My experience has been excellent. Anytime I have had any issues they were addressed immediately. The staff goes above and beyond for residents. I love the security of the building and have never felt unsafe.

    Nice area.excellent staff nice and quiet..clean and friendly neighbors..I love the peace here knowing I can come home with no problems..love that your delivery packages are bought straight to your door.

      I love living here. It's peaceful, quiet and the staff is wonderful! Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with! I love, that there is plenty to do all within walking distance. Definitely a great place to live.

        SOMO is a wonderful community with an even better staff. They answer quick and are very helpful with any issues. Additionally the property and apartments themselves are very modern and are very easy to make into a home. Amenities are excellent and the lark behind makes for a beautuful walk during jive weather.

          An apartment that feels like a hotel. Pet friendly with a small dog park, courtyard, sundeck, and Harroun trail and stream behind the property. Excellent location in downtown Sylvania. Office and maintenance staff friendly and welcoming.

              Very nice apartment complex. Great staff and facilities. Buildings are quiet for the most part. Location is very nice walking distance to downtown Sylvania. Right next to a walking path with a river.

                Very near downtown Sylvania shopping, restaurants, library, schools, bank, 2 groceries and walking paths, overlooking 10-Mile Creek Have lived here since it's opening. Retired and spend 5 months at SOMO in the summer and 7 months in Florida.

                  The best facility in the Toledo Metro area, hands-down. If they would sell these units, I would buy one! The staff make all the difference, they are the best one could hope for. SOMO Flats made downsizing as painless as could be, and the beauty of the grounds exactly what one would want in their own home.

                    STAFF ARE AWESOME. COMPLEX IS GENERALLY KEPT VERY WELL. (RESIDENTS SHOULD BE PENILIZED FOR NOT CLEANING UP GROUNDS/DOG PARK AFTER THEIR ANIMAL). DOWNSIDE IS THE UNDERGROUND PARKING IS AN EXTRA MONTHLY FEE AND OUTSIDE PARKING SPOTS GENERALLY ARE FULL LATER IN EVENING.

                        Nice Appartements, quiet with friendly neighbors and good staff. I enjoy my view. Easy walk to downtown Sylvania and a grocery store near also. Lots of parking with the added security of the parking garage.

SOMO and JCHart pride ourselves on the quality of the apartment living we provide for our numerous residents in 2 states. They understand that the amenities we provide; heated swimming pool, dog parks, secure buildings and underground parking, a 24-hour fitness center, concierge trash service, and others, are what sets us apart from other communities in our cities and towns. They understand that this level of service and quality of apartment life is more costly than apartment communities. And we at SOMO pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our residents and the quality of the community we help provide. We also understand that this community is not for everyone. Not everyone needs or wants the amenities we have here at SOMO. We price our apartment homes with the knowledge that we are providing a more upscale and inclusive experience for our residents. So, we do apologize if you found our community more expensive than what you expected, but let us assure you, SOMO Flats a quality life experience.

                                Patio and irritating tenant

                                The patio is so uneven because a person is living in an apartment that takes the patio furniture and put on her patio..so that has the patio looking so uneven..you would think management would tell this person to buy her own patio furniture and stop taking the apartment patio furniture to put on her patio ..only going to have more tenants picking up on her bad behavior.:plus she leaves joints on the patio and nothing has been done about that..these are suppose to be luxury apartments but you have some people with no home training ..I hate I renewed my lease .

                                  Community as a whole seems to be friendly. Appreciate the amenities that are offered. Office staff are also very cordial and willing to assist with requests. Rent price would be the only negative aspect.

                                        The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect with walkability to the grocery store and other stores, along with easy access to the expressway and a lovely walking path We downsized to simplify our lives and are happy with our decision.

Contact information was readily available and a day of calling & filling out forms was all I needed to find exactly what I wanted.

                                              Somo Flats is an awesome place to live, like a fancy hotel where you're the guest every day! The lobby and apartments are spacious and stylish. Hang out in the clubhouse, play pool, BBQ, or swim with friends. Bedrooms are cozy with ample storage. Enjoy the gym and outdoor areas. It's super close to Sylvania Downtown with shops and restaurants. If you want a great place with all the cool stuff, Somo Flats is it! You'll love it here!
