So far very calm and enjoyable. I love my view and the ability to go to so many locations in a short time. Even though this might be random, the carts on the first floor are such a big help. The knowledge of the staff was a huge help to move in to a different state.

Amazing experience, would recommend to everyone I know. It was smooth easy and stress free. We are very happy with the experience, the apartment, the staff, and the crew. We were educated and informed prior to moving in.

We had a mold issue in our apartment and maintenance was unqualified to address it! They said they took a class but never had a certification for it! Maintenance was going to put back drywall when wall was still wet my husband had to tell them to put a fan on it and a dehumidifier in closet. We were out of our apartment for 1 week and the we're only willing to reimburse us $175! Very disappointing on from start to finish

We live in the brand new C building. We love the new beautiful apartment, it's so bright and airy. When we look out of our windows, we count the deers we see. Despite being so close to a railroad track and a cement business our apartment is quiet and relaxing

Great experience. I like the apartment complex providing a very nice area to live. Gym is clean, so is the entire property which is impressive. Most.apartment complexes are falling apart . Butler square just keeps on getting cleaner and cleaner and brand new.

Butler Square Apartments were a definite standout throughout many communities, not only do they have excellent apartments but the facilities on site and around the buildings are fantastic. The flexibility continues throughout many avenues that allow for a smooth move in. They also follow up consistently to make sure you're comfortable or have noticed any issues that they can help with. Overall this has been a pleasure to live at and I will continue to stay for quite some time

Nice updated and clean. We were happy that the move in process was flexible enough to let us move in on a Saturday with our tight schedule. There is also plenty of parking so that shouldn't be an issue for anyone

Cordial in their handling of the situation.. as for my before characters, I wrote what I intended to either except it for what it is or not at all. fortunately, or unfortunately, I'm not gonna write any more that I want to or intend to. I just moved into the community and had a few minor issues which maintenance addressed immediately. The property manager is top notch, really seems to care about residents and their experiences. The apartments appear to be well constructed and the community has many trails/paths for recreation.

Beautiful apartment, layout ,view, and community. Feels like home already. Staff is accommodating. The general grounds has a quiet, calm atmosphere. The modern look and updated appliances are a great selling point.

Perfect execution of a lease. Super friendly and accommodating. We rented one of the newer apartments and was very satisfied with the decor and in apartment features. Washer and dryer was a major plus.

We really enjoy this new building. The finishes are contemporary and the space design is great. The location is lovely: it's quiet and green but very close to highways and commuter trains. It is near the location in on a Dart bus route. Very excited to live here.

Community is clean and quiet. The overall quality of the living space, green space and amenities are great. Proximity to local attractions (King of Prussia Mall, Philadelphia and surrounding areas) is a plus. You can get to what you want in a short drive yet stay out of the congestion of the city.

An all around great experience from signing the lease to moving in. I love it so far! I moved from NYC and my dog absolutely hated the city and was scared of all of the noise - she loves it here where it's much quieter and is pet friendly!

Extremely well run, attentive management, quiet surroundings and well- trained dogs. Very courteous resident's ,helpful at all times, safely drive and parking of vehicles. The Valet trash is a great idea and adds to the cleanliness of the facility. My wife enjoys the convenience of Posh & Polish without having to drive, and likes the women's clothing shop. Indoor work out area and the walking paths thru Del Val add value.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There are tons of animals and the building is beautiful. Mark made the whole process so streamlined and easy. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything was perfect for me.

So far we have had an incredible experience at butler square. If any issues ever were to arise we contacted the landlord Mark and he was quick and timely with responses. Everyone that works here is professional, and the community it's self is so cute. We are so close to work and living around here we are a 5 minute drive to anything we need. We love it here.

It is a very nice apartment. There are pros and cons. The apartment has an airy feel. The washer/dryer in the unit itself is a big plus. There is no light above the kitchen sink in my unit so it really is frustrating to see, makes counter hard to see and dishes, etc.. The hvac system is poorly placed and makes noise constantly. The builder grade paint is not user friendly. Any mark, handprint can not be wiped off by any cloth, sponge, magic eraser. The outside of the building is not looking that appealing anymore, little sloppy. There should be more Dog waste and garbage cans spread out around the building. Adding seating outside and more underneath the A frame roof. Larger grass areas should be kept impeccable.

Very smooth move in process and the unit was clean at move in. Great location, pet friendly with lots of places to walk pets nearby. Ample parking and easy to access. Walking trails nearby and walking distance to Del Val University. Highly recommend!

Just moved in, but so far its been great. Easy access to parking and entry in to the home. It was easy to move our belongings inside from the parking area. Also, the doors are large making the move very accommodating.

Great experience, appliances are new and nice Lots of parking spaces and dollies were available upon arrival to make moving easier. Elevators are nice and new. People seem friendly so far. It's nice to walk my dog around the complex

It is relatively quiet which I like. Everyone seems nice and will say a quick, "Hello" as you walk by. I also like that there are walking trails right nearby so you can go for a quick stroll after work or on the weekend.
