I've been living here for about three years. I was one of the first residents to move into the new community. I've been satisfied the entire time I've lived here. Not really much complaints whatsoever. I've been happy with the staff and the residents that reside here. If you're looking to live in a apartment community with great staff and environment this is the place to go.

Staff never there. Long breaks or lunches. When packages delivered, they do not call you for days. When you mention it, they tell you they do not have to accept our packages and its a benefit to us. I told them if they were not going to let me know the day a package arrives for me, then don't accept mine. They laughed at me. Rude. Unprofessional.

I have really enjoyed living here! The office staff is very nice and are always there to answer your questions! The complex is so nice and reasonable for the price that you pay!! I have nothing bad to say about them!

I greatly enjoy living here. The apartments are beautiful as well as the outdoor space. It's a great area with great people around which is important to me. I feel very safe here. Most apartments don't have enough parking, but these do! The highway is very close as well as major shopping.

Great apartment! Very spacious, great community! The Staff is also very attentive and the maintenance team seems nice and knowledgeable. The location is centralized to the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Hefner Pkwy!

I just moved in. But so far the atmosphere and the quality of the apartment rooms has been great! The management was great with the move in and paperwork process. I look forward to spending my time here.

I first heard of Crown Lone Oak whenever one of my best friends and her husband moved there. Ever since I first visited their apartment and the community, I was determined to get an apartment there. I can now say I am a resident at Crown Lone Oak, and it truly is a beautiful, quiet, and secure place to live in. I love it!

I'm extremely happy with my choice of leasing an apartment here at Crown at Lone Oak. The complex is very clean and well maintained for sure. My favorite part might be the luxury resort style pool and extremely well kept gym.

So far this is a beautiful community with on site personnel in the office at all times during office hours. The one thing I would change would be the parking in the complex itself. But overall it'sa beautiful community.

This is a beautiful community with modern upgrades. Thoughtful and tasteful color schemes make decorating and personalizing your unit easy. The security is excellent. I feel as though they care about me and my family

Everyone has been very helpful and kind to us! We asked for our lease to be moved ahead so we could move in sooner and they were more than willing to help us out! It's is very clean and pretty here. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great apartments. The order of the apartments is weird, People with delivery always gets lost. Overall nice apartments with nice finishes. GYM is pretty clean and has a decent amount of machines. Very good outdoors activities within the apartments (pool, chess, garden, tennis)

The apartments are very clean, well maintained, and quite. They also have a lot of amenities you don't find in other apartments! Our Villa with an attached garage is perfect. It is a great place to live!

Terrible place! Look elsewhere! Management dislikes certain type of people and it shows! It a brand new complex it should be ran like one. Maintenance staff are young boys who come in our apartment smelling of marijuana. Don't let the new look fool you

I love it here !! The lady who helped us move in (Candace) was the nicest, patient , understanding person ! Everything was clean and nice , only had minor problems, nothing that can't get fixed !! Overall loving my new home !!

Amazing customer service, I have never been treated this well. I'm not one to fill out surveys but this company really impressed me and deserve it. The amazing people that work here I don't know where they found them but you don't meet nice helpful people like that everyday. Thank you for making such a beautiful community.

Very nice, clean apartment complex filled with high class people! It is a newer apartment complex with great amenities! Heated master bathroom floors, barn doors inside, laminate floors! It is a beautiful complex!

Great sales staff very patient during the tours. Very accommodating for the move-in paperwork was a breeze. Very thorough background check. Apartment was perfect as promised. The grounds are clean and safe.

I needed to downsize abruptly from a 3 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom apartment during COVID-19 and Candace made it happen. The complex has unique amenities which I can't wait to use once our pandemic restrictions are lifted. The apartment complex is modern, clean and very quiet. The heated bathroom floors, unique kitchen lighting and closet space are by far my favorite things about living at Lone Oak. Thank you Candace!

I just recently moved in and I was really impressed with the staff and the move in process. Someone was always available to answer my question and to help me with whatever I needed. I think that the location, the quality of the apartments, and the friendly staff make it worth the price.

Looked at apartments, signed up, moved in within 3 weeks. Large, great size. Like the location, close to everything. Had a few move in issues, resolved quickly. Office and maintenance are great. Just moved in, very pleased with outcome.

My husband and I love living in this community. It's well maintained with a lot of amenities and great neighbors. It has quick access to the freeway. The staff is always happy to help if you ever need anything.
