At the Greentree, you get a lot of amenities for your rent, including valet garbage collection, on-site laundry, workout facilities, pool table, common areas on the roof and in the basement for residents to gather, and vending machines for midnight munching. The building was built in 1905 and has old world charm but 21st century safety features. I look forward to spending the next year there.

Great location--no problems. Gets a little loud some nights but it depends on what is happening in West Chester that day. People are nice. Mixed crowd-get some younger, a couple young families and some professionals.

I enjoy where I live, there is a terrace outside that is accessible with a key. I really enjoy being able to walk out there any time I please. I also feel that the complex is very cleanly. It always smells good and the hallways are clean.

I have mostly had a good experience, besides people breaking things in the hallways (such as glass) and it not being cleaned up for a few days. The dryers always take atleast two cycles to completely dry your clothes even when don't put a full load of laundry in.

Very clean facilities and the building and spaces are well respected and mostly quiet. The access to the pool and ping pong table as well as the gym is a major plus and the outdoor seating area is great for studying, working, or even just tanning.

It's a lovely building with the perfect location. For us we couldn't justify the monthly prices, including rent, utilities, laundry, and parking, despite the 1905 charm and ideal location. If we had the extra money, we would be applying right now.

I like living here, there is a good view and the area is nice. The matience people are nice and fast, but the leasing office never answers and the complex is often not as clean, and it's very expensive.

Apart from teething maintenance issues, we are happy at the moment. It's a happening place with access to social life. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a good place to live here.

I did like the community, I just wish the hallway didn't smell like smoke, and the entryway of the building was more up to date since it's an older building. But I loved the hardwood floors in each unit and the location is amazing

It is so overpriced and the apartment itself was honestly such bad quality when I moved in like the caulking is awful in the shower the staff painted over hair when they renovated the apartment so there's hair in my walls the hallway carpets have stains on them and the elevators are so scary and half the time are broken. For $1200 a month to live in 300 sq feet I expect better

It's only been a few months, but so far, we are so happy and comfortable in our apartment. It's an old building so of course there are some quirks, but nothing we can't handle. For the price we are paying for rent, we are very pleased.

Everyone I have dealt with in the apartment from the leasing agents, to the residents, to the maintenance staff, have been incredibly wonderful and helpful. They made my transition to living by myself much easier than I thought it might be. Very grateful to have found this spot.

The building itself is nice, clean, and well maintained. They will raise your rent every year. I also went three weeks without water in my apartment despite filing a maintenance request and calling multiple times to see if I could get it fixed.

If you are looking for the cheaper end of renting in West Chester, then the Greentree building is your place. You get what you pay for. No central air or in room washer and dryer. Maintenance requests take a long time and might not fix the issue the first time. Property Managers are only willing to help when ot benefits them. Oh and the elevators are death traps with no posted inspections. Good luck moving in and out and you have to compete for parking space in the back. The happiest days of a boat owner are the first day they get it and the day they sell it. You will feel the same about these apartments. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere a little more expensive that's still in West Chester. That place is probably owned by the same company, but you will be glad you did. Sincerely, 2 year tenant.

Great place to live. Common areas are always kept nice and clean. Maintenance staff is super friendly and efficient. Location of the building is amazing right in the center of West Chester. Rent is a little pricey but that is the cost of living in West Chester.

I enjoy my new neighbors, and the culture of the building. The building is vintage and has a welcoming atmosphere. The leasing office was extremely helpful when moving in and when I was applying. I have already recommended this apartment to my friends.

They raised my rent $200 after one year. I'm paying more for rent in West Chester than I ever did in my 13 years of living in Los Angeles. It's absolutely ridiculous, but who wants to move again after just a year, and they know it.

Everything is in walking distance! The leasing office was very informative and I love the trash pickup! It beats walking down or riding the elevator carrying garbage. Buy a parking pass in advance, it's always filled up!
