Overture Mueller is an excellent 55+ community conveniently located in Mueller need shops, restaurants, grocery and Farmers Market. And, the many amenities and activities keep residents as busy as they choose. The parking garage is made so that parking is on your floor. Residents do not have to haul everything upstairs. The staff are courteous and attentive to the needs of the residents. I highly recommend Overture Mueller living!!!

Although new to Overture Mueller, I am thoroughly enjoying the community here. I have already made several friends. The staff is exceptional in every way and I couldn't think of a better place to begin my retirement adventure!

GREAT HOUSEKEEPING Maintenance STAFF. LEASING STAFF ARE OUTSTRANDING. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT BEAUTIFULLY. DO NOT FINISH THE SOCIAL GATHERINGS, ITS AN IMPORTANT PART FOR US TO GET SOCIAL. IM VERY SATISFIED

The Overture Mueller’s entire living experience is truly it’s own community with activities and amenities that makes it feel like home. Its’ attributes such as upkeep, security, hygiene, and property management's promptness is commonplace~simply lovely. Angela H.

They are always responsive to my needs and have been throughout the challenges of COVID and beyond This can be challenging with changes in management and staff but they have consistently risen to the challenge

Lovely staff and friendly residents. Fun activities. Full coffee and tea bar where you can always find people to visit with. Pleasant pool area. Covered parking. No maintenance worries. Areas to entertain family and outside friends.

My experience has been fine but as time went by we had some things like breakfast pared down. Also residents accepted who had obviously mental issues. I believe children put parents here because of the steep cost of continuing health care.

We are happy here. The maintenance crew is exceptional in responding to our request in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and equally responds to our requests. We live on a very busy street, so it is noisy at times, but we love the location.

This is my 3rd active adult residence. The dogs are a real issue - large ones anyway. Other than that, living here has been mostly pleasurable. I am very active and still drive so I am out and about a lot.

Overture Mueller is a wonderful community for active seniors and provides easy access to frequent needs like grocery shopping, pharmacy, doctors, eateries and restaurants, public transportation, parks and recreational facilities located around the facility. It is the place to be!

Love living at Overture Mueller! Very nice complex. Administration is excellent, maintenance is excellent. I feel safe and secure here. Amenities are a nice bonus. Grounds are nicely maintained. Love the heated pool and jacuzzi.

Lived here 6 years. The people here make the difference. Our community is the best. Our mix and mingles are great thanks to Sandy and Emily. If you are thinking of a move to Mueller’s overture, you won’t be disappointed.

I would warn people away from Overture Mueller due to the unsanitary conditions, terrible management (except for Sandy Blanchard), and management’s allowed violations of the pet size restrictions. We have huge dogs (Great Danes, bull mastiffs and other large dogs; dogs that are not controlled by their owners; and owners who daily leave dog excrement on the carpeting, stairs and in the elevators. The housekeepers have to clean it up. It’s like living in a tenement project rather than a nice apartment building.

My experience at the Overture over the 2 year period was a great one. I highly recommend it to even who wants to live at a beautiful location that provides great service and an even better atmosphere for residence to have community experiences and quietness to enjoy your personal lives.

Always great professional skills/expertises. They all should be recognized and acknowledged. The Office persons are so kind and caring- whenever an issue -they make sure it gets taken care of. They welcome everyone and take care of all no matter age or type of need. Maintenance group are also timely and thorough in job needed to be done.

The staff at OM are wonderful! They are super helpful and contribute to a great living situation. They respond to our needs quickly and efficiently. The residents and staff make this a very caring community.

Housekeeping is in a turmoil. Insect infestation is a concern. Management cleaning and updating vacant units is a concern. Management charges tenants for services that should fall on their shoulders. We (most) live on fixed incomes.

Too many years without maintenance is leaving the building looking shabby. Hallway carpets have not been cleaned/disinfected- they just get vacuumed. Pest control only happens when resident requests it not routinely to prevent cockroaches.

Overall its good. I would expect more from a community that is for people of a certain age, but its not a bad place to live. The surrounding area is great for shopping and its located centrally in the Austin area. The price is an issue though, but with Austin being what it is...what can you expect.

This apartment building has experienced difficulty in imposing their own rules. Large vans are parked on the first floor for days. Is this a storage space? May I bring my RV to part here? Some residents are so mentally or physically feeble that it feels like an old folks home, rather than an active adult community. However, the staff really tries to create fun experiences at mix and mingles which I enjoy . I love the neighborhood and the convenience.

I've already made my comments. Felt deceived when renting here because it's more of an elderly home than an apartment complex. I was told things that are apparently not true about parking, etc. People are nosey and judgmental if you don't join in to the cliques.

A great way to live your 55+ life by making new friends and building community and a sense of belonging. The location is perfect. There is a nice park very close and the Farmer’s Market in the neighborhood. I enjoy that we are close to many of the sights of Austin.

We moved in last January, we love the Mueller neighborhood location, walking distance to supermarket restaurants, bars, parks, large HEB supermarket with pharmacy, bar and food court. The residents come from all over the country, very welcoming group. Long term staff work had and are loved by residents.Beautiful light filled, common rooms, courtyard with pool. The building has been short staff, big changes in front office and maintenance staff, garage gate has never worked so garage isn't secure. Rents are high and recent increases of up to 25% have caused some residents to move out.

Friendly neighbors, great activities including daily exercise classes, beautiful neighborhood with grocery store nearby. There is always someone to visit with by the coffee machine in the lovely commons area or by the puzzle. Great music entertainment.

I’ve been very disappointed in the type renters in our “55+, Active” community! I feel like I’m in an Assisted Living/Memory Care place instead. The building is very new and most things like the heater in the pool and hot tub and the security doors and gates are always broken and not repaired for long periods of time - 4-5 months.
