Poor, it was like hell living there no respect coming in your apartment without knocking, maintenance taking months to be complete staff not checking management not checking. Hate living there worst place to live. Run run , high light bills, workers do not speak English and walk in your apartment without notice. Don't rent horrible experience sent 10 letters to property manager and 1 letter to headquarters after that they evicted me

Someone slashed my tires for the way I parked which was fine and left a note too bad no camera recorded That’s the only bad thing that’s happened in many years The rest has been is friendly pet friendly Diversity welcoming and staff will be flexible and work with you on any issue

Overall, I have enjoyed my experience living at Avana Lexington. I have lived here since 2023 and enjoy the area and the convenience of where Avana is located. I think that communication could be a little better when it comes to certain things, but I understand that things may happen and sometimes the process can be hindered. I've gone through 2 unit transfers and both were extremely stressful, but I appreciate the patience of the leasing agents and how they were able to offer what information they could at the time.

Almost a good complex, but any maintenance requests made (emergency or not), you’ll be lucky to have answered within 2 weeks. The only way to have a chance of getting help from maintenance in a timely manner is to pester someone at the leasing office over and over, but even that’s not enough sometimes.

When I first moved into Avana, it was owned by someone else and was wonderful. Over the years, everything has went down hill and it’s sad to see. I remember when these apartments were built. My father was the first landscape company for the Lexington in the 90s. Now it’s just overpriced, poor management, and terrible maintenance. This company just wants your money and that’s it, hands washed.

As a long time resident of Avana Lexington, I can only say that it is my home. I am quite satisfied with every aspect of residing here and expect my experiences here to continue being positive ones.

The community is a decent rent price and excellent for Nashville. Amenities are good, and the exteriors are nice. Appliances and interior are seriously under updated, but I've heard some others are updated as well. Pretty decent spot.

We have been gaslit by maintenance and the office for 3 years. my google review outlines all of our issues. this was terrible living conditions while i was pregnant and for my toddler. i had to get family attorneys involved and will forever tell everyone our horrific experience.

This complex is nickel and diming anything they can. The paid reserve parking spots are ridiculous considering the amount of parking available at most buildings. The outsourced and AI phone service add another unnecessary layer to an already enraging maintenance process, but it doesn't matter because it already takes multiple weeks or months to fix issues as small as a light bulb.

My experience at Avana Lexington over the past 4 years has been excellent. It feels like a quiet and safe community. Maintenance has responded to my infrequent maintenance requests quickly and professionally. I love the location and floorplan of my apartment and look forward to another year of living here.

Nothing nice to say especially regarding the repeated issues with maintenance and the lack of professionalism of the staff on property. I have yet to receive follow up for anyone on property about several current and past concerns.

The apartments are old and somewhat rundown but rent is still expensive due to all the fees tacked onto the base rent price, crime is happening all the time. I got my car broken into and someone else's car was stolen. We have a police patroller and yet we still get our cars broken into... The complex grossly overcharges us for services we do ourselves anyway. It takes maintenance way too long to fulfill our maintenance requests and the complex doesn't give us ample notice when they need to enter our apartments. They just bang on the door and let themselves in. I would love to have them hire more service people so I don't have to fix things in my apartment myself anymore. Overall, we are super unhappy with this complex and don't plan on renewing our lease.

$1800 a month to use a laundromat!!!!
We are going on four weeks of a broken washing machine that floods our apartment and can’t be used. No way to clean our clothes and they could not care less. Our service request has been processing this entire time, with no update on when the issue will be resolved, and only passive and vague responses from the front office. This is our second year living in this complex and while we had a great experience the first year, we are eager to get out of here as soon as our lease is up.

So far living here has been very good and I’m enjoying my new apartment. I can’t wait to get to know my neighbors. I also excited about making new friends, getting to enjoy the swimming pool. So excited for this new adventure in my life.

The apartment is nice I like the layout I have a loft ,the grounds are well kept, there could be more lighting outside.The pool areas are nice I think the pool hours could be earlier in the day open from 10 am-8 pm isn't ideal for me the indoor pool should be heated and open with access 24/7 like I was informed at move Staff is friendly however I do think they need to enforce the lease rules ie; garbage and sound levels after hrs or else change the lease.

I enjoy this beautiful community. It is well maintained and has great amenities. My maintenance requests get taken care of in a promptly manner and everyone is very professional and courteous. I love the layout of my apartment and feel like it is well taken care of when.

I did not like that when I moved in I had a random fine for my trash can being left out when I know for a fact I never did. I am a rule follower, and all my neighbors leave their trash cans out all the time. I doubt they are getting fined every day. I felt like it was to see if I paid attention to my rent charges each month. I also feel like there are too many intrusive reasons for the maintenance staff and management staff to come into the apartment each month. I could understand once maybe twice per year. But is has been about 5 different occasions sometimes for the same thing, that they have had to access to the apartment. I have lived at several places and this seems excessive for just being in the apartment for six months.

The response to maintenance request is abysmal. I’ve had maintenance requests routinely unfulfilled anywhere from one to four months. Usually I get an email saying the requests have been addressed when NOTHING has been done.

Great community and great place to live!
I love the pool and amenities at my residence. Also, the maintenance workers are so quick to help me always. The office agents made my move so easy. I would highly recommend! This is a great location as shopping and dining are so close!

Bad management and -------- apartment with mold. I hate it here because ppl that work there don’t actually care or have any sense of urgency to huge issues. Like the 5 floods I’ve had or the mold I currently have that has not been removed.

Noise complaints really depend on what building you live in. I previously lived in building 1 and the neighbors were atrocious. Building 24 has been a peaceful upgrade. Maintenance doesn’t always get the job done 100% either, and the timeliness of when they get orders done are mostly a miss. As mentioned in a previous text box, I’m still waiting on a laundry door and towel rack that’s been missing since I moved in my current apartment.

Terrible experience maintenance is terrible bed bugs mold and the leasing office staff are so rude and nasty overcharged EVERY month trying to charge me for damage done by maintenance leasing staff are rude and unconcerned with community needs. My home was accessed without my permission

It has been horrible. I would not recommend this place to any body. I’ve only been here for two weeks and I’m regretting the decision to come here. The staff is nice but they don’t get things done. They don’t reach back out. I cannot wait until I am able to get out of this lease.

We looked at a unit and told Marcus we would take it. In a nut shell he delayed getting us the link we needed to apply for 4 hours and was very slow to respond to us when we needed help. Once we got what we needed we couldn’t find the unit he showed us. My wife emailed and asked him to call us and all we got was an email saying that unit was rented right before our application got in. Then we went down there a few days later and we are standing in the office Marcus walks right in between my wife and I goes to a back office where we can see him fiddles with a couple things on the desk then goes to the other associates desk to listen in on a conversation about a spider. We stood there for at least 5 minutes and no one acknowledged we were there literally 15 feet from them to the point it got awkward and frustrating and we just walked out. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen someone so uninterested in doing his job.
