It is a wonderful building and location. The building has great security and fantastic amenities. It is a great building and also maintenance responds very fast. Also the location is amazing I am surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

The greentree building is a nice space for the price of rent. Not having to pay for unused community features is a plus. However, you have to pay for parking in local garage which should be considered in any decision.

Common areas are maintained nicely and staff is very responsive to emails. The move in process was fairly easy although it would have been helpful to see at least a floor plan of my unit ahead of time.

I have not lived here very long, but so far is has been very nice and accommodating. Move in was easy and the apartment was clean when we moved in. The area is very nice and has a lot of food and shops around.

The GreenTree Building feels like a lovely and inclusive place. The building has character and a sense of community and I am more than happy to be apart of it. As a younger adult moving in to my first apartment, I feel right at home

The location is great and I've liked living here the past 2 years. It also has a pretty nice gym and game room that I utilize frequently. Any requests that I have is usually addressed promptly. I haven't had many issues in the apartment but when I do maintenance responds to requests quickly and the last time started leaving notes of what they have done and what they plan to do the coming days to fix the issue which I appreciate the communication.

This is a great community. There is a lounge that I use a lot. Laundry is okay. Workers and staff are very welcoming. Maintenance can be kind of slow but they get there job done professionally. Overall this is a great community.

So far the community has been very enjoyable to live at. The apartment was easy to rent and to keep up with. My roommate and I were pleasantly surprised with all of the community amenities such as the gym or patio.

The staff is very friendly and timely, there are some things that I wish I was informed of before moving in, but for the most part everything is in good condition and going smoothly. Some things are a bit expensive for quality and size

So far it's been a great community, everything is fantastic. The doors,windows,hallways,bathrooms, gym & elevator are all nice. Living in this community is fun & I'd recommend it to everyone. This is best apartment ever.

My current experience has been a struggle, I have only lived in the apartment for less than a month and encountered many issues. I have had the hardest time speaking to management via telephone and email since first applying. I just want to have a decent living space

Great location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice apartment for the money. Highly recommend living here as it is a great value. So many things to do within walking distance. Nice amenities as well.

It's a great location right in the middle of town with so many activities to do. Also, it's a quick walk to campus for any college student. The building is also renovated so the units are wonderful to stay in and they are nicer than others in the area.

So far it has been a positive experience. It is conveniently located to everything in West Chester Borough. The amenities are nice and the building is clean. I like that the building is safe and outside access is secure.

Greentree has great amenities, friendly staff, updated apartments. Very pleased with this home! I appreciate that they allow pets and have low move in fees. Setting up this lease during the pandemic as easy and safe.

The building is old and charming. It is clean and everything is in good repair. The staff is very friendly and professional. There are plenty of cool amenities such as a rooftop terrace/deck, a resident lounge and a large gym.

Community was welcoming and staff answered all questions clearly. The building is beautiful, but keep in mind, this is downtown West Chester, so it is noisy. Overall I am happy with the building and unit.

For my first apartment experience, I don't think it could have went any better. It was very easy to apply and my move in went smoothly. If I had an issue I'd call the office and they were always there to help on the other end! My favorite part about the Greentree building is it's in the perfect spot of West Chester.

Simple and easy to move in. Great location and amenities in the building to use, including the gym and patio deck (Greentree building). Convenience of being in town makes things easy to live here and I plan on staying a Berger community property.

I love living in west Chester! Very safe and a very fun area. Bars and parks are extremely close. This building is very nice and close to all local amenities. I have no complaints and am very happy that I decided to move here

It's great, everyone is very polite and nice. The amenities are wonderful. The location is even better. Sits directly in the center of town, and overlooks both High and Gay street. Easy access to bars and restaurants

My experience with The Greentree Building has been great! The staff is so pleasant to work with and always answer my questions promptly and thoroughly. I wasn't sure where exactly to go when I was looking to move to West Chester, but I know I made the right choice in The Greentree Building. The building security, , location in town, amenities, and price are the perfect combination for me and I'm happy to call it home!
