Great new place to live. Everything is new. Very helpful and responsive staff. Still working out some kinks in the experience of handling so much online, with software not always on point. Learning how to pay the rent online was a new experience.

Cleanliness cooperation close to walking to everything store church park pool I have osteoporosis so pool is only exercise I asked for handicap Parking close to elevator in garaged area and I was accommodated with handicap construction if I need wheel chair I can still stay living here beautiful clean close to everything by foot sold me I've waited 3 years to move here once it was completed

It seems like a safe environment and the renters that I have met in our building have all been very nice. The amenities will should be nice once they are accessible. The underground parking is very convenient and affordable. The location is desirable on many levels as so much is walkable.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The staff is amazing and all service calls have been handled immediately. The apartment is in very close walking distance to downtown Sylvania, where there are nice restaurants and shopping as well as walking distance to a local grocery store.

Entire staff was extremely competent and friendly. From the first contact to move-in, the leasing specialist, Kim, was congenial, helpful and responsive. The maintenance staff who did the walk-through was knowledgeable and friendly.

This community is beyond beautiful and clean. It overall is a wonderful place to be. I enjoy how they keep the residents involved by having door contest for the holiday season giving you the opportunity to win tickets or gift cards. SOMO has also had food trucks come by for the community as well. Over all, this community cares about their residents and they care about keeping the community clean while it also being a great central location.

good so far. staff is very helpful but hours are not always convenient. also, public areas such as outside of elevator to garage and other entry ways, look like the never get vacuumed. Water pressure is terrible and I'm told there is nothing that can be done.

Well managed and responsive. Poor quality of GE appliances but staff responds immediately to repair requests. Any complaints are related to cell service, appliances and Stream TV, none of which management controls. Staff is superb!!!

I could not be happier living at SOMO. So clean, so beautiful, so safe, and so convenient. Well worth the price and I firmly believe you get what you pay for. My home is beautiful and I could not be happier with my decision to live here

The staff was incredibly helpful with the whole process. I worked with Betsy, and she helped me find the perfect unit, and helped with the whole process in general. The Lease signing was informative, fast and easy. I had my keys, and got a tour of the building before moving in. They also supplied equipment to assist with the move.

First class place. Service is impressive. Excited to experience the fitness center, lobby and pool. Beautiful views, lovely landscaping, storage facilities, bike racks, garbage pickup, secure underground parking and a professional staff. 5 stars.

It is a great community. The apartments are beautiful. The neighbors are great and friendly. The office staff makes you feel right at home. Having the park in your back yard is also a plus. The community is really dog friendly. Overall I would recommend Somo Flats

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly, organized, and professional. They all went above and beyond during tours, leasing, and move-in to ensure everything went smoothly and answered all questions. The community provides many amenities, recreational option, and community events. Every resident and staff member I have met are very friendly.

So far my experience has been great, the apartment is both comfortable and very clean. The management team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming and are always available whenever you need help with anything!

A bit too early to say. We've been here less than a week, but so far so good. Repairs have been made in a timely manner. Staff has been helpful, courteous and friendly. Common spaces are well maintained.

Great staff and we love the location of the building! We feel safe and right at home. Our kitchen is beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of thought into all of the appliances and appearance of the units. We are very happy here so far!

This apartment complex is secure, beautiful, modern, has lots of windows providing tons of natural light. The complex is adjacent to a metro park. Pluses of the complex a gym with large windows looking towards the park and creek, there is a pool, outdoor fireplace?love this place! If you're searching for a new community with fantastic personal and community space, this could be exactly what you're searching for!

Very accessible apartments, convenient parking and a beautiful view of the Ottawa River in downtown Sylvania. Neighborhood grocery store, bakery, brew pub and coffee shop are within a block or two of the apartment, which makes the location ideal.

The moving process was so easy & simple. Kim the manager was extremely helpful with the whole process & making sure we understood all of the parts of the apartment. The apartments are beautiful, brand new and very spacious. No problems with anything once I was moved in, and love the apartment community.

I loved the whole experience from the friendly staff answering any questions I might have, to getting little things fixed literally the next day. I would highly recommend to rent here clean, safe and pet friendly.

I honestly can't say enough about Kim. She was extremely helpful and wonderful this entire process. I actually had my heart set on another location entirely and decided on somo flats because of Kim. She is such an asset to this location I knew it was home.
