It has been a nice apartment complex experience. My only qualm is that they raised the rent over $200 in the first year, so I'm paying more than I believe the apartment is worth. I will not be renewing because of the rent increase.

The apartment complex is exactly what I was looking for when moving to Oklahoma City. I like that it is a very quiet community. I have not had any issues here as of yet. I intend to continue to rent out here for a while.

It's been nice, but the back gate is usually broken so it defeats the point of a gate, but the gym and pool were big factors in why we picked the apartments. Trash valet would be nice considering we are on the top floor and pay over a grand a month.

The location of the apartment is great; not too busy. The noise level in the community is pretty quiet. The slightest noise from the neighbors, you will be able to hear clear as day. All in all, the community is safe.

Beautiful community. Maintenance requests accomplished promptly. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Great amenities. I have enjoyed being here and I am grateful that I found this new community as I researched apartments in this area.

It's been relatively ok. Not a bad apartment, but the maintenance staff could use work. They also need to allow puppies. The trash situation isn't good at all. More fences are needed. Coyotes around the area

Community is very nice and tidy. Noise is very minimal, especially with it being a very recent construction. Lots of parking available. Had a few minor issues with the staff, but resolved quickly. They are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It's been good. The community is nice and low-key which I like. There's a fitness center which is always convenient for days I can't make it to the gym. I like to go on runs and the apartments are located in a good place to walk out the door and do so. There's enough ground for our dog to throw the ball with as well. In the interior of the apartments are capped up rather well.

Nice gated community. Community is quiet and office staff and neighbors are friendly. The community has many amenities that are convenient. Very close to stores, restaurants and mall. Only 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from downtown okc.

These apartments have been constructed in such a way that noise carries very easily from one apartment to another. I don't like that my neighbors hear the noise my family makes, and I don't like hearing the noise they make.

Apartments are nice and in good condition. The pool in very nice. Floors are pretty thin and neighbors above you can be heard quite a bit. The cost is a bit steep and when COVID lockdowns started in March and my rent was raised even though the government said they couldn't. Pretty disappointing.

Crown Lone Oak Appartments is an amazing place to live. Beautiful well kept community that is more like a resort than Appartments. Living here is more like living with family. You never meet a stranger. Always a hello and friendly smile.

The staff has been rude a few times, not regularly. The gates are often broken and there is a fee to unlock doors after hours, but if you have a regular key, you wouldn't be able to lock yourself out. You must request the air filters to be changed, which is the opposite of "luxury". Overall, it is not a terrible place to live. The trash compactor is not worth the trouble and trach ends up sitting outside often.

I love the overall appearance of the apartment community. It is clean and well kept. I do wish that the exit gate worked appropriately. I would say more than 50% of the time the gate does not work, interfering with security and quality of the community. Staff are appropriate and prompt in response. I enjoy the option of texting the front office staff. I don't enjoy how easily you can hear your neighbors. I think that is just poor building quality. The water has been out on multiple occasions over the past year and most of the time I did not receive a warning. I know this is often unplanned but better communication would be nice. Most neighbors are nice and friendly. We need more parking options. I often have to park far away from my apartment and walk a distance late at night.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. They are so kind and courteous. The office staff is is always happy to help with anything you need. Maintenance is always quick to get work done and even work that isn't requested is done. It is a beautiful property with some of the beat amenities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Apartments and amenities are nice and the staff is always helpful. I moved during covid and had to move dates around to make it work and they where always helpful. They were willing to work with me when at the last minute I had to change to a seperate apartment.

I really did enjoyed living in the community but the walls are to thin. I just have a problem with the new neighbors playing loud music all day long. I know when my neighbor coming home because of the loud music they play in their cars as well. People in and out of their apartment, don't feel safe in the community anymore.

I have lived here for 7 months. I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly and so are the people that live here. I feel super safe as well. They allow pets, which is great! I just wish they had a dog park/ play area. Other than that I honestly can't complain and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice apartments. Typically very quiets. Residents are always friendly. Maintenance is really great. Decent pet policy, but there are no walking paths and the automated entry exit gates never work properly. And the trash compactor is horrible.
