Prices are raising significantly since new management. There have also been multiple car break-ins with no additional security measurements made. I know of 4 vehicles that have been broken into near our building in the last 3 months.

From its beatiful landscapes nestle in the hills to it's mutiple pools, including in-door, to the exercise room, the office availability, package pick-up, and prompt maintanance service, the list is long. My dog, Sevi and I, have loved being at Avana Lexington. It's clean, dog friendly, and relatively quiet for an adjustment. Maintence has always been quick to respond,. Staff always friendly. The apartment itself, updated and just the right size for Sevi and I. I love the tall ceilings and really enjoy having a garage.

Avana Lexington has been my home for 7 years. I relocated from Dallas in 2013 and rented my home site unseen! I would recommend this community to anyone and have actually done so! Office staff and maintenance team is professional and courteous and handles your needs timely. They communicate if there are any delays. This is a pet friendly community. The overall community is the best in Bellevue!

My experience has been mixed as the leasing agents and office staff aside from management has been phenomenal. The management staff has been brisk and short to the degree of rude. Overall with maintenance it has been mixed as the service has been lackluster but beyond courteous 90% of the time. I have outstanding items that I wish to resolve but the grounds and total is a 2.5/5 being generous and a 2 being frank.

The apartment complex is average at best. The stairways to the apartments are never cleaned so you'll meet quite a few spiders when you leave your apartment. Also the package collection system is good, but far too small for the number of residents. So be prepared to sort through a few dozen packages to find yours as the lockers are not always used.

I dont think you want me to leave a review. If you want to live somewhere paying a lot of money, not being able to have peace & quiet, or needing things fixed & they dont get fixed, then this is the place for you.

Future renters beware and pass on the Avana Lexington. Although the nature that surrounds these apartments are quite beautiful with plenty trees and nice plants, the units are in bad repair, There are many other issues that have been very disheartening in the few months we've lived here. Such as not enforcing the no smoking policy, allowing known criminals to reside in the units, thereby putting tenants in danger, bedbug infestations and the list goes on.

So far my move-in experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I called in a gas leak on Friday evening when I picked up my keys. A technician came out, tightened a few things and said it was fine. I called again on Sunday when there was still a gas smell and standing water in my hallway. In regards to the water, I was told “well the units are stacked, so since you’re the bottom, you just get screwed.” In regards to the gas smell, I was told they’d come back tomorrow, maybe. Now after three trips to the office on Monday, I spoke to the property manager who told me “gas smells weren’t an emergency.” My unit was not cleaned prior to move-in as evidence by the face full of cobwebs I walked into when picked up my keys. The management has instructed me to submit “tickets” online but not to expect everything to be fixed. Shenna, the property manager, informed me that this was the trade off for not living in a “class A property.” Update: Supposedly, the gas leak has been fixed - almost 72 hours after I called it in. Stay tuned.

We recently moved in our apartment at the Avana Lexington. We had a great leasing manager assist us in the leasing process. Mr Forrest has been friendly and professionally answering any questions Ive had. Unfortunately the apartment was not at all what we expected. There have been many issues with the unit. From bedbugs to gas leaks from the hot water heater and so many more. Maintenance has been quick to contact us to set up appointments for the multiple issues. Although the repairs will probably happen in a timely manner , were still stuck in a stinky cigarette smelling apartment due to neighbors smoking in and around theyre units. This property is supposed to be smoke free. If your looking for a clean environment thats smoke free and units that are well maintained you may want to pass up the Avana Lexington.

Good experience so far. Still waiting on some maintenance requests. Wish there was more storage. And better communication from management. Also mail and packing is hit or miss. Signed up for the Luxe and packages dont always get placed in the lockers.

I like my apartment. Lots of room and great location. Staff is friendly and maintenance is good to me. I have never had a problem with my neighbors so far and we look out for each other more or less. I think we need more outdoor seating areas and grills need to be updated this year but other then that all is good. Need to keep the facilities more to the residents instead of all the visitors. Yes there are a lot of non residents using the facilities.

Fines need to be levied against tenants who do not pick up after their dogs or who let dogs off leash. These are not only violations of their leases, but health & safety issues for other tenants & their dogs. There are far too many who violate their leases
