I love this place! My...
I love this place! My boyfriend and little dog and I moved from out of state and only got to see this place online. The staff were very helpful and everything they show online is exactly what you get. STAFF- Great, Helpful and cares about your needs. MAINTENANCE- On top of everything within a few days. The grounds are always looking nice. PARKING- NEVER a problem, I can always see my car from my apartment window. You're getting a lot for the price you pay for a 1 bedroom. I wouldn't advise getting anything other than a 1 bedroom, because it's too expensive and you can get a home for the same price. LOCATION- Good. Near everything you need; Freeway, Bars, Places to eat, shopping and Grocery stores. about once a month there is always an event type of thing that the staff set up for us renters and I love that! It gives us a great opportunity to meet other renters within our little community. 1 BAD thing- We live on the bottom floor and whenever our upstairs neighbor (single guy) gets mad, we can hear him yelling and stomping. So the ceiling/floors are thinner than the walls around us. but to us its entertaining. so we really don't mind. But it would really ---- if you lived under a family with children. Also right outside our windows there is the air conditioner machines and they make tons of noise when we and other renters have the air conditioner on. We have considered moving to the top floor to get more privacy, but at the end of the day and past those little negatives, its a great place to live and feels like home. We are thinking about renewing our lease when its up.

The apartment seemed...
The apartment seemed great at first but the mandatory fees (mandatory cable, trash pick up) added up to a less than ideal monthly amount. The office workers were always a pleasure to talk to but I was led to believe that I gave proper move out notification twice, and it turns out I did not. Luckily, management was happy to make an exception for me but that seems like an inefficient way to conduct business. Also, there were two occasions when my air conditioner unit stopped working after hours and I couldn't contact the emergency maintenance entity. In fact, when I visited the Camden website it gave me the office number for the emergency line and I had to leave a message. I had to sleep in 100 degree temperature two times in situations that only required minor maintenance. All in all, I will not be recommending the community to friends and family and will never live in another Camden property ever again.

It's good ,but grounds...
It's good ,but grounds full of dog poop,no body cleans after their pet, kids cant play outside ,no toddler lot.

I LOVE LIVING AT THE...
I LOVE LIVING AT THE CAMDEN. THE STAFF IS GREAT AND THE EXTRAS ARE GREAT. WHEN A LIGHT BULB GOES OUT THEY WILL COME CHANGE IT. WHEN YOUR CARPET NEEDS CLEANING IT IS REALLY REASONABLE. I LOVE WORKING OUT AT THE GYM, BUT THEY NEED TO REPAIR TWO OF THE TREAD MILLS. ONE OF THEM MAKES TOO MUCH NOISE AND THE OTHER HAS NO SOUND. OTHER THAN THAT THE POOL IS GREAT. THEY REALLY KEEP UP THE GROUNDS. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY. WE RENEWED OUR LEASE TO STAY ANOTHER 15 MONTHS.

I know it is sometimes...
I know it is sometimes hard to believe reviews with 5 stars across the board, but I have never had an issue with any of the categories, and have enjoyed every minute of living here!

I've really loved living...
I've really loved living at Camden so far. The complex is nestled away nicely from the busy highways and can seem like a safe haven. Though it is still located close enough to the highway and toll which makes it really easy to get where you need to be. The very few times I've had to put in a maintenance ticket they've been answered that same day. The staff has always been available when I needed them, and are always friendly. Parking has never been an issue..ever! The price is a little higher compared to complexes nearby, but it seems worth it to me. Living in an apartment that is surrounded on every side, I very rarely ever hear anyone. Though some noise is definitely to be expected as it is still an apartment complex. I couldn't rate the Social Scene too high as I'm often not able to make a lot of the events that they host every month. However, they do offer a great variety of social events which are often more than just a pizza night (which is all my old complex ever offered). I definitely think that I would attend more if I didn't work such odd hours. The amenities are fabulous to say the least! The grounds are always kept nicely, the gym seems pretty upscale, and the pool was amazing all summer long. Since there are a lot of friendly dogs also living at the complex, I'd have to say they could probably step it up a bit with adding a dog park. Luckily there are still some great places to walk or run around here to help keep your dog happy and healthy. There's a small unfenced park that I usually enjoy just down the street from the complex. Overall I'd have to say Camden feels more like a home rather than any old apartment.

An extra gate key would...
An extra gate key would be helpful. Since we need it to get in to the fitness facility and personnel gates, it would be nice to have one for each vehicle and one to leave in the apartment for access to the above locks.

I have lived in many...
I have lived in many different apartment communities in different states. Camden Amber Oaks is the best. I have been treated like family by the entire staff. I would live here forever if at all possible. Thanks you Camden Amber Oaks for the years of comfortable living.

Very nice apartment community...
Very nice apartment community with great amenities! I love Camden for their service! Staff are friendly and helpful. They do not have covered parking which is a drawback but they have Garage!

This is the fourth apartment...
This is the fourth apartment complex I've lived in out of five years and this is by far the best. Compared to other apartments its much quieter, and is in very good condition. I'm happy to call this apartment home.

Overall a nice place...
Overall a nice place to live, they need to improve their pet policy as people do not pick the litter many times. Its mostly quiet but it also depends on your neighbors, I do hear people talking in next apartment and dogs running in apartment above me, but that does not bother me as much as they are occasional incidents. Overall a nice place to stay but feel they are little pricy

It has been years and...
It has been years and years since I've lived in an apartment community but I haven't been disappointed with Camden. The maintenance is amazing - responsive and keen to please - and the staff is great!

Everything has been great....
Everything has been great. The only complaint I can think of is I wish there were free covered parking. They have garages for about $90 extra a month, but covered parking is much appreciated and this property doesn't have any.
