Great place to live and everything is convenient. Once you get used to one Managment team then another team comes in and takes their place. Like a revolving door that or musical chairs that the staff doesn't want to work for the company. Just my observation

No respetan el estacionamiento se debe parar a dos y hasta 3 cuadras del edificio se a reportado olor a droga y no hacen nada por evitar este inconveniente la piscina solo la puedes disfrutar 3 semanas en verano la mayor?a de tiempo esta cerrada por mantenimiento muchas veces se saca la basura y no se la llevan debe uno llevarla al contenedor y ahora vecinos con m?sica a alto volumen perjudicando la sana convivencia y la paz que hab?a

No bad reviews. Other than people working on their cars when not suppose to everything is good. Also people not cleaning up after their dogs is an issue. Gate always messed up so it's truthfully not considered a gated community to me.

The only reason I was skeptical about renting is because the apartments are on a hill and that was a concern for me with Tennessee winters. The community is beautiful and the leasing agent was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I went to the office and asked for a few items to be fixed by maintenance after moving in a few weeks ago. John from maintenance responded quickly and addressed all three items with quality workmanship and cleaned up after he finished. All of this was completed while I was away. I appreciated the fast response and quality work. Great job John!

Staff handle things pretty good. I really haven't had any issues while living here. These apartments are in a great location for schools and the buses comes right to the apartment. Great location for shopping also.

Apartments are very nice and the community is great, pool is well kept and large, some staff were great others not so much. Maintenance is an issue a few things straight up just broke randomly which is something that anyone considering should look out for. Some were fixed in a timely manner others took way too long.

Noche place

Its a pleasant place to live. The staff are so nice. Ingrid is so very helpful. The Apartment is really nice and spacious. Ir has a kids park. The location is great too, the red pharmacies, stores, and shopping right Down the hill.

Great experience because the apartments were nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. I liked the amenities and the clubhouse was nice. The gym was big and had a lot of equipment. It felt safe and secure.

People amazing Every one seems great however I've had a major issue with mold and it caused major issues with my health and has effected my career currently in a leadership course. Which I would have be made an honors student. But due to living with mold it effected my physical heath and respiratory health which in the first time in 11years I had failed our physical fitness test which in return resulted in loseing that spot. Let alone the mass weight gain of over 30lbs in less than 2months for the type of mood we had tested for it's super common issues

The condition of the breezeways is unacceptable for a property that claims to offer a luxury living experience. They are consistently dirty, with trash, bugs, and stains left for weeks without attention. This neglect not only damages the community image but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and overall property management standards. Residents should not have to walk through unsanitary and unpleasant common areas every day. Immediate and consistent cleaning of the breezeways is not optional is the bare minimum that should be expected from a professionally managed apartment community.

I like the community it's nice and quiet until you get some of these people that have the cars with the loud mufflers. I wish they would be banned. They also need to put up cameras around the pool area so people would stop vandalizing the pool area and bring a glass in there and destroy your property because it's gonna make the rent go up for everybody else. And then for long it's gonna be the rinse is gonna be too high that nobody is gonna be able to afford it here.

Too many hidden costs. Such as all the trash fees. I can dispose of my trash at dumpster, why do I need trash pick up? The grounds have a lot of litter, and the trim paint around the doors windows and baseboards is flaking off making a mess everywhere. The windows are so dirty, it took for ever to get them clean. The apartments are showing their age.

We moved here from Florida in 2020, we felt that the Apartment Community looked very similar to the one we lived at in Florida. We fell in love with the fact that we are in walking distance to every thing. The maintenance crew here is always very friendly and helps us out with any maintenance request in a timely matter. The management team as always been very professional, friendly and very helpful while we have lived here. One of my favorite things about living here are the grounds. There are many mature trees and landscapes are kept up in the summer. We also feel very safe here and have never had a problem with Amazon packages or anything with our neighbors.

The apartment are clean, big. They are in a good condition and if you have some issues the administrator resolve them quickly, also your neighbors are good and you never have some problems with them. Good option to live here.

I am very satisfied with the cost of living here. Whenever there are issues with the apartment's facilities, they are promptly repaired, and I receive excellent feedback after the repairs. The apartment staff provides warm and attentive service, and I have been very happy living here.

The community is ok level to live in. Usually, staffs do good work. Sometime, Amazon package was missed even though package was delivered with pictures. Someone may take them. Someone drives the car in higher speed. makes noise in the night.

Beautiful complex. Just noise ordinance gets out of control. Not happy about paying for renters insurance, that I already have and the complex is still charging me for. Will move at the end of lease..
