Stay the f*@k away from this building!!!! Dont ever live here and spread the word like COVID!!!!!!!! They have actually owed me money for months, let anyone in the building/garage!! I cant wait to see the inevitable crime show where cops raid an apartment here for drugs. Good luck coming home if theres an event at the AAC next door! RUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNN AWAY AS FASTAS YOU CAN!!!!!

Leasing department seemed to be extremely disorganized (didnt even have my signed lease in their system) and so it took two months to figure out my parking and to ensure I had everything necessary to be considered a resident here, but other than that I have had no issues.

Ascent could not offer the unit I was promised that would exactly replicate the model home. The apartment I was ultimately given keys to just could not work for me because it does not meet my full expectations of what was promised during the tour of model unit. Ascent cannot reasonably expect me to settle for less than what was promised without any monthly financial accommodation. Additionally, the poor and absolute lack of communication that I got from your management was inexcusable and he never even apologized or acknowledged his mistake. I had to reach out 4 days in a row and still never heard back from him or anyone. This delay has caused me more time, effort and money for movers, keeping my lease at my current apartment and utilities. If this is the type of action I am to expect as a full time resident, I will not subject myself to it. Alex was great to work with and I appreciate his time and effort. Unfortunately, management really dropped the ball which forced me to go lease elsewhere.

Terrible Staff ... takes a month to get a response back from staff .... I have left multiple messages and no one returns my phone calls ... I have complained and compiled pictures of residents and guest on elevators not wearing a mask and have gotten mad at me for requesting they wear one . I don't feel safe here

I found home!!! The view, the feel, the community. Hands down, this is the know. I have always dreamed of the Big D view, I finally got it. The Ascent by far understands the needs of the professional as well as community. I would lsay best place in Dallas after my extensive searching.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have been living here for about 16 months now and in the beginning I had no major issues, it was very clean, staff was easy to get a hold of and enjoyed coming home after work. Over the past few months this has taken a dive off a cliff. Management and leasing are non-existent and you cannot get ahold of them for anything. Building cleanliness is great around the main entrance but venture away into hallways and the parking garage you'll see its just a facade and trash that's been sitting there for days/weeks in the same spot are still there. I understand we have the "covid" issue but for a company to use that as an excuse to stop servicing the building and its customers is unacceptable. The "24hr Concierges" is not that anymore. Staff turn around has to be crazy when I see a new person every few weeks and it hard to fault them for some issues when they are that new and just learning. Guest parking is non-existent, since the restaurant has the major of all the spots outside of the gated parking garage. So I bought a reserved spot so when I have someone come over I can just use one of my spaces. Now they don't enforce reserved spots anymore and they claim they will tow them but 12 hours later the same car is parked in my reserved spot. I feel very petty bringing this up but why am I PAYING more each month for a reserved spot when anyone can use it with no repercussions. Overall the way this building has been managed in recent times is reason to stay away and spend your money else where, plenty of new building going up in this area for the price range you can find a lot better. Even if you have to pay more you can't put a price on a piece of mind.

We are still happy with the building and the kind residents we have met. The amenities are wonderful and again we are happy to have them! But we feel a bit disillusioned with the cleanliness of some of the facilities and the way management handled our move.

Embarrassing to have friends and family over. Falling into a greater sense of disrepair everyday. Long times to hear from anyone on maintenance requests. At least two of the TV's on the patio have been broken for over a year. Sometimes the fire pits are on at night, sometimes they are not. My patio collects so much water in the rain that unless it's over 90 degrees it can take two to three days to evaporate - maintenance said there is nothing they can do about it.

Great community for introduction to the city. Recently security and upkeep of common areas has been a concern. The people are generally great and fairly quiet. But the neighborhood is becoming less safe and crime is rising.

I had a great experience the first day of my tour. Breanna, Brie, and Eric were exceptional and this is how I made the decision with moving here. With the stellar customer service this staff gives, I couldnt imagine leasing anywhere else. Ascent Victory Park is definitely a place you can call home.

Leasing staff ( particularly Bri Nowicki), maintenance, concierges ( especially Justin) and building amenities are GREAT. Quiet building With nice interiors. Traffic is busy with American Airlines events but Accommodating for residents. Not an issue as I was lead to expect. Great place to live!

I would recommend this property to any one of my family and friends. Im living between Dallas and Los Angeles, so it was very important for me to have a space that was a reflection of my Los Angeles apartment and area as well. This is 100% it if not better! Im very pleased to be a resident at AVP and I look forward for spending a few more years here.

Great staff and maintenance teams. Apartment is well appointed and first class. The noise issue is a concern, late nights....even during the week nights from the loudness to Happiest Hour to horns blaring after concerts, games etc., and now with construction starting next door in a 40 story building- it might get interesting

Amazing, except for the dogs barking. Get this under control and you have a major winner here; but paying over $3,000/m to hear someones dogs bark whenever they want to is not acceptable. I cant even sleep in because the dogs bark early in the morning. Im subjected to someone elses desires and convenience which shouldnt be the case.

I have had nothing but good things to say about Ascent from the moment I toured. I am happy to be a resident here in what I consider Dallas best luxury apartments. The property, staff, and residents here are amazing.

Overall, great location. The apartments are within walking distance from nightlife/restaurants and easy access to major highways, and are located in a quieter part of town. I have never had a problem with maintenance quickly answering requests. The main issues I have had with Ascent are the office staff being unresponsive, noise, gates, and cleanliness of public areas. The office staff RARELY answers the phone. In the year I have lived here, I have probably received a phone pick up 2 times from the office and none of my voicemails have been returned by either Kayla nor Breanna. I also have had to file multiple noise complaints against neighbors with loud music/parties lasting from Thursday throughout the weekend, and am not sure if the courtesy company actually follows through with answering the call. Gate fobs typically do not work and I have had to park on the street numerous times when the gate code box was off, the gate is locked, and emergency maintenance takes 30 plus minutes to answer a phone call/return a voicemail. Lastly, there is usually vomit, beer cans, and trash in the hallways at the end of a weekend. Overall, the individual apartments are clean when you move in and very homey, but the management could use a little extra support!

I was given a tour by Kayla Jordan. The concierge greeted us and told us someone was on their way. We waited 20 minutes before she came to greet us. We did not receive an apology for waiting. Kayla appeared disinterested. She asked what apartment we were interested in viewing. I told her and she immediately begin walking towards the elevators without any commentary. It was very awkward. She did not engage in conversation with my husband or I; however, scrolled her phone the entire time we were walking to the apartment. We went to the 4th floor and she refused to make eye contact or engage in conversation with us. It was silent. We got off the elevators and followed her. We waited 2 minutes outside of the door while she continued to look at her phone and not engage in eye contact or conversations with us. We walked in the apartment. Kayla stood by the door. She didn't ask us what our interest was or explain the amenities. My husband and I showed ourselves the apartment. I then asked her name and walked out. She didn't ask if we wanted to see the amenities, other models, price range, or contact info. I told her this is the worst tour I have ever experienced. She said, "Really? Ok well have a good day." It was an awful experience. I wonder if Hannah and The 23 treats their tenants this way, ignoring them and not giving quality customer service. I'll pass! The Ascent's customer service is not up to par with my expectations nor their competitors. It was a disappointing tour. Don't waste your time!

Stay away from this property! The very junior management staff is always changing policy's and make it very difficult to enjoy your own home. We have had several of our guest vehicles towed which is embarrassing and very inconvenient. On top of the security staff that should be patrolling the apartment complex does not respond . I had an incident one night where there was a suspicious guy waiting by the elevator pretending to tie his shoe. I was parking my vehicle and as soon as turned it off the man ran to my vehicle and tried to attack me. I quickly turned on my vehicle and sped out of the parking garage. Unfortunately he did tear off my door handle off the driver door . I informed the police since no one on the actual property showed up to assist. Also I would like to include we had a very bad any problem during the summer even after having pest control come out and treat our apartment the problem persisted all the way into the winter time. We are at the end of our lease now and this is what bothers me the most ! Management staff left a letter at our door 60 days before our lease was up so that we can reach back out to end our lease. Well unfortunately I did not see the letter until the next month or so due to my busy lifestyle and traveling 70% of the time. As soon as I saw the letter I reached out to the leasing office and advised I wanted to end my lease as planned . The management staff has a 60 day notice policy which if you fail to inform them of your move it forces you to pay an extra month or 2 of your rent at about 40% increase in price. Also they did not try and reach out either by phone or via email to inform of this . Even after reaching out to my leasing agent, Breanna she did not care to help with this situation. The list goes on and on but I hope this review will help make your decision before leasing at this property.

Would usually not give bad reviews but the Ascent Victory Park management made sure that we had the worst experience ever. We have lived in 3 different states- Birmingham/ Alabama, Boston/MA, Philly/PA, but we have never come across a more unprofessional and unpleasant management . The building and location are good, but that is where all luxury ends. 1. If you are happy waiting 30-50 mins for elevators to come and have your stuff get stolen from a secure garage then by all means this building is fine. 2. During our stay the elevators would stop working and being in a high rise walking down wasn't an option. Our locked bikes got stolen or towed from the garage bike rack to which the management refused to take any responsibility or help look in to the matter, seems the camera were purely for show. 3. The management does not communicate within themselves or with the residents properly. Our move out was pre approved 3 months in advance by the management and at the last minute the management gave us super tough time, because we had an email confirmation of the same is only when they let us go through the move but not without giving us tons of headaches, stress and hiccups. 4. There was absolutely no communication in terms of a move out process and we left the apartment in a broomable condition which is the standard for all apartments. Also when we moved in just a year ago the apartment wasn't clean (The management had acknowledged the same and apparently didn't record it in papers or whatever) , the apartment was lying empty for a few months and the carpets were dirty and old. Only after a few hours of moving out we were sent a final bill where we were charged $1000 for carpet damage due to pet and additional $200 for cleaning a 1 bedroom apt. When we emailed back that we didn't have a pet the $1000 charge was reduced to $380 on the assumption that we must have a kid who peed around on the carpet. And the bill still read $380 for carpet damage due to pet. The assistant manager basically said that our toddler was like a pet animal, without any doubt had peed ( who goes full time to daycare and is 24x7 diapered) She didn't know any specifics of the damage and when we asked her where it was she started making up stuff. On insisting to share the photos of the damage she sent us following images of back of an old carpet. We have all the photos of how we left the apartment in perfect condition. So basically the management is also cheating us out of additional $700 on move out. Having spoken to some of our fellow neighbors most of them are moving out due to the rude management and the elevators. Would not recommend this building to any one. Attaching the images of the "Damage due to pet" carpet backs. Response to the owner's response- We did speak to the manager and the assistant manager, Breanna S Noble before writing the review. Their response was not only rude but completely unprofessional, we requested to speak with senior management when we didn't get any response or even our refund check until now (Ascent Victory Park owed us $1100) that was promised by your assistant manager is when we wrote the review. Your manager knows our email and phone number and has chosen to cheat us out of our money and ignore our email & phone calls.

Beautiful building, not been very comfortable, not soundproof due to the hallow front door and real wood. Can hear a lot outside. Community is pretty segregated, and some seem very nosey, I havent been very comfortable while living here alone. I have had a few issues with things while staying here.
