Overpriced and not luxury by any means. Loud neighbors at all hours of the night, kids running up and down each floor yelling . You can even hear the all the running and stomping in the stairwell from the bedroom. Elevator issues every other week, trash collection outside of the doors is a terrible concept, you get notified for leaving it out too early and that it will cause odors but the actual 3rd party doesn't even come on time to pick up trash most of the time it's 10-11pm pickup .. the hallways look ridiculous and that's when it actually smells. The cleaners come once a week but half do their job, mostly just spray the building so it smells "clean" but if you check the stairwell the railings haven't been wiped since it was probably built and there's dead bugs on the window sill, the elevator floors are always gross. We only stay for the convenience of commute to work.

Overall this is an outstanding place to live. In fact we just signed a new lease for an additional fifteen months. What is most impressive is that the property management delivers on her promises. We are very happy.

Quiet, clean community. Close to schools, hospitals, shopping. Community room is nice with pool table, plenty of room for a gathering. Building manager Amber is the best one out of any of the previous managers. She communicates well and takes care of concerns quickly. James from maintenance always responds fast and explains what needs to be done. Overall a nice place to live.

The community is well-maintained, the people are friendly, and there's a lot to see and do nearby. Giant is right down the street, Del Val is across the street, and there's a walking trail for access through Doylestown.

The move in process was very easy and help was readily accessible. We had help with the a/c unit and it was fixed before we even moved in. The elevator made the move a lot easier. I love the washer and dryer in the unit and the staff is wonderful!

Very pleasant and responsive staff. Apartments are well-insulated and therefore very quiet. Appliances are full-sized, and there is a decently-sized utility room for the washer,dryer, and boiler where we are also able to fit a small utility shelving unit and the cat's litter box. Outdoors can be a bit noisy at times, more noticeably on Friday and Saturday nights. Delivery people don't always place items in the secure package room, and we currently have an issue with a missing package.

I really like Butler Square. I feel attention to detail is missed a little. For example there is commerical space they are trying to rent for months/years but there are dead trees outfront. In my opinion that sends a message. Many bushes and trees are dead, and I get why because of the dogs. I would remove them. The landscapers hired need to rake up the dead grass and hay from construction. It's preventing new grass from growing.

I love the location of the complex and the location of our actual apartment. Management is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. All maintenance issues are handled expeditiously. The parking lot is large enough to always find a spot. The noise level is very low, I like it very much here.

I love living at Butler Square Apartments. It's extremely close to downtown and Peddlars Village. I feel very safe living here. The apartments are modern and I love the fact that I have a washer and dryer (stacked unit). The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
