The search engine was helpful as the first step and visiting each location was key to make our final decision. Depending on where a person is locating, there may be more or less offerings to find on this helpful online resource.

The apartment is a nice size. Big bedroom and living room, small kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer that come in the unit are old, but they work. Truthfully, I've had nicer apartments for the cost.

We love our apartment. Staff is great. Common areas are clean and attractive. Building is very secure. Appreciate the very large windows that allow great light. Appliances are black and newer. We are within walking distance of restaurants, shops and churches.

Peach Alley Court is a fantastic find in the middle of Elizabethtown! The apartments are spacious, with open floor plans. The management is friendly and on top of things, which is very convenient. The apartment was clean upon move-in, and any issues have been dealt with by maintenance in a timely manner.

The apartment that we rented is very nice. It was a corner apartment with 2 rooms. The living room was open and had wooden floors while the bedroom was carpeted. We appreciated the fact that they allow pets including cats which many apartments are against. The problems came more with maintenance and the overall value of the place. On the very few occasions of something we reported needing fix, they came and told us that it was nothing or made up some excuse of why it was the way it was adding, "it should be fixed soon." The value of the place, while nice, just didn't compare to what we were paying. We were on short notice to find a place and we were thankful that they were able to offer a place, but after being here a couple of months, we ended up realizing that it was just too pricy for what we have. Overall not a bad place. Elizabethtown is a nice area and you are smack in the middle of it. 6.5/10

I love the high ceilings (11 ft) and the character of the building. The windows are original and difficult to open and shut, but are very attractive and provide lots of natural light. Very nice workout facility.

The exterior of the complex is beautiful, but the apartments themselves need some serious renovations. The bathrooms are pretty outdated and the shower leaks constantly. The maintenance crew is a little shady and have left messes after "fixing" your issues.

We enjoy the location and perks that come with the complex. The hallways do smell like smoke quit a bit, at least in our hallway. But the overall value and what we receive with that seems to be comparable for the area.

I love living here! We can have our dogs and it's quiet here. I feel at home here! The one and only thing is the rent is high.I wish the rent was a bit lower and then it would be perfect! Bit we can have our dogs.

I have only resided there for a short time, but it has been positive so far. I relocated from out of state and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with my move. The building appears very safe and other tenants friendly. I am pleased.

Recommended! Affordable. Absolutely pet friendly!!!!! which is very difficult to find in this area. Helpful and friendly management. Secure, smoke-free building. Friendly community. Lovely, unique apartments. Lots of nearby shopping. Bus line on the main street a block away, Amtrak station a short walk or drive away. A quiet street. Fitness building on premises. A short walk to the recreation center, and to a few microbreweries as well!

I just moved in this weekend, and aside from my stated issues in the earlier part of the survey, the building is beautiful and charming and is exactly what I was looking for in terms of convenience and amenities! I love having the ability to have a pet, two parking spaces, and a washer and dryer. Even a dishwasher! The massive windows are my favorite part.

I liked the old building look with the brick wall and exposed wooden beams and large windows and this is located in an active college community with lots to do and centrally located between Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, and York. Staff and residents are friendly too.

The management is friendly and the maintainence team is quick to address problems. The building is near Elizabethtown College, well within walking distance to several stores and restaurants. They are also very accommodating about pets.

Staff is nice, the apartments are nice, the hallways need updated(painted), the grounds are well maintained, parking is good, not enough hot water for a normal length of time shower. A lot of noise between apartments. Mostly from above...

I would have to say I enjoy living in this community. Most people are very friendly. The only thing I would have to say is the downstairs neighbor has a problem with us which we are unsure why. Other than that we have been enjoying living here!!!

I am new to the area. When I searched for an apartment Peach Alley showed up. When I made an inquiry Dawn responded to every question quickly and thoroughly. When we did a walk through Dawn answered all questions truthfully. She is a commensurate professional. The apartment we looked at did not meet my needs. Dawn showed me another apartment which was perfect! I had to move in right away. I had been staying in pricey hotels. The Peach Alley staff worked hard to make the apartment ready for - short notice - move in date. I would highly recommend Peach Alley to anyone looking for a reasonably priced mid class residence in the Etown area.

Peach Alley Court is a wonderful apartment building offering secure comfortable living. Going to school at Elizabethtown college i am in walking distance and close to work as well. My boyfriend and I are completely satisfied with the move and were so happy when we found out we could bring our dog with us. The move has been smooth and easy with the help of the staff and my boyfriend and I look forward to an enjoyable life here at Peach Alley Court.

It's a good starting apartment with easy access to downtown Elizbethtown. I enjoy the high ceilings, original shoe factory lumber and brick and the apartment's eclectic charm. Downside is apartment usable size is limited.
