Very Satisfied. I enjoy the amenities. I wish the apartment had more space. There is very minimal storage. The concierge is great. The electric bills are high. There were quite a few necessary maintenance requests in the beginning of our stay

My experience at the Ascent has been awesome so far ! I have no complaints , the residents & staff are very polite ! Concierge are always so helpful ! Lots of events , with free food ! Awesome pool and game area.

The experience here at Ascent is simply amazing, from the application process to the move-in it was all easy and swift. I really appreciate the professionalism of the team, prompt with their replies. The whole team always say Always at you service. Amazing.

Great maintained facilities and staff is very responsive. As well maintenance is always on spot, they respond really fast through the online system and always do it within a couple of days. The facilities in the building are always well kept.

Living at the Ascent has been above and beyond. The services provided are exceptional and as a resident I feel completely taken care of and spoiled. I love the community here and the friendliness and professionalism from everyone on property.

Amazing location! I love my floorplan and quality of my apartment! Not many apartments offer a gas oven and cooktop in a high rise and mine does. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I most certainly recommend living here if you're wanting a true uptown feel.

The apartment is lovely, however the apartment is as only as good as your neighbors. Beyond calling 911 twice in the first month of my residency, for the same resident, that resident still resides on my floor. The 911 calls were not related to noise, but to an assault, how is this man still a resident.

I love living here. Everybody who works here is very nice, friendly and professional. The neighborhood is lively and fun, with a lot to walk to. The amenities of the building are amazing. There is a dog park, a pool, a very huge gym, virtual golf, pool, a game room, a business center, etc.

We had very limited time to find our new home in Dallas and thanks to Alan, we were able to not only find it, but also move in within 2 days! He's been very responsive and took time to allow us to visit multiple units, more than once and including beyond his regular work hours. He went out of his way to make sure we could settle in quickly. He sent a cleaning team to make sure the apartment would be sparkling clean for our arrival, not to mention the fresh flowers and bottle of wine that were awaiting us.

I am so happy with my decision to move at Ascent Victory Park! The staff is FAB and so patient! I can't tell you how many times Alan and Breanna allowed me to tour my new home before I finally made a decision. The location is beyond awesome and the unit itself has tons of character...definitely not your cookie cutter apartment!

Fantastic staff and great facilities. I love living here. The building is very accessible and convenient. I have never been caught up in any of the event traffic and love being able to walk I. The neighborhood.

Not been here long but so far it's been great, it's everything I could have hoped for In a place being my first time living alone. It's a beautiful property and everyone of the staff have been so helpful and nice. 5 stars ??

Living here has been great. The apartment finishes are beautiful and very luxurious. The staff is very attentive and always friendly. The community grounds are always kept clean. They host a variety of events a couple of times a month which is a great way to meet your neighbors. So far my experience has been great.

Everything is fantastic. I just moved in and everything is brand new and awesome. The amenities are top of the line and a lot to do. The neighboring stadiums are 100 and great location to the highway for work.

This is by far the most beautiful and high quality rental building in the metroplex. In addition to our gas stoves and wood finishes, the hallways always smell wonderful and the decor is beautiful. We have spacious amenities and common spaces throughout the building.

So far so good. Too soon to tell as I just started my lease and split time with my house at the moment. Overall satisfied so far aside from elevator issues. Once fully moved in after my house sells I cant wIt to utilize the amenities more.

The Ascent staff is friendly, professional, and responsive. The building is clean and secure (probably the two most important things for me). The amenities are incredible. Units have high quality finishes and ample storage. I rave about this building to everyone I know, highly recommended!

The Ascent was unlike any other building I toured. Everything had become so white and sterile and the Ascent felt like home. The interior apartment features and accents are exactly what I was looking for. The staff is amazing especially the concierge who always greet me with a smile

Amenities & building are beautiful. Worst property management staff ever byt in line with what ice experienced grey star in the past. They do not communicate, they are not responsive, they are no thorough, they do not prepare well. Totally ---- show of a property management team, the concierge are extremely helpful though

This is an exceptional property. Management is knowledgeable, professional and fair. Apartment finishes are top of the line and appliances are upscale home comparable. Neighbors are friendly and the cutest fur babies live here!! The only downside to this property is the unfortunate proximity to AAC, which can make you feel very trapped when events are being trafficked, and don't even think about trying to get someone in, its nearly impossible.

Ascent Victory Park has beautiful finish outs, amazing amenities, and incredible views. Its walking distance from American Airlines Center, daily needs shopping, and some of the cities best restaurants.

After touring about 10 properties in the area, I found this to be the best place to call home. The management staff are great to work with and the overall process from touring, applying, and moving in couldn't have been smoother. The apartment finishes are nicely done. The parking garage is logically laid out with easy access in and out.

Pretty good though not at the level of my last Greystar Property (1900 McKinney). The common spaces are great though with a monthly amenity fee being charged I would expect at least one, if not 2, Starbucks machines in the building. The grab 'n go breakfast is a nice touch though they should let the cleaning crew have first crack at it. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Small things like door alarms going off for 2 days without being reset, the front door always being locked outside of business hours, and luggage carts being chained up make this property feel a little less high end than others i have lived in.

My experience has been more then excellent here at the Ascent. The entire staff is very friendly and have one of the best customer service. Everything from the leasing to concierge to the amenities to the layouts this high rise is one of the top pick for me.
