My overall experience has been amazing at ascent I really love this apartment. And would love to stay more. I wish there was more focus given to amplifying the experience of the resident just in the form of addition free services

Can’t go wrong with staying in this community. I would recommend this community to anyone who’s looking for a positive and safe environment. They have kept me safe from day one of moving in. They are supportive when needed.

Our experience at Ascent Victory Park has been great. We love our apt, the amenities, and the location in Dallas. Being across the street from the AAC, restaurants, and bars makes living here a blast. The concierge service and staff on property have been fantastic. - Eddie R

My experience at Ascent Victory Park has been disappointing. While the property itself looks nice, safety is a serious concern. My car was stolen from the garage, and management showed no empathy or urgency in addressing it. For the rent being charged, residents should feel secure and supported, not ignored. Until management invests in real safety measures and takes resident concerns seriously, I cannot recommend living here.

my experience has been great so far everyone has been super friendly. It’s a nice community. The only negative I have to say is the traffic when there is concerts or a game. I love it here and would recommend it to any of my friends.

Nora does not take accountability for the time maintenance and repair time of grounds including cameras, entry doors, elevators, and basic equipment. There have been major breakdowns, break ins and zero communication goes out or is delayed. Nora gossips with residents and shares private information about residents with others

Beautiful apartment. Love the location. Only complaint would be the security of the parking garage (or lack thereof). Luckily, I only had a vehicle stolen. If you are fine with that happening to you, or something worse everytime the garage gate is broken (often), I would recommend this apartment.

Love the location and amenities, walkable distance to everything in Voctory Park and Uptown. Noisy at times but that comes with living downtown, only downside is the excessive fees and traffic getting into the building during games/events.

It started off good but lately things are going awful due to things like security, people getting inside, issue with security gate and my car was broken into and no one really acknowledged my situation it was more of a “just file it with insurance we aren’t liable ” response. American airline center events, lack of concierge reliability. Last night there was an incredibly loud party next door to me and I had no one responding to me from front desk and there wasn’t security.

There is a lot of customer service recovery that needs to be unpacked here. I have out in five maintenance requests for the same issue/ I was told my mirror was being replaced and it was never replaced/ I am stalled a minute each time I leave the house because the key and door does not sync

It was a great experience. They worked very efficiently and were in and out of my apartment in less than five minutes. They came in a timely manner once the request was placed and politely knocked on my door before entering

Overall my experience has been good so far at the Ascent. I really enjoy the higher-end finishes in the apartment itself, and the variety of amenities offered. It was clear the leasing office was not prepared for my move in, (tried to delay move in date by 5 days, with less than 24 hours notice), and several repairs still needed to be made in the unit.

I've enjoyed my experience thus far and look forward to renewing. There are time where the appliances in my apartment don't work or there is a strange odor on my floor. But apart from that the staff are excellent. The location and commute to work is fantastic.

Horrific - your staff (accept for the concierge) is a complete joke. They are unavailable and have zero ability and zero accountability to do their job. Greystar should be completely embarrassed by their actions.

It’s been very good. Everyone is very nice at this apartment complex. The pool is great, met a lot of people through there. The other amenities such as the gym and golf sim are also a great addition. Very happy with the space and layout of apartment .

My experience has been horrible our unit was filthy upon move in. Of course management promised they’d have professional cleaners come clean it never happened. The carpet in our apartment was absolutely trashed they did nothing about it but promised they wouldn’t charge us for it at the end of the lease. They’ve lost a 375 dollar package of mine still waiting on the check for that. Management never returns calls. I mean I can go all day just call me

Overall wonderful cormmunitity. Love it here and would highly recommend! Property is beautiful and well maintained. Walkability is great and affordable for what residents get! Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved within a 24hr or less time frame! Amazing and very appreciated. Keep up the great work.

I have lived at The Ascent for a little over two years and I love it here. The maintenance staff is great. The location is wonderful. Access to the trail and plenty of restaurants. The community within the building is amazing.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here! As empty nesters establishing our "new" lifestyle, it has everything we were looking for -- a walkable lively neighborhood, top notch security, fantastic amenities, and a building that doesn't feel like a frat house. The friendliness of the other residents and staff have been an added bonus. We have yet to have an occasion where we've doubted our decision to live here.

We have lived here a little over a week and we cannot stop raving about the place. Every time we turn the corner we have something positive to say. Everyone, including staff and residents, are so helpful and kind. Everything is so clean and well kept. It's such a great place to live!

Maintenance team is amazing. However recently the leasing office has implemented several rules that are not listed in the lease contract and make it somewhat difficult or impossible to enjoy the amenities we pay for at the apartment.

The Ascent Victory Park has been great! I moved in earlier this month and the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. I was initially worried about traffic and some of the negative reviews but the staff was able to answer all my questions. So far, traffic hasn’t been bad, and during game days, traffic is directed effectively (although can be annoying if you’re in a hurry but planning ahead is no issue.) But you can’t beat the location and views and the coziness of the Ascent. The warmth of the interior and layouts is not like any other high rise I’ve toured. Feels homey.

Worst place to live. Trust me. Find somewhere else.
This place sucks so much. They do not care about residents or guests. Do not move here. Move elsewhere. The management company is the worst company ever made. They do not care about anyone and will do anything for a dollar.

Ascent is a great place to live and right in the middle of Victory Park. Their resident events are wonderful and have some good floor plan choices at a fair price. The amenities are very fancy and useful especially the 20th floor gym.
