhood. People in the building are mainly young professionals who have similar work and life schedules. Also, it's super close to the path station.

Overall I would say it's good. The community is quiet, a lot of new amenities (part of the reason is that the amenities are shared by 3 buildings 50, 70, 90 so it's more various). NJ Path is just 1-minute walk and restaurants are near the building. Staff are nice too.

We love living at 70 Columbus and highly recommend it - the staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are amazing and we're close to public transportation as well as downtown restaurants, bars and more.
