It's a beautiful community with great amenities. Tge location is close to shopping, restaurants, museums with a commuter train to Philadelphia close by. The staff and residents are friendly and considerate.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to all that Doylestown has to offer. Museums, restaurants, parks, trails, shopping and sightseeing. Close to antique shops and villages that include 200 or more characters what am I your ghostwriter?

The complex is great, super nice and clean and the tour was awesome. I just wish we were able to tour the specific apartment size that was listed. We were shown a larger apartment which didn't help us imagine what the actual one that would be rented would be like. Again great place

Easy move in process, great front office staff who were very helpful. Simple move in checklist to follow. The apartment was clean and there was a cart available to help with moving large items. Quiet building and everyone is friendly.

Butler Square is a well run complex. Issues are immediately addressed and resolved. Staff is friendly as is the community. I enjoy living here. Dogs are allowed and well managed by the owners. I encourage those seeking to move to investigate this property.

Rental is well kept and reasonably priced. The management office is extremely well organized and communicative. There are ample opportunities to meet your neighbors orchestrated by Amber. Valet service makes life convenient.

In the beginning started with couple issues because the past tenants and been reached out to leasing office it took a little bit for the team to come out like at least 2-3 times to get the job done but at the end the leasing office manger got it under control and she stated my issues and got them fixed i really recommend the place for any one shopping for apartments in the area!

The community is very nice and the staff are attentive. The grounds are very nice and clean. If you have an issue or want to ask a question, all of the staff can answer it or find an answer that can help.

We moved in last week and most aspects have been positive. The leasing agent has been helpful and quick to respond. We are currently still dealing with an issue where there is an odor of cat urine/litter in the main bedroom that will hopefully be resolved by the carpet replacement. The outward facing apartment that we moved into on a busy street corner across from the train tracks means that the apartment is relatively loud, though the rest of the community is quiet. The fitness center, business center, and other amenities are great.

Staff is very helpful and courteous. I've only had one maintenance request but it was resolved very quickly . So far it's been nice and quiet. HVAC unit is loud, but I've mostly gotten used to it? Though it does wake me up sometimes turning on . I love the trails around. I can walk for miles without ever having to walk on the shoulder

Overall it's been a good experience. The facility staff have been great. The office has been very responsive to our requests and were a great help with our relocation! When we've contacted maintenance, they've been quick to respond and correct the issues.

I love my apartment because the space (2bedroom) is perfect for me, also the large windows give the space nice light. The location is a plus, close to family,friends and a community I've lived in for over 50 years.
