Excellent location to all Inner- City locations, doctors, shops, groceries, etc. etc. Office staff always friendly - hard to stay friendly when too much is dumped on staff on items which they have no control over. Some residents need to grow up and realize that we should be grateful for the environment we are provided with.

This is a sad apartment bldg where critical infrastructures work intermittently, and safety is not a high priority, items constantly break over and over again and seem to Never get repaired, Rats run over the patios and outside step lights go inoperative, nothing get repaired. Management is mostly concerned with ........ who knows what.

The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. Ive met a lot of real nice people here. You can be as active as you want. There is a good variety of activities. Our community social hours are a lot of fun.

Overture Mueller offers a safe and comfortable place to live. Residents are mostly cheerful and positive about their experiences here. Security is a major focus. As a retired single woman, its great not to worry about maintenance issues. Staff offers a variety of activities every day of the week. Location is exceptional with an HEB one block away, a prized central Austin location, and nearby retail stores and restaurants.

The residence above me makes noise walking back and forth frequently very loud and it is very disturbing. My neighbor denies that it is her and that is very concerning to me. When I have friends over, they often comment on the level of the noise.

Don't let your eyes deceive you. For a high end facility, look for details like cleanliness of floors, out of service signs, doors, and broken floor tiles. These indicators reflect an overall philosophy. Too many pets, and residents that should be in facilities with more assistance. Research ongoing security issues, broken door controls and most of all for mobility limited residents, research building emergency escape routes above the first floor, very disturbing.

So far, this place is as perfect as I could possibly ask for. I feel very fortunate to have made the best possible decision for me and Little Queenie. The staff has been wonderful to us and the residents have been welcoming and very nice, without exception. Little Queenie and I both feel like we totally belong in this community and plan on never ever leaving if it is managed this well from here on out.

The only problem I have experienced is entry into and out of the my apartment from the parking garage. The doors into and out of the garage are not consistent with each other. No info is available to all tenants of how to get in and out of the building if necessary. The FOB is the only answer, if it works. You cannot depend upon employees in the office to fix things that are inoperable. I also suspect the fire department has rules about tenant's access to and out of the building.

My comments (above) are not going to help you with marketing. If it was not located so close to our daughters home I would not rent here. Terrible design for seniors throughout, i.e., in the apartments and when trying to navigate the doors in the hallways or get a grocery cart from ones car in the garage into the building.. Mediocre kitchen appliances, washer and drier, and bathroom furnishings. A sieve when it comes to security. 10 foot ceilings in our apartment makes it an echo chamber. Need I go on?

We have never lived in a rental before and just moved here from Florida. The overall appearance of this apartment community is beautiful and we look forward to finishing our unpacking and becoming active in many activities which are listed on the calendar. We have been to the pool several times and love that area.

I like living here. The managers are always friendly and positive. The repair team always does everything quickly and at high quality. It is also very pleasant to have breakfast every morning - it is fresh fruit, pastries or something sweet. We have parties on Wednesdays - it's so great to communicate with all the residents.

Can be somewhat noisy around 2 am with HEB cleaning their parking lot. Most of the time I'm not bothered by the noise because I'm asleep but sometimes it wakes me up. I hoping for a speedy installation of the entrance gate. I know that the delay has mostly been with the city getting permits but it sure has taken a long time.

Absolute best location to retail and professional services - also restaurants and parks. Miles of walking sidewalks and paths. Having a grocery store right across the street. Mueller is growing with housing and entertainment.
