It's a quiet and well maintained community, even with the student residents. It's a mix of students, professionals and working adults. It has all the amenities you could need. Not sure how secure the gate is - might as well be open access with how the access codes work. I like the package retrieval system with LuxerOne however the pictures of the packages are never actually the packages themselves and the package room is hit or miss if everything is actually sorted correctly. The smoking and pet rules are pretty strictly enforced but overall cleanliness of the halls and the stairwells are iffy. I've seen food or trash left for a weeks.

This apartment complex has a decent management system that I trust because they generally handle my issues quickly. However, the quality of the apartments themselves and the outdoor surroundings leave much to be desired. The biggest problem is the thin walls?they're so bad I can hear my neighbors' most personal moments, like sneezing or even passing gas. I've lived in manyyy apartment complexes, and this has never been an issue before. The thin walls would ultimately be the main reason I wouldn't renew my lease. Additionally, the landscaping around my apartment is a mess. The bushes outside have been neglected for months, and it feels like they don't even have a lawn care service. Another downside is the other tenants. Many seem to be careless college students with little consideration for their neighbors. I understand that's part of living in a college town, but it's frustrating. Some tenants treat these apartments like houses and don't respect quiet hours, which adds to the noise issue.

I have had mostly good experiences here. For the most part the common areas are kept clean but if you are going to provide printers they should be working. The gym's equipment is limited and I would like to see more. It makes no sense to have a gate to enter the community if it is never locked.

It was good, not bad but not great. The best part about these apartments is the location. You are very very close to campus and everyone living here is pretty calm and quiet. The pools are nice, and its good there are four of them. My maintance requests were resolved pretty fast. The bad was they weren't in the best condition, a bit dirty and beat up. Also it seemed like the 8085 location was neglected in comparison to the other two.

12/12/24 This is a great community and area to live, majority of the people are kind and respectful. Below is a list of issues i have dealt with if you are interested in customer feedback. Registered my vehicle with the complex and lost the parking sticker during move in, got towed, $200+. they are not liable for any sort of reimbursement. whats the point of registering your vehicle with them if a sticker is the determining factor? i could just say i lost it and hand them out to friends if thats the case... I have a monthly set payment and every couple months it seems to jump up $40-$80 for random complex fees with little to no explanation. This should have been covered in my set monthly fee with no unexpecting jumps every few months. I set up autopay on my account and selected it for the following month instead the current month on accident, received a late payment fee of $130+, tried to communicate the mistake and said they could not help because it wasn't fair. Someone on the 3rd floor seems to think its okay to leave their animal outside in the cold during the day and at night and let it constantly bark at all hours of the day, the lows are in the 30's. the same person plays rap music until 3AM on a weekend with the bass vibrating through the walls making it impossible to sleep. nothing has been done about it. tenants think its okay to leave garbage bags outside of their door, not inside a bin. it leaks on the floors and there was one instance where an animal ripped one open. the contents were in the middle of the walkway for days. This is the 5th apartment complex ive lived in and have never experienced these low customer service money issues, disappointing to deal with.

Me and my fianc? have lived at lake walk for a couple of years at different phases of the property. We love the complex and the staff . When the staff stays consistent it's a sign of a good management and leadership. We currently live at the oldest phase of the apartment and it definitely needs some improvements. Some bushes and brunches are obstructing the sidewalks (although after they have change landscapers it has become better than it used it be). Another example is that none of the street lights are operating and the lights on the buildings are not sufficient when the sun sets. Aside from some capital projects to the property we have enjoyed our stay and plan to renew our lease again.

The trash Service is So complicated. I have to pay for 4 trash-related items while I don't use the service. If one has to pay for the services anyway, why is it not included directly in the rent itself?

So far so good. Only issues are cleanliness of hallways and lack of appropriate hose for dog washing station. I like the area surrounding the apartment and appreciate the walking paths throughout the neighborhood.

I rent this for work and so am it there the whole time. It is reasonably quiet. AC smells quite strongly which is an issue for me. Also the inside walkways between apartments and corridors are filthy and never cleaned which is a disgrace. Otherwise it's fine

THE ISSUE IS WHAT I HEAR IS THE BIG DOG PARK AREA DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH LIGHTING. THE LIGHTS OUT THERE DO NOT WORK VERY WELL AND SOME OF GIRLS OUT THERE ARE CONCERNED FOR SAFETY. WOULD LOVE FOR THIS TO BE ADDRESSED FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE.

I absolutely love the walkable community and the beauty all around. I wish there was better upkeep of the stairwells and external hallways because they can be kind of gross. My apartment itself is gorgeous and so well maintained. The maintenance staff works very quickly and effectively to fix any work orders I submit.

It is fine. It isn't my favorite place to live, but it provides what we need. The staff makes changes pretty quickly and then has poor follow up in making the tenant feel pretty bad about asking and requesting information. Also, there is literally dog poop everywhere next to our apartment that it makes it hard to sit outside. The rent and cost of the extras continue to go up, but the quality of the space doesn't improve.

This apartment community is very friendly and welcoming! They have lots of events to get the community together such as Halloween decorating contests or hosting events where they have food and drinks for residents. All of the facilities are kept very clean and everyone is very professional. They have great walking trails and dog parks. They are very quick to respond to emails or matinence requests.

leasing office very helpful especially Felix! Inside the building (hallway, staircase, the door of each unit) are dirty, inside the unit (balcony and bathroom windows for example) need cleaning, noise from neighboring units is sometimes bad (early in the morning, late in the night).

The experience has been pretty good so far. There are some issues with cleanliness especially when it comes to people picking up after the dogs and especially in the dog park. My main problems with living here are with the management team and maintenance. There is a lack of communication on their end that can make things difficult. I also have a dog and when I make maintenance requests there is a section to tell them the best times for you, and I put my times there so that I can be there or so I know to lock up my dog and there have been multiple times that they don't even give me a heads up so I can lock my dog up. So I leave her out and they come in and it terrifies her and it could be worse cause she could attack or escape but it is still heartbreaking to see how scared she is

I really like the place, I only have two complaints. The gates always stay open, so I'm concerned for my safety. Also, a lot of people do not pick up their dogs' feces. It's like I have to dodge land mines.

The community is, in general, good. They do have some issues: 1) Valet trash service is a joke and should be discontinued. 2) How can 3 story buildings without elevators be ADA compliant? 3) Hallways are filthy and should be cleaned; some have inadequate lighting 4) During the summer I could not get any grill to work in the entire complex 5) Exterior lights run night and day 6) Landscaping needs improvement 7) Air conditioning in the weight room is broken

Exterior of units not power washed to keep clean. All lanterns are full of dead bugs. Exterior units could use a fresh coat of paint. People don't pick up after their pets. Staff is useless. Good location though.

Maintenance is fast on all request. Pools are kept clean. Wish they had activities for the older residents here instead of just collage age adults. The gate has not worked the whole time I have lived here except for maybe a week

I have really enjoyed my time in this community. Everyone is so nice and the staff is amazing. My only issue is while the community is quiet, I can hear steps and movement from the people above me from time to time. However it is very seldom and just having music or the tv on drowns out that noise.

Great place for one person, spacious and has all the appliances needed. Fast wifi, and has a gym and a pool. Seems far on the map but every store is around a ten(10) to twenty(20) min range so it's close.

The community is wonderful! Everyone has been very nice and friendly. I always see people out on their porches or walking. The option to walk to the other properties is also a nice change of scenery. Overall I really enjoy all of the sidewalks to explore!
