Wonderful place to live, lots of community activities (if you desire), wide range of age groups, readily accessible walking paths, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Quiet and friendly atmosphere and the buildings are surrounded by trees and ponds so that you don’t have the feeling that you’re jammed up against each other.

It has been pleasant for the most part and even through the covid pandemic we were able to enjoy walks and sitting by the pond and enjoying nature while the amenities were closed for so many months. It was and is a blessing to live in a community that has access to nature and good people.

Don’t rent here! The portions of your lease that protect you and your quiet enjoyment of your apt are not enforced by management. There is one amazing staff member, Foster. But he is not management so he cannot act on problems. The management that was here and now gone did nothing, about anything. And one of them was very nasty. The other nice but had no intention of fixing anything. The grounds are muddy and filthy. Many unsafe dogs. Our small dog has been attacked four times, The pool is full Of people who do not live here, including kids who jump the fence at night. We have neighbors whose three dogs bark from morning until night. One of these dogs has tried to come after my husband and my dog on several occasions. They are loud like junkyard dogs and are loud it sounds like they are in our apartment. The kids scream bloody murder in the halls and outside, often for long periods of time. The mother yells and swears at them instead of taking them inside. We hear uncontrollable screaming for hours coming from the bedroom that wakes us up at night. They have confronted us thanks to an employee. Now they have their kids harassing us. We cannot leave our apt until we are sure they aren’t around. The neighbors purposefully slam their door over and over again, all day and all night up to 30 or 40 times in a 10-15 minute period every day, because they know we asked for relief from them. For seven weeks actually and nothing was done. They befriended one of the maintenance men who ease dropped on our conversation with management. He told them we were the people complaining. He also stood outside our apt talking poorly about us with the neighbor. When we complained management brought him over, told us that isn’t what happened. Um, I heard every word on three separate occasions. Then allowed this man to insult us repeatedly and physically threaten my husband and she just stood there. I asked him to leave our apt and he refused. She finally told him to leave. While leaving he said we were terrible people because these people didn’t have beds for their kids. Hmm they are living in a $2500 a month apt and just bought a $50,000 car. Pretty sure they have money for beds. This place is a joke. We feel unsafe and the stress of living with constant noise is making us sick. We are in our 60s and we feel Like we are not being taken seriously. They let us out of our lease with 30 days notice because that is easier fir them. We now have to spend time and thousands of dollars to move while our neighbor are free to behave as they like regardless of its impact and violations to our lease. It’s hard to believe we are paying to live like this. We contacted our lawyer who advised us to write down and record everything. We have but no one is I retested I’m listening to what we have to endure morning until night. We have not secured a new place yet but cannot live like this anymore. Conclusion: if you violate rules and harass your neighbor or gave wild dogs this is your place. If this isn’t you stay away

It was great when I moved in, but it’s consistently gone downhill with every new team they bring in. I’m honestly getting really tired of living here, between maintenance, the rent increases, and then apparently just letting anyone move in these days- I’ve had some awful neighbors- I can’t wait until I can move out.

Not what you would think when they tell you how much rent is. Great areas are more mud than grass. Alligators in the ponds. Paper thin walls. Paper thin floors, good luck if someone lives above you. Lots of corners where cut in the building process and upkeep and it shows.

I absolutely love this community! The grounds are spotless, the staff kind, and my apartment is amazing. Any time I've put a maintenance request in, it is done within 24 hours in one visit. The pool and gym is beautifully kept! No issues at all.

The community pulled the ole bait and switch on me. They show you an apartment with nice fans and fixtures, but when you move in there are non and tell you you have to provide your own. Parking is a nightmare. Apartment was full of cobwebs on ceiling and dead bugs, mildew in every window sill. Toilet was a disgrace.

The community is pretty quiet, but I hear my upstairs neighbors pretty easily. Not sure if it's thin walls or if they're just loud. All in all, I have had a pretty good experience with Element so far. Maintenance has been great too.

Overall it's a great place to live. Parking is horrible and the prices are way too high bit it's not bad. Just wish my kids had a play area to use while the pool is too cold. There is just too much dog poop everywhere.
