Camden Amber Oaks is one of kind in apartment living. The staff and maintenance crew are amazing and always quick to react to any issues! They ensure you are comfortable and your living space is comfortable! Thank you guys!!

The maintenance team is faster & more reliable than amazon prime
I recently moved into Camden Amber Oaks and submitted two non-urgent maintenance requests during my first week. Both were addressed quickly, with team members arriving within hours or the next day. The technician servicing my washing machine was thorough, explained the issue and next steps, and returned later to ensure the fix worked. When I experienced a ceiling leak in my bathroom, maintenance responded within an hour each time I submitted a request. They promptly identified the cause, resolved the issue, removed the water, and placed a fan and dehumidifier to fully dry the area, returning the next day to remove the equipment. Overall, the service has been efficient, professional, and reliable.

Chad, Mario, Raymond and Colin are an amazing part of the maintenance team. I have always had a great experience here at Camden Amber Oaks since we moved here in 2024. I called the office today concerned and Gina checked to see if they could help. The freeze cause a lot of ice that still hasn’t melted completely and I have no tools or materials to melt or clear the ice to safely get to my vehicle. They came over quickly and cleared the path to safely get to the cars. I am very thankful. They are very professional and nice. Gina has always been very nice and assists in any concern we have to resolve it. I know it’s cold outside and they have other duties to tend to. Thank you! I can honestly say I don’t see myself moving from here because of the great care and service all of the staff provide.

This is home
Moving to a new place is always a bit scary and stressful but the staff here do everything they can to make you feel like you’re making the best decision. Madison, Kevin, Maria, and the other office staff have always gone out of their way to answer my questions, share in my successes, and problem solve with me when necessary. On top of that, it’s the best part of my dog's day to walk to the office and see all of them. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and so quick! I have never had a ticket open for more than 2 days.

I love the staff at Camden Amber Oaks. They are very courteous and are conscientious of your needs. They are dedicated to helping you resolve any issues in a timely manner. I wouldn't trade them for another team.

Just wanted to give HUGE kuddos to the entire staff here. Jerri is an absolutely amazing manager and person. Everyone went above amd beyond the call of duty during the freeze. It's very rare to find a community where everyone is on the same page. Jerri and her staff deserve the highest recognition Camden has!!!

I love this community. I have now lived here a year and would say it is a wonderful community! Property is kept clean and neat, work orders done promptly, and staff is friendly, willing to help and cares! Camden staff , from my experience really strive for excellence in work ethic! I enjoy living here and IF you are considering a move check them out! Also, during this Covid 19 they have taken it seriously and taken extra measures to address the recommended guidelines during this time.

I stopped looking for apartments after I visited the leasing office at Camden Amber Oaks. Sara is awesome and was really helpful in providing me all the options that were available for my apartment search criteria. It was great to see the actual move-in ready units that I could lease so I can get a feel for the condition, location, and amenities. The apartments are in great condition, almost feels brand new, and it's nice to have two gyms and pools to choose from. One of the reasons I decided to live here was Sara's enthusiasm for me to move in. She followed up with a nice email right after I left the leasing office to thank me for stopping by and for making Gina's day (she's a very sweet lady at the leasing office who is a huge Pat Summitt fan!). When I had questions, Sara responded quickly and kept me in the loop on the apartment availabilities as someone beat me to my first floorplan choice. Once I made a decision to live here, Sara and Gina got me all the paperwork (most of it was online!) and I had the keys in less than 24 hours. I got to experience the quick response of the Maintenance team during the first week of living here. They are freaky fast to respond by apartment standards and amazing at getting issues fixed in a short amount of time. I submitted a maintenance request in the evening and it was all fixed the very next morning. The MyCamden online portal was super easy to use. I really appreciated being kept in the loop of what was going by email. I was really picky with the move-in condition inspection. Sara put in maintenance tickets for me (isn't she awesome??). Maintenance addressed it all the same day, and even took care of a few cosmetic things. I'm really glad to have found a place to call home. The entire Camden staff has been a pleasure to work with, even the staff at the Brushy Creek location (shout out to Tricia for recommending me to check out Amber Oaks!).

What a wonderful staff and easy to coordinate employees? I was able to move in to the apartment in from a different state without any hassle and without having to visit the apartments. Emil was one of them who has been really welcoming and happy to work with him. His happy face and willingness to resolve any issues has helped me chose an apartment and move in quickly. Thanks to Emil for that. I would love to contact him for any further queries.

My husband and I are new to Camden, but we can say that it's been a pleasant experience so far! In the beginning there were a couple of mishaps with miscommunication (on both sides, ha!) and the staff, especially Taylor Edwards, were incredibly graceful and quick to help us get everything sorted out. The response time is insane, one day, for example I emailed the front office letting them know that our valet trashcan was missing. I sent the email and walked out the door to walk the trash to the dumpster and when I returned a trashcan was waiting at our door! Literally minutes after having sent the email! Thanks Camden Amber Oaks!!!

When I was shopping for a new place to live, I went to a lot of different places before I decided on Camden Amber Oaks. Hands-down they were the most professional and nicest people to work with. They treated me very well from the first moment I stepped into the doors, to the last hugs and handshakes. The people that work at Camden Amber Oaks are the best part of living there - they encouraged my desire to want to participate in community events, comment on social media, and interact with them - all because of who they were and how they represented themselves as staff. I have lived in various apartments all over the U.S., and living at Camden Amber Oaks was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Camden Amber Oaks has been by far the best apartment living I have experienced. From my first visit here the staff has been welcoming and helpful, we were sold on the spot! We have had a few minor maintenance requests that have been fixed within hours which is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Besides our apartment being beautiful, the complex itself is always very well maintained as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I had a very bad experience with the management. For instance this month, The monthly auto payment went through and inspite of that they charged me a late fees. I emailed to inform them that i did have my bank account charged. and I requested the the late fees to be waived.Their response was the autopayment i have made was not enough as there is additional fees for water bill and hence they had to charge late fees too instead of asking me to pay the additional water bill fees. In addtion. they added another 10$ late fees while I was waiting for them to reply to my request to waive the late fees.

I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. From day one, Gina was so sweet and made me feel at home (which meant a lot because it was my first time living on my own). I think it would be really hard to find an apartment complex with such personable people. The maintenance team is awesome and has a great response time. The community is beautiful and feels safe.

My Husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years, and are currently on our 3rd lease term. I love the location because I am within a 10 minute drive of anything I need. The access to Mopac, 183, 45, 620 and 1431 is very convenient. The office and maintenace staff always great me with a smile and are very responsive to my requests. We are very comfortable and we love our home!

We have been in camden amber oaks for a couple of months now and we absolutely love it! The office staff is super nice and welcoming,and maintenance is prompt and very helpful. I really like that it's pet friendly and there's plenty of grass to walk my pet around!

my wife and i have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. Every time we contact management for repairs, information, billing questions or just information in general the staff always responds within a short amount of time. the amenities are great and the staff is fantastic! My wife found this place on accident and it is a marvelous place to live.

They charged me to replace carpet in the entire three bedroom apartment. One bedroom had stains, the rest of the apartment was fine. ------------- first told me that they couldn't match up the carpets if they just replace one room. I called him on that lie - they have massive quantities of that carpet since it's the one they use in all their apartments. Then he said that there were wear patterns in the hallway. Texas Attorney Generals office states that it is illegal for apartment management to charge a tenant for normal wear and tear on carpeting. Don't move here unless you want to pay a huge bill when you move out. I'm not the first one they have gauged and I won't be the last one.

We just moved from out of town to Austin and the transition has been so smooth thanks to Jordan , she has assisted us in everything we need and in such great manner. I highly recommend living here!! We've had such a great experience, amazing customer service, landscaping and matienence , I give it 5 stars!!
