I really enjoy the complex, staff, and the way this building is run. I have enjoyed living here for the last year and am grateful that it is in such an ideal location and is a safe, clean place to live.

The apartment was dirty upon move in. The carpets are very worn and should be replaced. Made my move in very difficult. I had to have my movers just put all items in the living area due to the unacceptable conditions.

Knew the area great location flexibility in lease. So far so good in move in. The grounds are well kept. I think for the money this apartment complex is hands down a five star rating. Bus service in complex too

The building is pristine and the leasing staff were responsive, polite, and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment upon move-in and thrilled to find that the unit was just as I expected--if not better! Pet friendliness was non-negotiable for me, so the leasing staff's welcoming attitude toward pets was a huge selling point. I am really excited to be joining the Butler Square community.

Love this community. Very convenient to everything. Very clean and neat and quiet. Love the fact that the building manager is onsite frequently. I do hope that they plan on washing the outside of the windows for the higher floors.

Nice Staff and residents everyone is very friendly and cordial. The staff is exceptionally helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are exceptionally nice and well appointed. Hopefully we will spend our time hereFor many years to come

A beautiful well kept apartment building. It's always super clean and peaceful. Management is super responsive and always get back to me quickly with any questions or concerns I have. Couldn't recommend Butler Square Apartments enough, they're definitely luxury apartments!

Lovely community. Excellent staff. I have only lived here for two weeks, but everyone I have met have been very friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment community as an excellent place to live .

Butler Square apts are brand new, modern and great location. Minutes from both 611 & 202 bypasses, in unit laundry, over 20 different floor plans and ample parking. Move in was simple and so far loving the apartments!

The Butler Square Apartments are very modern and in excellent condition. The staff is very professional and friendly. This is a very well maintained and quiet community. Our neighbors have been friendly also. We also enjoy the walking trail and our proximity to many nature areas. The train station is close if we want to venture into the city. Organnons Market is a great addition to living here.
