We should be able to get new air filters every month during the pandemic. Clean air keeps us safer and 3 months with one filter is not a good idea. This area if Austin is very dusty and that dust is everywhere: garage, bath & bedrooms & hallways.

Since I first began living here, my rent has increased and the amenities have decreased. It is a beautiful place but I find it is the people who live here that I appreciate most. Two of the staff members are not that efficient. New management has been an improvement in getting things done but there seems to be an abolishment of the resident council which is very disappointing. I would recommend a friend move here because of the residents who have become like family.

Although I am a Resident of barely three months, I have been happy with the apartment home I have at Overture Mueller despite restrictions due to the pandemic. The Residents for the most part are kind, helpful, and informative although there have been a couple of major exceptions to that.

We were the first occupants of this apt. complex. So far it has been good and the security is much better now with the new management. There were a number of breaks into rented storage area and now special tools have been installed to stop lock picking. I think we are here with the 4th manager and regret that there can be no resident meetings with her and get to know her personally. At least we are now given a choice for various goodies each week. When we signed our least we were told continental breakfast 5 days a week and Happy Hour once a week. Originally we had brunch on Saturday.

Broken amenities, surly staff. To elaborate people on the smart housing plan are routinely dismissed with the comment if you dont like it you can move. An apartment community is more than a nice building. Greystar has abysmal reviews both on yelp, and with the Better Business Bureau. Do your homework research the mgmt company as you look over the property.

I love Overature Mueller! Even during COVID-19. The management is earnestly trying to meet the myriad of needs of residents, during a difficult time. Having access to walking trails at Muellers Lake Park, and a lovely pool always, and limited access to common areas and amenities, augment apartment living during lockdowns.

I feel that the term "active adult" needs to be defined. I'm active, and I'm confined primarily to a wheelchair. Every time I bring up an ADA concern, or any concern, they start their explanation with "this is an active adult community". I would live to use the pool, if I could open the door. I can get in and out by myself, I just can't get through the doors without help. If you don't want to be ADA compliant stop saying you are. Stop taking 6 months or longer to fix things. Broken doors that affect our security. Don't just talk, take action on things the community is concerned about. Don't cut benefits without cutting rent prices. Recognize that we are older, smarter and when we say we have health issues, we don't expect you to heal us, just under stand us. Diabetes and other diseases are rampeid in America. Gluten is an issue, dairy is an issue, so make the necessary accommodations.

We love our apartment and the amenities (inspire of the pandemic). Layout of apartment is perfect for us and management is responsive to our concerns. I only wish that we could use the grills, swimming pool and spa.

I moved in under stay at home so difficult to say except for the fact that I love the personal touches you are doing like the treats on Wednesdays and Fridays, the dinners that we pick up at the elevator tables, mother's day treats.

Place is lacking in so many ways, especially when the cost is considered. As a 55 + building the lack of handicap facilities is a problem. Health, safety and cleanliness are lacking. Greystar should stick to Student housing.

I find that my experiences have been very good. The exercise programs are good and challenging daily. The staff are helpful. The breakfast could be better. Having a choice of bacon and eggs periodically would be very nice.

Lovely place to call home. All needs taken care of. The activities are wonderful. Grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Love the bbq facilities and the fact that the age of the residents brings a sense having much in common.

I have basically satisasfied with ny apartment. I was expecting more and nicer parties. Variety of activities has slowed down. The pool is broken a lot. Some repairs are never made. I have enjoyed making friends here and the location is wonderful. The exercise classes are well mai tain by a professional and well planned instructor.

Overture and Miller identified a need and filled it! The atmosphere feels more like a resort than it does an apartment building! The scheduled activities on a daily basis provide plenty of opportunity to meet your neighbors and create new friendships.

Any problem I have is related to residents' lack of courtesy to each other. Also, before moving here 8 repeatedly asked if bldg was condo construction and was repeatedly told it was. It is not. Higher than acceptable noise levels are due to construction and to neighbors not being courteous.

I like living here. Any issues may be due to inexperience of initial organization. How silly to require a certain number of characters. The attitude that requires one must meet your standard to be considered a valid response may be what could be improved about this organizations expectations.

The social life is amazing. Our happy hours on Wednesdays with piano player is all I could ask for. Cards, movies, events and regular get together is the best in any apt I have lived. I have so enjoyed living at Overture Mueller!

As a recently widowed resident, moving here has helped mt get through some difficult days. Neighbors have been very nice and staff is responsive. Not the least bit interested in retirement community, so this is a apropos alternative.

The quality of the construction seems to be very poor. One of my showers had major construction problems and one month later is still not repaired. The quality of the appliances is very cheap and poor. The washer was so deep I could not reach the bottom and it treated my clothing so roughly that I had to replace the washer and dryer at my own considerable expense. I have had electrical problems with a breaker that remain unresolved. My towel rack was not installed when I moved in, nor was there my one allowed grab bar. These remain uninstalled. Storage is abysmal, and the cabinets, shelving, and clothes bars in the closet are extremely high and not easily reachable.
