Somo is a nice place to land in a life transition. This building is convenient walking distance to a park, library, and walkable down town. Everything works. People are mostly nice. There is a pool in the summer.

    I moved in when this community opened and have been very happy. It's very quiet, most importantly. Everything in my unit is so bright and pretty. The grounds are always clean. People keep to themselves, but in a friendly way.

      When visiting this apartment site, I was delighted to be able to look at more than one apartment and every single one was in great shape. There wasn't very much competition for another apartment because I knew this is the one I wanted to be at.

        This is a very good place to live in many ways. I unfortunately have a neighbor that has children dribbling a basketball various evenings. Aside from that I have enjoyed living here very much. The proximity and access to downtown Sylvania has been great.

          Location is walking distance to restaurants and bars. Workout facilities are nice. The pool is nice in the morning gets busy with kids later in the day. If you have a dog many places to walk with them.

            Best place in town. I am never moving out. This community is filled with friendly residence and staff that make living here a pleasure. It has everything I've ever wanted and a place to live. Neighborhood feel with beautiful park like back yard, swimming pool, workout facility, clubhouse for entertaining, and beautiful, living spaces. On top of feeling safe and close to everything I could possibly want. This is a place for me. I am super happy here.

              Place was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint we had was price of rent, but it's a really nice building with great amenities so it's understandable. Staff were very transparent and kind.

                The staff here are very kind and helpful. Because our English is limited, we had some difficulty communicating with utility companies. However, the staff kindly contacted the electric company on our behalf and helped resolve the issue smoothly. Their support was truly amazing and made our move much less stressful. We really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us. Overall, this community has been a very positive experience.

                              Unprofessional management, facilities have gotten progressively dirtier and not kept-up. Living at somo feels like living in a college dorm, in which you are watched like a hawk but at the same time, nothing is done regarding actual concerns, such as men taking pictures of women from their balcony at the pool.

                                        Terrific place. I can walk to everywhere in town I need! The staff is very friendly and nice and knows me by name. I feel safe and well taken care of. For the most part there are kind and friendly people here.

                                                Pros: * Excellent leasing?office staff?helpful and responsive. * Friendly neighbors.* Pool is well maintained. Cons:* The community isn't as clean as it once was; shared carpets are worn, and hallways are only vacuumed occasionally. * Coffee maker in the common area is not great. Building's poor acoustic design: noise from walls, ceilings, and floors carries easily, even from normal foot traffic.

                                                  Beautiful property, great location, well maintained, wonderful staff, high end finishes, great amenities. Overall my time here has been phenomenal. I love that the property backs up to a nature reserve providing great trails for walking my dog, in addition the property is walking distance to downtown Sylvania. A beautiful complex in a beautiful area.
