Everyone in the building is super friendly. I wish for how much I pay in rent, that things would be a little cleaner and updated. The paint throughout my apartment isn't a solid white and you can tell where it was just painted over any marks or patch jobs. The outlet covers could be updated as well.

Peach Alley Court has a great and safe community feel. This apartment building is old, but the staff is always making improvements and updates. It isn't easy to maintain a large old building like this one, so I truly appreciate all the time and care put into it by the staff.

For the most part very good. Quiet and friendly. Would recommend it but the rent is a bit high in my opinion. Location is very convenient to stores schools. Conveniently located between Harrisburg and Lancaster

I love my apartment. It has a wonderful and unique character. The living room size is fantastic. I would appreciate the air filters to be changed more than twice a year to control the amount of dust. I clean and dust and within a few days it is as dusty as if I hadn't

Staff is always welcoming and eager to be of assistance, however, some of the other residents can be unpleasant. Dawn is always quick to respond when needed, and the maintenance guys are super sweet..

Building is old so naturally has some flaws. The biggest thing to be aware of is there are bats that get in from time to time and office staff is hard to get hold of. Otherwise the residents are great and I do appreciate that the building is pet friendly.

I love my studio apartment. High ceilings & spacious windows let in lots of light. An abundance of storage with closets, pantry & linen shelves. Having a DW and a W/D in the unit is a real plus. And the outside hallways offer lots of natural light with all the windows.

Good location for my work. Lack of storage, and dated windows/building. Parking can sometimes be an issue. Management seems to try. Maintenance staff far past retirement age. Covid enforcement pretty much non existent.

The staff are quite pleasant , the apartment was very clean upon arrival, it's a pet friendly building and it's a quiet building. I love the elevator and the individual mail boxes. Having storage on property is nice too.

This is a wonderful place in many ways. The staff is prompt and courteous with responses. There is a real effort to do things together as a community. The common areas are always clean. And, of course you cannot beat the architecture.

Thus far my experience hasn't been perfect. My appliances havent worked quite right since I moved in (ie. Dishwasher doesnt clean, dryer doesnt dry, washer makes clothes smell worse). I'm paying almost a 1000 a month for a room that amounts to a large closet. Could use an appraisal of the actual value

The apartment is clean and convenient the location is nice the maintenance staff is adequate however on a Friday evening when I had no hot water do to a bad water heater they did not come and take care of it until Monday I guess no hot water over the weekend does not constitute an emergency

I lived at peach alley court for over three years. I love the historic feel of the building, large windows, exposed brick and wood beams. Apartments are ok, newish kitchen. Bathroom needs a facelift though, tiles are cracked, walls are not painted when tenants move out (different shades of white), stains on the tub that I cannot get out! There was hair in the shower when i first moved in, seems like noone even thought about cleaning it. Courtyard is decent, looks nice in the spring especially in the spring but the 3 huge dumpsters take away from its look. The lobby is well lit and has nice furniture. The elevator is a different story, no tiles on the ceiling and exposed bulbs. Overall it seems like they are trying but it is just not good enough for the price. I think paying 850 a month should at least get you walls that are the same color, a clean bathroom, and a courtyard that doesnt look like trash.. Just my opinion.

Nice place with tall ceilings and exposed beams. Rent is starting to be a little expensive for what you get being most things are some what outdated. My unit was dirty when I moved in and the walls were 3 different shades of white which meant I had to paint the entire unit, 13 gallons total to make it a place worth coming home to. Not sure about the other units but my floors are way off level which I had to buy new furniture legs and levelers to make everything look somewhat lever compared to the walls. I could add some more but I'm sure you get the idea.

I have really enjoyed living here so far, the building is very quiet and everyone is very kind. The rooms are spacious and you get a lot for what you pay for in my opinion. Big windows allow a lot of natural light in and the chocolate factory creates an aroma of brownies baking outside! There is a washer and dryer in every room, trash and cardboard rooms on every floor, and everything is included except electric.

It's a very nice community with a good mix of people. It is convenient both by walking to the center of town and a very short drive to the larger stores. Our studio apartment has a washer/dryer which is a great convenience.

I have lived at Peach Alley Court Apartments for 3 1/2 years and have greatly enjoyed it. The property manager (Dawn) has always been very prompt in responding and scheduling maintenance requests. Peach Alley has many plus's....location, a resident lighted parking lot, a secure and locked building that can be accessed only by those with a key fob, pets are allowed, I have met many other residents also residing in the building with me and the staff at Peach Alley Court Apartments have always been wonderful, kind and respectful towards me.

I just moved in Peach Alley, but so far the staff has been timely in addressing any move-in concerns that I had. I like that the building is quiet. The building and individual units themselves have a lot of character.

The office secretary Dawn was very friendly, and made me feel very welcome from the first day. I haven't had any issues, and all the residents here are friendly, always say hello. If I wasnt moving to Florida, I would stay.

It was good to be part of the complex. Minimal for the price paid, but I believe the third floor would have been better. Overall, would recommend this place to friends at the nearby college. Hope all well!

Peach Alley Court provides a convenient location and makes it easy to navigate to and from work, retail stores, and around town. The location is a safe area convenient to other dining and retail destinations in town, as well as to main highways for travel.
