Great apartment and staff. Pleased with the amenities and location. Some areas inside my specific apartment make it seem as though the building process was rushed. I.e. front door does not close flush to the wall, floor in bathroom does not come up to the wall in one part, some paint splatters on floor etc.

Ascent Victory Park is beyond fantastic.Both property manager and assistant manager are diligent, respectful, and professional. They truly know how to provide exceptional customer care and most important make you feel at home. Front desk is always willing to assist with special request, resulting in happy tenants. From monthly private socials just for us, Ascent is rental perfection. At Ascent Victory Park residents are valued. The building is well appointed and location is superb. The views from the pool deck are incredible. The team is courteous and on-top of everything building related. Amenities spaces are top notch, I love the private dinning area and towel cart. Building, residential floors, and dog areas are clean and well-maintained. Maintenance staff always get the job done in a timely manner. This building is a full-service building unlike any other in Dallas. There is an excellent tenant mix here providing wonderful friendships and great neighbors. I would recommend Ascent Victory Park as a new home or corporate lease.

Living at Ascent is like living in a luxury hotel but with all of the comforts of home. The staff is great, the amenities are terrific, and with it being a new building, the apartment itself is beautiful!

I only just moved into the Ascent Victory Park. This is a gorgeous complex with beautiful amenities. There are a few dead trees by the pool that could be removed. The apartment furnishings are top of the line. However, kitchen and bathroom drawer sizes are a bit smaller than normal. 24/7 concierge desk and frequent community events are an added perk. I will say that I was a bit disappointed with my initial move in experience as my NEST thermostat was broken, water was not connected to the washing machine and shade chain link was broken. However, maintenance was very quick to come and fix all of these issues on the same day. For any walkers, runners or bikers, another great feature of the Ascent is the close proximity to the Katy Trail. Lastly while there are many parking spaces, a very large MAJORITY are reserved. Which makes it difficult to find an “open” spot for those who aren’t looking to pay extra for a reserved spot. Overall, I think this is a top of the line apt complex. Definitely check it out.

Ascent Victory Park is an incredible place to live. From the Texas modern rustic vibe the minute you walk in the door to the choice of finishes in every apartment, everything is many steps above everywhere I looked prior to moving in. Truthfully, though, the entire leasing and management team is what really sells this property. They are warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely focused on making sure you have a quality experience whether you choose to rent here or not. I've been here two months and actually bought myself out of a lease early to move in here, wanting to feel like I was in a safer area and more connected to the energy of Dallas. I definitely got what I asked for in that department, as the proximity to the AA Center gives you all the energy (and noise at times) that you could possibly want. I never hear my neighbors, but I do hear the guy playing the saxophone outside the arena after every concert ... and that's the small trade off you make from living in a more suburban community. I would absolutely, positively recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium luxury experience with great customer service, responsive maintenance, and a fun group of neighbors.

It has been great except the apartment wasn’t finished when we moved in so we have dealt with a lot of kinks but they have been fix d when we notify someone about it. The pool is great and the grill is great. I’m not sure why the elevators haven’t been cleaned up yet. The new gym is great and everything is kept clean.

Living at Ascent Victory Park has been a GREAT experience thus far. There is a real sense of community here that's warm and inviting, the activities are very dynamic and living here feels good to call home. The location is perfect, access to all major highways, quick access to DART rail, events at the AAC, and now that more restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment venues are opening the like ability is even more appealing.

This will be my fourth year living in a luxury high rise in the DFW metroplex. I have made 0 compromises moving into this complex. The location,layout, and amenities are all phenomenal to say the least. Now I’m just looking forward to the weather clearing up! Can’t wait to get out there and enjoy the magnificent pool deck.

This building is not ready for residents at the price the current rent rates. They are still very much under construction and the pain of that is clearly felt by the current residents. They give some minor rent concessions to get you in, but it's not enough for the current level of completion (which is well hidden in the leasing process), the staff is very courteous and professional, however somewhere upstream there's a problem, as the same problems persist over an over. Most of the residents feel the same way. But Greystar/Ascent Victory Park only gives concessions to those that bark and complain, instead of stepping up to the plate and discounting rent for all until the building is fully operational and the staff is trained. More and more I hear the staff complain about the management not providing what's needed and the constant frustration of being on the front line taking the complaints while the management is no where to be found.

My husband and I current residents here and we cannot express how much we love it here! We looked at EVERY apartment building in the area and nothing compares to Ascent. The building itself is brand new, which is a plus, and the design is modern yet rustic, a perfect fit for us! First off, Kayla, the leasing agent was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came to see the building at least 4 times (we really wanted to make sure before moving in), each time, Kayla, was patient, answered all our questions & made it fun! Then came Yeiny, the concierge; she's been extremely friendly to us. We love seeing her smiling bright self everyday! She always has the best recommendations for places to go and eat. Now we all know no building is perfect, however, Denee (the building manager) addressed our concerns immediately and put us as ease anytime we had issues. She's been super friendly and makes us feel at home. Ascent is truly our home and we love being here. The area is amazing and unbeatable. I highly recommend living here!

I lived next door at The Cirque for 3 years and had to move unexpectedly due to massive water damage in the building. I came to look at the Ascent in a moment of grief and panic because the Cirque only gave me 10 days to move (I was out of town for 5 of those 10 days). The General Manager, Denee, was soooo empathetic to my situation and immediately helped with what I was looking for. Since moving in on Sept 15th, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the staff, apartment, and amenities. I have never lived in a building where every attention to detail was so thought out. The finish out of the apartment (wine fridge, mud room, cabinetry, stone floor in the shower, reclaimed wood accents, etc) is high end and the amenities just make me giddy. 5 star Resort-style pool, large lounge with Tv's, darts, pool table, private dining room with kitchen, poker table, MAC and PC computers, 20th floor gym (floor to ceiling windows with a downtown view) with a golf simulator (who does that?!!) and don't get me started on the dog park!! Anytime I have needed maintenance for something, they are there in like 20 minutes, and with a smile--a genuine one! They also do a lot of fun events for the residents and so far everyone I have met in the building is very nice and professional! I'm never moving again! ??

I've lived here for about a month now and it is everything I could've possibly hoped for! The staff (especially Breanna, who was my leasing agent) is incredibly personable and professional. Much moreso than some other apartment's I had looked at. This is a new building (and is still being finished) so there have been a couple maintenance and tenant issues, but management has been prompt in addressing and fixing any problems that have come up in a fast and professional way. It's literally the closest it could possibly be to American Airlines center, and a great location overall, but they clearly spent quite a bit on soundproofing because when the windows and doors are closed it's like all the nearby city life is completely gone. While it is somewhat expensive, you get the absolute top of the line in terms of quality and service, and I couldn't be happier living here.

Ascent is definitely the most beautiful high rise and has the most professional staff I have ever encountered. Leasing and move in was a beeeze and when I initially needed maintenance for help they were at my door in 5 minutes! The office ladies are so friendly and always spoil my dog when we come by. They have really made it feel like home and a sense of community.
