Upkeep of the building and cleanliness isn't ideal. Wasps nest everywhere, dirty hallways.Looks good on the outside, but poor build quality. Amenities are not kept up, gym equipment broken etc. For the cost of rent these should be taken care of.

I love living here. The floor plan is great and they fix things super fast. The only thing I don't really like is the breezeways outside of the apartment are constantly dirty. They need to be blown out after they mow, and a pressure wash wouldn't hurt. The valet trash guys are careless and throw your trash can around and you have to go hunt it down. Chet in the leasing/resident services office is AMAZING.

Dog poop around the outside areas and disgusting hallways that have dried sludge from peoples' trash. I'm personally embarrassed to bring friends over. Management will accidentally tow your vehicle even with a parking sticker. If someone on your floor lets their door slam it shakes everyone's doors. Zero soundproofing and loud tenants revving their cars and stereos just before midnight.

It's been very good, except living with the bird poop all over the 3rd floor walkways of my building. It is disgusting. It needs to be cleaned. In the future, you should prevent the birds from nesting

Lakewalk is a nice place to live. A lot of the other residents are very friendly and welcoming. The older complexes are a great place to raise a dog; there are so many lawns and the dog park is so nice and big. However, there are other residents who regularly litter and leave trash out, sometimes for days on end, violating trash regulations without penalty. So if you don't mind a little trash smell, you'll find a great home here!

Many changes since I moved in?office staff/management has improved. Current staff exhibits professionalism. Unfortunately, the garbage dumpster area is not given attention it requires. Truly a mess with furniture and layers of trash on the ground! The breezeways require water pressure cleaning to address the stains from leaking garbage. This is a problem.

Nice buildings and community. However, they do not do much to have common areas in good condition. The gym has been without AC for months, and it recently had an insect problem for weeks. The dog park is mainly dirt as they don't keep up with the grass maintenance or keeping it clean. Doggie showers or water sources have never worked ever since I moved in. I am also very dissatisfied with their role on taking action about loud people at night and people not cleaning up after their pets. There are constant parties in the pool area until very late, making it hard to have a proper sleep.

I quite like it here. The apartments are spacious and well kept. My main concern is the lack of maintenance to the gardens. They look terrible. They should take better care of them. Residents are very quiet.
