This is a great place to live for the money you pay. The owners of stuck a lot of money into the place lately outside and made it. Perfect, it's a great place to live. It's like a family. I've been here for over five years now and absolutely love my apartment.

The Peach Alley community is nothing short of fantastic. Everyone is so kind, maintenance is kept up with, and the location is perfect. The units are spacious with a blend of modern/traditional. I would recommend living here to anyone looking to build a future in a local community.

Quiet Community. Pet Friendly. Property Manager is kind and easy to work with when she's available. Elevator is a challenge for the move-in process. Parking is suitable. Delayed responses in addressing issues.

My experience with the people of this community has been good. Many are friendly. Working with the maintenance staff is always good. The office staff leave a lot to be desired and are often non-responsive in their answers.

Apartment complex location is great. Located within town, right off the main road and close to everything. Several food and retail shops within the area and the post office is down the block. Within walking distance of Amtrak and the bus route. Apartments are checked for smoke alarms and AC filters occasionally. Security is simple but effective. Need a key fob to access the building via lobby which is great if you get a lot of packages since the mailroom is inside the lobby. Apartments are great for 1 to 2 people (mainly couples or close friends/roommates) Had no major issues with the apartment. Noise levels can vary depending on neighbors and how far away from the main road you are with hearing traffic which isn't that bad at night.

I've enjoyed my time here. It is certainly better than my previous apartment and many other apartments I have seen. There have been a few complications during my time here, but overall I have talked very highly about this place to my friends.

Everyone is so friendly. My fianc? and I love our apartment. When there's an issue the property manager Dawn is on it. She's amazing! I wouldn't want anyone else besides her. The community is quiet and at times it smells like chocolate because of Mars chocolate being located so close.

Quiet and nice apartment. Community is safe. Wide range of demographics within apartment complex. Staff is friendly. Apartment renovations are poorly done. Maintenance requests do not get timely resolved.

But my husband passed away in 2022. The community was very supportive. I don't know how I could've made it through without them. This is a great place to live and I'm very appreciative. thank you, Dawn for always supporting the community and doing whatever it takes to keep us all together. Thank you.

My experience at Peach Alley Court has been pretty comfortable. The tall ceilings help make the spaces larger than they actually are. Maintenance and office staff have been great and responsive. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Etown.

Loved my time in building. Made a lot new friends with residents. A lot of nice restaurants and ships very walkable from the building. My dog was also basically the mascot for the 1st floor, he was so loved by the neighbors on my floor.

I absolutely love my apartment and Dawn. She is very kind, understanding and compassionate. Being alover of nature I would love to see a bird sanctuary set up in the courtyard. I would be willing to set one up and maintain it.

Living at Peach Alley is a great experience. Maintenance is always on top of repairs and upkeep. The office staff is always super welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Other residents have a strong bond with each other that makes the apartment building feel more like a community.

Very welcoming, and always friendly, always setting up events and holding little groups to do activities to keep the residents involved and interacting with each other. Office is very tentative and maintenance always has done a great job when called in

It is convenient to work, relatively inexpensive, clean, and quiet. I enjoy living here and really appreciate that most every expense is included in the rent. My only issue at this point is that I may need to update my appliances within my next lease.

Easy experience and super friendly staff. Dawn went above and beyond and we couldn't ask for a better company to work with. The apartment was clean and updated. It is a 10 minute walk to work. Everything was clean upon move in

The apartment building is in a nice part of Elizabeth town, it's close to the community center, there's a walking path that goes up to the rail station. It's close to the Square of Elizabethtown, therefore, within walking distance of all the shops.

The apartments are nice and love that we are able to have a dog or 2. We have been blessed with a great community of people within the apartment complex. But we have also noticed poor communication from management about entering appointments and handling problems within your apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment for a reasonable price. We love the large windows that let in light. The fact that pets are allowed here was a big draw as well and we have enjoyed meeting other dogs and their owners. The fact that it is walking distance to downtown is an added plus. Both the building manager and the maintenance man are so personable and kind and do everything to the best of their ability to serve you well.

Very nice so far, Dawn was very helpful and moving in went smoothly. The fitness center is a great amenity as I've been using it regularly. The appliances and amenities have been convenient and the apartment is priced decently.

I moved here in October ninth the year 2001 with my cat; who enjoys looking out the window. All the community are friendly people. I had a problem with my bathroom sink and the problem was fixed the next morning. I have enjoyed my apartment here at Peach Alley Court.

Apartment was never cleaned or repainted before I moved in. Bathroom is at least 30 years old and they won't update it while I'm still living in the apartment. Why they can't relocate to another unit for a few weeks while they do it? I don't know. Neighbor upstairs has me up literally every morning at 3am because they didn't properly insulate the floors before putting down the finished flooring. So I can here him the whole way out through the hall in the kitchen all morning. I haven't slept through the night in probably almost 2 years. They'll never update the windows so your electric bill will be higher than it should be. Plus utility companies are raising rates this summer by 40% or something ridiculouszl, so that's good. Closet doors are constantly falling off the tracks and rather than updating them so it stops they just continue to fix them. Stairwells are filled with clumps of dog hair. I honestly don't ever remember seeing them vacuumed even once. Whoever does the mulch should be embarrassed. Dogs will occasionally pee and poop on the floor in the building and ------ --- owners rarely clean it up.

Diversity is the way I would describe the residents, in age, interests, and career paths. I find everyone I encounter to be friendly, caring, and wanting to make the community a good one. It's a safe place to live.

Elizabethtown is a historic small town with a college and various restaurants. It is a friendly town and Peach Alley Court is a nice location. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and it allows two pets per owner.

The cost for what you get is somewhat expensive, but on par with the surrounding area. Its also a very safe and welcoming community. The office and maintenance staff is responsive. Some repairs were done within a day, others took a few weeks. The amenities leave something to be desired, especially the fitness center which is dusty and home to a few dead bugs that have been residents longer than I have. The internet included in the rent is also not capable of handling video streaming or video calls so be prepared to pay for your own. Overall a good place to live with quiet friendly neighbors and beautiful apartments, just be aware the amenities aren't anything impressive.
